The meals also come with an iced sugar cookie which is a delicious touch. The restaurant is fast casual, and it feels like a little southern cafe with table cloths and pretty green walls. The restaurant was a bit dirty when we visited and the drink area were missing most things. The service was speedy, so you can definitely eat a quick meal here. Please fix your app!! I love chicken salad chick it is my monthly treat of a lunch break I give myself. For the last 2 months I have had major issues with the app. I have been double charged for orders, have somehow double ordered when the app never showed me the order was placed. Today I was charged for an order and then once I made it to the location was told the order was never placed. When I showed them the charge they said it would fall off my statements and offered to create a whole new order. Again as this is a treat it took most of my lunch break to go pick it up and I didn't have time to wait for a new one so I left hangry asf. Fix this shit asap. read more

Honestly I don't get it. I do not understand how there were as many people in here eating. This was the worst overpriced lunch I've had in a LONG time. The classic chicken salad salad, was PATHETIC. There was ONE tomato and ONE half of a slice of a cucumber. My 86 year old grandmother ordered that with the chicken salad on the side because she just wanted the salad. The lady at the register made an ugly face when my grandmother ordered. The soup on the other hand was completely flavorless. It was the broccoli cheese soup and the cheese was nice and stringy (had to wipe it out of my beard more than once) and it had decent chunks of broccoli, but the soup part of it had next to no flavor. The box came with a cookie that I have yet to touch and ordered the rice krispie treat thing that my stomach needs to settle before eating as well lol. Well, on the first point, the truth is I just didn't get it. after a friend highly recommended we try it, I saw the logo for the first time in the store and realized "Ohhhh, she's the 'chicken salad chick' with her tea skirt and little purse." I dunno what I thought, like the mascot of a chicken salad place was a baby chicken. Kinda dark. But, not the vibe at all. The menu items include Sassy Scotty, Fancy Nancy, Cranberry Kelli, etc. All the chicken salad chicks, by name. There's even a picture of them in the front, all from the same family of founders. We are a keto/candida couple. So, it's pretty hard to find places to eat. Not only is the food friendly to our food restrictions, it's super good and filling. We do the two scoops with lettuce to wrap option. I like the Sassy Scotty and Lauryn Lemon Herb, both carb free. For $8 it fills me up. We cam three times in a week and manager came to recognize us. A friendly guy, he's very accommodating and customer oriented. Judging by the service ethic, communication strength, and upbeat attitude of the workers there, he's doing a good job. She was always smiling and greeted everyone walking in with no hesitation.. Came in the first day to a restaurant that was busy but everybody was polite and keeping everyone moving. Before we got to the counter we got samples to try and it was awesome. Not the worst, but not a good value either. The worst was the $5.40 with tax for a scoop of egg salad. That is way WAY too much.
