One overworked employee juggling the entire floor on a half-full Sunday isn't service...it's triage. And the food? Bacon so undercooked it practically squeals, burgers and buns burnt like they lost a bet, and somewhere under the carbon you can taste what used to be a pretty good patty. If you eat in, they have those fancy new platters for improved presentation...I'd rather have good food than a sexy plate. The milkshake is the real magic trick...almost $7 for a "large" that's one-third whipped cream, two-thirds regret (looked like 8-10 ounces of shake). Their home fries have the perfect amount of crispiness. I've tried other things on the menu and it's all been decent. Their flavored iced coffee was not great, though.
