The only thing I like the Waffle House is their two chop with hash browns and two eggs. Although they have good T bone but I like their pork chop better. Their T bone is thin and it is the way I like it. I don't like a inch thick since I have been to Spain and try their thin steak. I think this way is better due to not much time need to cook the steak and you get good flavor. The two chop I have order always in certain way. The chop need to burn a bit to creat the crispy edge of the meat. The eggs will be sunny side up allow me to break the egg and drizzle on the chop. The hash browns I have order extra crispy. After living in Orlando for a year I was craving breakfast and decided, "hey, why not try it?" ...I don't know if it was because it was built up too much in my head from people saying "You've never been to Waffle House????" in shock anytime I mentioned that I hadn't, or if it was just this location, but I wasn't impressed. We went around 11 am so we waited for maybe 15 or 20 minutes for a table. The service was a bit slow, people around us sat down after us and for their food before us, which was slightly irritating, and the waitress we had kept disappearing completely. I got a chocolate chip waffle and hash browns. The hash browns were subpar, typically I finish hash browns and immediately want more (they're my favorite), but I didn't even finish these. The waffle was good. I liked that it was different in shape than a typical waffle you get in a breakfast place, and it had plenty of chocolate chips on it. Yum. 3 stars instead of 2 because the waffle was tasty, basically. I doubt I'll be going to one of these again. read more

The food was hearty and familiar (although I never had hash browns quite like the way they served before), made relatively quick, and reasonably priced. The thing that got me was, as I sat at the counter and waited for my food to go, I just watched the cook do his thing. It was a marvel to see this one man machine crank out the slew of orders right before my eyes. My first time here; actually i have never been to any Waffle House before. My friends always told me it's the kind of place you go after you go out and get drunk and then need to pig out. That's how we got here too. A group of us spent the whole day drinking around the world at Epcot during there Wine and Food Festival. Then Michelle says Cover and Dice them; since I copied I said make mine the same. Then Michelle said make the Hash Browns a Large order and I said okay to that and then the waitress said it's only 25 cents to make it a triple order of Hash Browns and we both said yes. HOLY MOLY it was way too big for us to eat. I was expecting a multitude of waffles, but there really are only two options: plain and pecan with the option of adding chocolate or peanut butter to either. I got a pecan waffle which tasted much more like a pecan pancake with grids. It was huge and absolutely delicious, just misnamed. The people there were very nice, and my order came out promptly.
