We used to have family in the area, but unfortunately haven't been down here in 5 years as a result of them not being in the area anymore. When we used to stop in, the service was unbeatable. Everyone would treat you like family, and would get you your food fast. Now, since the restaurant is under ***new ownership***, we are not sure if that is still the case. Our server was great (she remembered our family even after 5 years (connected the dots to us)), but the rest of the employees and the community within the restaurant felt a bit stuffy. They used to have the best coffee. It is still good now, but something changed (not quite as good). Their pancakes are unfortunately rubbery, but contrastively, they have great bacon; crisp with a bit of fat, that's how we like it. Their hash browns have not changed one bit. They are still crispy!! Some stuff has changed in the atmosphere of the restaurant. They generally have the same theme, but some of the signs have changed. If you get lucky, you may get to eat your food with Shaquille O'Neal in the restaurant! He lives in the area, and comes in every now and then to get some food and pay for everybody's meal. What a great guy!

Notified our waitress about the issue with the food and she asked if we wanted the pancake and the potatoes recooked. We said yes. In the meantime, we have now cold eggs, sausage, toast and million dollar bacon. The potatoes are over seasoned, extremely salty, and the potatoes that same came back out were still not properly cooked. For this to be a new restaurant, they need to better train the cooks. Sadly, i will go to Eggs Up or another location. I will not visit this location again.

We ordered the Redrock Grilled Shrimp with a Caesar salad and broccoli, LongHorn Salmon with a house salad and sweet potato, a Renegrade Sirloin with a Caesar salad and a loaded baked potato, and an extra side of Steakhouse Mac and Cheese. All of our food was yummy and the servings were plenty food for all of us. Also they asked how my mom wanted her salmon cooked and I've never heard anyone ask that question before! She got it medium-well and thought that was perfect. Parking at this location is super easy with a big attached parking lot that's free. All in all, we had a great experience.
