We have driven by several times to a packed parking lot. This time we got there at 730 on a Sunday and had no problem. Plenty of food for a great price. The Farmers skillet was so good. All the veggies and meat were big chunks but I like it that way. Cane with a side of biscuit and gravy. They had chocolate gravy as well. The breakfast tacos were tasty. Hugh Disappointment! At one point, this restaurant had a 4.6 star rating. And it's now down to 4.0. What's happening? Let me start off by letting you know that service here was good. The ambience is casual, cute, and comfortable. But the food has changed. The first few times I've been here the Homemade comfort food was Great. This time my scrambled eggs look like they exploded, there was bits and pieces instead of just scrambled (see picture) My two over easy eggs were hard cooked around the yolks. It's as if the cook doesn't cook eggs often. My bacon was burned and I didn't even ask for crispy (See Picture) My milk gravy was good, but my biscuit was hard on the bottom and most of the biscuit on the inside was flaky and dry. (See picture) My hash browns were not crispy on the top outside and soft on the inside. Some shreds were soft and others were a little chewy. I just Can't explain what happened to my breakfast. And my belgium waffle wasn't bad, it just wasn't hot this time. My table room temperatured butter just sat on the top and didn't even melt a little. SHM. Although, my coffee was perfect! Went here to eat breakfast with a friend's family and loved it. got myself the hashbrowns, toast, bacon and tea, I found a lemon seed in my tea though. It only to about 25 minutes to get a table for 4 people and the food arrived quickly, but it was packed. Before I got into the waiting area I knew I would like the place and I loved the chicken decoration peice outside and I loved the art. I will come again with my family. We stopped here because the parking lot is always full and we just knew we'd been missing out. It started out good with the green fried tomatoes although the sauce was lacking flavor. My sister and I both had fries with our entrée... they weren't hot. We only ate one each. She loves reuben sandwiches. Hers was dripping with oil. My catfish was just ok. Cathy's Corner is back to it's pre COVID standards. Great food and great service. Stopped in for breakfast today. Walked in the door was greeted with a smile and told to seat ourselves. Within a minute of being seated we had menus in front of us and our drinks order taken. Coffee was good, hot and our mugs were never allowed to get empty and about five minutes we got there they were on a wait. This time had the Country Omelet, which was very good. Vegetables were nicely sautéed to the point where they were soft but not mushy. Had the biscuits and gravy instead of the toast. We finally made it here! No wonder it's a hometown favorite! The portions are more than generous. The wraps are huge! Perfect for the bottomless pit of a teenager.... I wish I could have given this place a solid 5. We did a take out order, two orders of steak and eggs. We did our order through the manager (which we did not ask for but she took the time because of our gluten allergy). She was amazing! Said we were safe with cross contamination, so we could do the hash browns side! She went over our order again and said she was making sure it was clear to the cooks that we had a gluten allergy. Lovely woman! When we got there, we paid and the cashier (blonde with a visor and wore a pink shirt) asked if we needed anything else. I asked if we could have hot sauce and she seemed pretty annoyed, saying "well it'll take a bit" and points to the person behind me waiting to pay. I stepped aside. She gave us some hot sauce after a few minutes, no big deal. When we got in the car we realized there were no plastic knives. My boyfriend went in and asked for some. Same girl told him that it was in the plastic wear package. He told her "I guess I'll check again" and she responds "well I don't know to help you". There was only a fork and spoon, which does not help with cutting the steak. Either way, food was amazing and the manager was incredibly pleasant/professional. DO NOT EAT HERE! My family was traveling on a fun road trip and stopped here for breakfast on 5/29/2022. We saw this restaurant and decided to give it a chance. The hash browns were burnt and greasy. The eggs were burnt. The omelette was as overcooked and greasy. The chicken fried chicken and the biscuit were tasty, but at the end of the day, my family and I got food poisoning right away. We had to make multiple stops along our road trip to use the restroom. After seeing the consistent health violations, it makes sense. Save your stomach and your money and get something else instead, respectfully. Service was good though. read more

Got to the restaurant for pickup and it was not as busy as expected and they were seating small tables when I arrived-we will definitely dine in next time. Overall we were unfortunately dissatisfied with our meals. My husband ordered a hash brown bowl of some sort, I had the steak and eggs. Neither of our eggs were cooked correctly, they were extremely over cooked/burnt and quite honestly inedible and went into the trash. Steak was also not cooked correctly (though I admit my expectations weren't steakhouse high), they have a really small and awkwardly arranged waiting area, and I stared at my To-Go order for almost 10 minutes before the hostess realized. Every time we drive through Siloam the place is hoping so we decided to meet up with the grandparents and see what all the fuss was about! This is a local breakfast lunch diner with large servings of food! The lighting is very dim and the seating close so don't expect to get much talking done and don't expect to see your food .... At least for good picture sake. The table next to us was extremely loud so when the left it felt as though our ears had a break and we could finally have a conversation! The building itself felt a little dirty and old but that could be from the lighting - or maybe that is why they want the lights so low ‍. Now for the food! We actually all enjoyed our breakfast. Plates were cleaned off. The grits were ok. For this southern girl I like my grits creamy and seasoned well. The grits were watery and not seasoned at all. They did have salt pepper and tobasco so I doctored them up a bit. I would recommend the chef do some googling on southern style grits and it could be a hit on the menu! Went here for breakfast this morning. We were super impressed. Very reasonable prices. The food of course was delicious! They have "the best" biscuits and gravy. Super soft biscuits. The pancakes are huge. Had one and it covered the whole plate as you can see in the pictures. Large portions well worth the very reasonable prices. Will definitely come back as soon as possible. If you are undecided on where to eat breakfast, I definitely recommend this nice little restaurant. The waitress was very fast and very polite and friendly. It was a great experience. read more

I am so sad this place isn't closer to Tulsa. Best new place I have tried in a long time. I visited in a party of four on a Sunday, when things were fairly busy, and we were still able to get a table within 5 or 10 minutes. I started with the roasted red pepper and gouda soup, which I don't think was homemade, as I think I've had it at other restaurants, but it was hot and delicious. The fried chicken sandwich was my entrée. There was a good-sized filet on the sandwich, and OH goodness, was the crispiness on this chicken PERFECT. Crispy but not too CRUNCHY. And not too greasy. The onion rings were huge, and were just a little on the cool side, but I was more interested in the sandwich anyway. SO good. The cinnamon rolls are also to die for. The food was 3*, but the service bumps the place up to a 4*. We were driving through and looking for somewhere local to eat (not a chain). i was hoping to get home cooked food here, which is not quite what we got, but it was still good. I had the chicken fried steak with fried okra, mashed potatoes and a roll. The chicken fried steak was pre-breaded, which was disappointing, but the mashed potatoes were the real thing, and the gravy wasn't bad. My kids loved their food - chicken strips, fried shrimp and potato skins. Clearly we were not going for health platters. Though the food was not awesome, the staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. We have an interesting family (I'm white, my kids are black), so not everyone is friendly when we're driving through small towns. The staff here, as well as the other diners who sat next to us, chatted with my kids and I the whole time were were there and appeared sincerely interested in our recent camping adventures. I suspect that if we'd been there earlier in the day (we closed the place down!) and/or if we'd ordered breakfast, I would have been more pleased with the food. Regardless, we'll be back if we're ever in Siloam Springs again. read more

It was very good food. And the service was good as well. Only thing that didn't make sense was the "no seat until your whole group is here" at 8 in the morning when half the restaurant was empty and our kids were a few minutes away. That said it was crowded when we left and folks were waiting when we were leaving an hour later. Overall good breakfast experience. read more
