Horrible Horrible service. We're a group of mixed race friends in our early 20s. Came to Waffle house for a meal after baseball game, very hungry and seeking a good meal. Well.....much to our surprise the server assigned to us refused to serve us. Customers coming in 15 minutes after us were seated, served, ate and left before we were served. Ended with us having to wait more than 40 minutes before we were served. Some of our group left and went to another restaurant. And we were served by another waiter since the big guy obviously was not going to serve us. Left a bad taste in my mouth for this place. Don't recommend it at all. I absolutely believe that race was a factor. Lastly we specifically requested that no part of our tip goes to guy who was supposed to serve us. Hope management actually takes this seriously and make a better effort to serve all customers equally. read more

Love coming to Waffle House for late night munchies it's the best. Our waitress was very nice and took my order. We were able to watch my order being cooked up. 03/25/2020 around 3am wow I've never expected a terrible person at Waffle House but the cook at this place, she mean mugging us soon after she looked at our orders and she said we ordered too much foods! We could hear her loud voice and then she over cooked our foods because she got mad because we ordered a bunch of foods, the waitress was a nice lady so we tip her but the cook needs to go she got bad attitudes towards customers unprofessional and unacceptable service bad bad bad! read more

I'd heard of Waffle House, and finally got to try it. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and quality of the food along with the friendliness of the staff. The place was fairly busy, but that's to be expected on a Sunday after church. As I'd not been there before I was not sure what to try as everything on the menu sounded wonderful. I ended up going for a breakfast bowl and biscuits with gravy. I was pleasantly surprised at how filling the bowl was for how simple it is, and I highly recommend getting one of their bowls (they have several kinds) if you've not already to give them a try. I definitely plan on trying this place again sometime when I'm in the area for it. read more

I love this place but its so small and busy n very pricey!! Sometimes you have to wait over 30 minutes for your order i dont like that especially being breakfast you should never have to wait that long!! read more

The server Amanda was so nice! She was helpful the entire time. Helping with what taste good and what she would recommend. Then the manager Roxie showed up after the meal to ask how it was. Amazing I told her!!! My GF had just ordered a burger and me breakfast. I've always been like you go to Waffle House and get breakfast... This burger blew my mind!!!!! Amazing!!!! Then the manager asked have you ever tried our chicken.... I told her not my thing... She asked would you like to try it, I was hesitant because they had been so nice and I didn't wanna hurt their feelings saying it was good but lying . I was in SHOCK!!!!! That chicken was amazing!!!! I would order anything off this menu and the servers and cooks were amazing. Try breakfast, lunch or dinner here. I highly recommend it.!!! read more

This place is fantastic, the service is great. Been here three times since they reopened after COVID , and the food is served the way you order it. It's a great breakfast joint even for dinner. The last review was so negative (from 2019) I just had to put in my positive experiences. read more

Do they have negative stars? Paying for that food was such a waste. I served for many years and typically will always tip a server and try to be reasonable but we asked them to take off the biscuits and gravy the price of them which would've been two dollars and they changed the bill around and took off something like $.40 instead claiming that they charged us for a different meal than what we ordered. I told them they needed to figure out the bill and tip the server out of it because I wasn't paying any more. The hashbrowns looked like spaghetti my husband literally asked where the marinara was they were greasy and so under cooked all of my food was cold.And the bacon was either burnt or undercooked. Out of six pieces there were two that were cooked well. Next time my kids want chocolate chip waffles I will be more than happy to make them at home instead of spending money on waffle house. read more
