12/19/2023. I felt like having breakfast for dinner tonight. I went to the Waffle House in Parker, Colorado on Parker Rd. When I entered the restaurant, there were four tables being used. Two of the tables have already gotten their food and been served. There was only one waiter and a cook. I have waited tables before, so I have patience. The waiter said he'll be with me in a minute. I'm fine with that. Well after 15 minutes and watching this waiter, go from different tables to make sure they had water and coffee I was feeling ignored. I said to my son that if he goes to another table we're gonna get up and leave. I have waited long enough. so he did go to another table and I said OK let's leave. We were getting up and he said to me I'll be with you in a minute. I said, I don't think so as I was leaving. The waiter said to me, F**k you. I didn't turn around and say anything to the waiter. I just kept walking. I will not lower myself to get a confrontation with him about his awful behavior. Also, there were children in there. I would advise people to go there, especially if they have children. The language is very unprofessional. read more

Tracy, or Sam, whatever her name is, with the pink and purple braids in the bun, has never failed to be extremely disrespectful toward us. This is not my first review of this woman. All times we've came, she's had an attitude with us. And TODAY, she came up to us, and yelled at us, for "being disrespectful" and making customers "uncomfortable." We never said a word to anyone. She assumed this was the case because she saw us looking at customers, that she was talking to, loudly. Her confronting us is very inappropriate, as we are three high schoolers, and she is a grown woman. She singled out my friend, calling her racist, even though she is a person of color. It is completely unnecessary and disrespectful to talk to customers in this way, especially ones that are underage, and haven't even said anything. The food was good, but this is the worst service I have ever had. It didn't even feel like service, it felt like we were victims of middle school bullying. read more

I was extremely appalled at the way I was treated at this waffle house. A worker name Renee was not happy with the tip. I had gave so she use profanity at me a cursed at me. I have never had anything like this happen. I have had loyalty to waffle house even having a waffle house hoodie but I will not be returning to this waffle house. they don't answer the phone or any email sent. not to mention behind the counter was extremely dirty. read more

me and a large group of friends wanted to go to Waffle House because we do every year, and we did call in advance. when we got there, the server was stressed which was understandable. However the way it was addressed was absolutely unnecessary. She slammed our forks on the tables, wouldn't let us get up and when i did, she yelled at me and told me to sit back down. she only let us sit at tables with menus, which wasn't very many. she also cussed at us and called us ridiculous. the around 20 of us all decided to walk out and leave, which aggravated her more. As I expected this behavior from Waffle House, I also expected to be treated with some human decency. do not recommend. read more

As a former resident of Parker, in town for a high school graduation, I want to find a place within walking distance fro my Airbnb,, where I could eat a good breakfast. Having read the mixed reviews on the Waffle House, I decided to give WH a try for an early morning breakfast. On entering WH, several members of the friendly staff greeted me as I walked through the door. It was evident that the staff worked well together, as they communicated the orders with the cook chef, Darrell. One of the friendly wait staff, Raven, took my order promptly, after I had a few minutes to get settled and look the menu over. I ordere the Texas Ham Egg and Cheese Melt with Hashbrowns, a cup of coffee and a glass of Orange juice. After 10 minutes or so, Raven arrived with my order. My food was cooked to perfection, tasty and served hot. The OJ was on par of what I purchase for myself from the local grocery store. My check was provided as I finished my breakfast, as Raven topped off my coffee. An excellent experience and unexpected treat! Made the joke that we would, "Take our business to IHOP" and we were refused service by the entire staff. Manager told us that she would call the cops without giving us any invitation to leave. Unprofessional and rude. Did in fact take out business to IHOP. read more

The food was fine but goodness gracious the service was awful. We had this one girl who was our server who didn't greet us for the first 15 minutes and we just said it's fine. She didn't apologize or anything and she was rolling her eyes when we were taking a little longer to order. I tipped her an 80% tip to try and make her night better but she muttered "thanks" under her breath and continued to roll her eyes and act as if we were inconveniencing her. I came in this morning for breakfast, concerned I came in too early, but the flashing open sign was on. I figured let's give it a try and the doors were open but no one was home. I came in and took a seat thinking someone would hear or see me. After a minute or so I started looking around and saw that the place was an absolute disaster. There were emit tables that had clearly been empty for a while. The kitchen area was dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. I called out a couple of times to see if anyone was there and no one responded so I left. Very disappointing. read more

This was my first visit to this location. It was located off S Parker Rd in Parker. I went on a weekday morning and sat at the counter. There were only a few other people at the counter areas. I haven't been to a Waffle House in over 10 years and now I remember why. I had an internet coupon for a free flavored waffle. They offered chocolate chip, peanut butter, blueberry, or strawberry. I ordered the peanut butter waffle. It was very thin with mini peanut butter chips on the waffle and a small container of butter. There was no syrup on the counter and I could never get the attention of the server to ask for some. The server dropped off the check. I left the coupon and a tip on the counter rather than going to the cash register because all 3 employees seemed busy. I won't be back. read more

Came and waited forever for a to-go order. It's obviously horrible but the fact they expect you to pay and tip for services is crazy. Tried to order egg white and said the cook "didn't have time for that" but he had time to go outside for a smoke break for 5 minutes instead of making our food. It's just sad. Worst WH experience, and I travel across the country and have eaten at many. Tables and counter weren't full at 9:30am on a Friday. How do you forget to add a waffle to the All Star? If I wanted to pay to eat pre-made breakfast foods, I could've just gone to the store and bought all the stuff and made it myself at home and I would've spent a lot less. We had stopped here because we didn't want to go far from the hospital while our little one was still in the NICU, but we could've afforded to go anywhere else. The coffee was watered down, the lemonade tasted like Pine Sol, the table was dirty as were our utensils, our waitress got our order wrong despite coming back to ask us exactly what we ordered twice, the entire staff appeared to be new with little to no training or experience, when it came down to the waffles, they were tiny and flavorless. I know Waffle House has been around for a while and whenever someone talks about it it seems to be a hit or miss, this one definitely being a miss. I would not return. This was our first meal stop on our Colorado adventure. Our friend, who is a regular here, treated us to breakfast and we had a blast. This is a fun, cheerful and friendly spot. Diamond, our server on both our visits, rocks. Her humor and good spirits contributed to a wonderful experience and a great kick-off to our vacation. I really got into the cheese grits. For some reason, they hit the spot. They were very creamy.Yes,it was just a piece of american cheese on top, but that and a bit of butter melted in so perfectly. Yeah, I love grits. The rest of the food I tried over my two visits was fine. The smothered hash browns, bacon, biscuits and gravy were all good. I wasn't knocked over by the pork chops or scrambled eggs, but such is life in Parker Colorado. We will absolutely be back again on our next visit to kibitz with Diamond and eat grits, because that is the kind of people we are. read more

My son wanted to come here for breakfast. He has been asking for months. I avoided...the best I could...until yesterday. I hope I don't have to return. He was happy. I wasn't. Did I mention he is 11 years old. We each ordered one (1) waffle with chocolate chips. It tasted like an Eggo waffle. I ordered a side of bacon (3 slices) which I'll say was nice and crispy. He ordered a side of sausage patties...average at best. I ordered a cup of coffee...note I said "cup" and not just "coffee" as our server never returned to refill my cup or even offer a glass of water. My son ordered a lemonade. Our bill came to $18.47! Yes, that's correct...Yikes! And you have to pay the cashier on your way out. The menu also states, "A 10% service charge is added to all "To Go" orders for the servers who prepare them." For some reason I have neglected reviewing this place. My first experience with Waffle House was 25 years ago in Biloxi, MS. Since then I have eaten at Waffles Houses in Atlanta, Amarillo, and in forgottten small towns as I have driven cross country. They all taste the same, which is why I like them, I know when I go in and order cheese scrambled eggs I know what I am going to get. The people at this place (I have only eaten here in the morning and always get the cheese eggs, grits and raisin toast) are always friendly and fast. No this is not gourmet cuisine - just solid breakfast fare. read more

This location is nice considering it is outside of Aurora and Denver... After a long night of bar hopping and some starving, drunk, friends, this location is near my house and never packed to its max capacity like the Denver Diner. The staff is always nice and the food is always, well, waffle house (that's why they get 3-stars). I think the cops patrol this location quite a bit but hey, Parker cops are known for camping outside of anyplace that stays open later than midnight. It really depends on when you go there. I have been there with the breakfast crowd. A long line to get a seat, but the staff is professional the the food is not bad. I have been there at dinner time and in the wee hours of the morning. The place is dead and the staff does not want to be disturbed. The food quality sucks. Despite the fact that they are open 24 hours, they really don't expect to do business that whole time. The management has completely abandoned providing a quality service when it going to operate at a loss. In my opinion, there are better breakfast places near by (example IHOP). read more

I have never been in a Waffle House we're depending on what section you sit in you may have to wait over 30 minutes automatically to be served. This was per the waitress Michelle. The manager (Derrick) was supposedly in training and she was told to wait on her side a period of time before she could put in her customers orders. Bizarre! People came in and if the seats became available on the other side the customers were served immediately, where as if you had already been in the restaurant your order had to wait to be put in. Wait, it gets worst, my bacon came out first with no waffle. I was told I would have to wait an additional 3 minutes for the waffle. The bacon was cold by the time the waffle came out. I sent the bacon back and just ate the waffle. I heard the manager tell the waitress he knew what he was doing and then threatened to write the waitress up. This was all conducted loudly in front of the customers. Whoever is in charge of this Waffle House on Parker needs to deal with these issues ASAP. I will never come back. The waitress gave 10 percent off, but the meals should have been free for all this drama! She was trying as hard as she could! read more

I've gone a couple of times for breakfast and once late night. Didn't have to wait in line, and the food wasn't bad if you're looking for diner food. Not that most people probably would want a salad at a place like this, but if you always get one I would recommend steering clear. I don't think anyone ever asks for one, so the greens are wilted and gross. I don't think these people know how to make anything that's not got grease in it! I met a server heather shes SO awesome, the best service ive had!! She had my order down after the second time we went in. she so sweet, has great conversations, truly cares about her customers and doesn't look like she hates working their like some other crack heads who work their. Ive been trying to master an amazing scrambled egg with cheese, sounds dumb but I cant get that amazing taste that Jay the cook gets on my eggs EVERY time. guy defiantly has my heart when it comes to food, not only is he a cook but he goes out of his way to make a customer laugh! I couldn't tell you how many waffle houses I have been to traveling the country. I have always told my self that opening a waffle house was fail proof. Well this waffle house is the hands down exception.by far the worst staff I have ever encountered in any restaurant. Dirty tables that where not being cleaned to seat people. No greeting or even acknowledgment of any one coming through the door. The place was well staff by ADULTS.im going to being this place as a training facility for my employees on how to loose your job. I'd be ashamed if this was my establishment.
