Starting this review as our restaurant experience continues: So far, me and my boyfriend came in on a Sunday around 11:30 (aka: peak breakfast expectation day) and were welcomed and sat very quickly. Immediately offered coffee and some time to look at the menu. Coffee is amazing, checks out with the other reviews. The restaurant is well maintained, clean, and had no problem parking (at this time). I asked our waiter about the favorite food picks and he was very helpful and cheerful! The atmosphere is very humbling and pleasant! Many families seem to come to get a meal here! I got the classic combo, and my boyfriend got the steakfried skillet. Will update once food is here.. Food came out at 12:16, not sure how long it was from order to it coming out but didn't feel long. It's now 12:31 and we are very pleased. My food came out amazing and my eggs were cooked how I wanted. My boyfriend's skillet looked and tasted amazing aswell. Me and my boyfriend chose to get the up-charged pancakes to try the dulce pancakes and the cinnamon roll pancakes. Best decision we made this morning. If you leave this place hungry, there is something wrong with you. My wife and I went here this past Saturday and had a fantastic breakfast.....our server Deborah was totally on point. My wife had the corned beef hash and eggs, and the hash was made with real corned beef (none of the canned junk). Utterly fantastic. I had the Biscuits Gone Wild, and it was more food than I could finish, as well as being a heart attack waiting to happen with all the pork (and no I am not complaining - this was fantastic). If I could give zero stars, I would. As I walked in, an apparently regular customer walked in behind me. Seemed nice at first, but turned into a nightmare. We sit down at the bar and explain we are not together. The first waitress takes my drink order and hers. So far so good. 10 minutes later, the drink comes. Not only does she not take my order at this time, she didn't even bring me a glass of water like I had asked. The lady next to me doesn't order either. Then the waitress disappears. The lady next to me gets a meal, that she didn't even have to order. The cook knew her order and fixed it when she walked in behind me. So after 20 minutes I flag down another waitress. Never saw my first waitress again. So the second waitress takes my order and I sit playing on my phone. I watch order after order come up and go out. After 20 minutes since I had placed my order and the lady beside me is paying for her meal. I tell the second waitress I'd like to go somewhere else where I feel I could confidently get food because it's just not working out here. I offer to pay for my drink. The employees sounded like they were having a party the entire time we were in the restaurant. They were very loud and obnoxious. Even the older waitresses were loud discussing on how she was making a pillow case for her friend in prison! And No, we were not sitting near the kitchen. The waiter had terrible body odor. He put his armpit in my face more than once. The food was mediocre at best. Omelette was overcooked. Hashbrowns tasted old and greasy. I'd heard mixed reviews about Jimmy's Egg, so I had to try it for myself. When you walk in, immediately the walls take you to a hotel. Getting there before 10:30 for breakfast, there was plenty of banter between the working crew, so it made for a safe environment. As for the food, it was alright. My omelette was more cheesy than I'd have liked, and none of the other ingredients seemed to shine through. The biscuit was also alright but a little hard, like it had been sitting out. read more

This is a perfect spot for breakfast. They have recently changed their hours to 7-1. Service is good and staff is friendly and helpful. I've eaten here for years and have never met a grouch!!! After waiting 35 minutes to be sat, we places our order, we were sitting in a booth waiting for our meal and my youngest told me they were starting to have a headache and felt nauseous... no worries, I will ask that they actually make our order to go and I will take him home. Cooked to perfection. Good Mood. Happy. I'd be lying if I could fully recreate what I felt that day in words. I love this restaurant. The servers are a gift from God himself. They are some of the nicest servers I've met, willing to go to extreme lengths to make sure the customer is happy. The values in this business really make sure that I and probably every other person who has ever ate there, will definitely be coming back to experience this joy again. There's nothing that beats this morning-focused restaurant and seeing the sunrise. I would ask that they extend the hours at least 1-2 hours more so it could be more accessible. This place is great! My husband and I love to eat here. A great place to take my family for breakfast when they fly in to visit too. It's right down the street from us and since we have discovered it we eat here all the time. The servers are all very polite, friendly, And attentive. Abysmal to go service. Didn't have an item we ordered which they neglected to tell me on the phone, so we had to wait over 40 minutes on them to cook an alternate. So the rest of the food got cold while waiting on them to cook the replacement item. Owner was walking around and I asked to speak to him. He was informed I wanted to talk to him but he never bothered to talk me until I asked the manager to remove the tip from the ticket. He clearly doesn't care. Sometimes it's under done, sometimes it's over and very rarely it's just right. Especially the bacon. How can you not get the bacon right?
