I've tried this restaurant half a dozen times and the service is always consistently slow and the coffee consistently cool. Coffee is served in smaller than usual cups for a breakfast place; when combined with the slow service, the result is a cup that is empty more often than not. I wouldn't recommend visiting during the winter months. There is no foyer and the exterior door opens directly into the dining room - allowing all warm air to escape each time a patron enters or exits. read more

The food was fairly priced and unique. My wife and I went on a late Sunday morning. We didn't call ahead and had to wait for only about five minutes or so. I would recommend it as something different, but not really worth the hype. If you like kind of a trendy place, this may be for you. If you want just a regular breakfast place this isn't for you. I would give it a try. Not really sure why they only give you half of a waffle with the Eggs Benedict, but the quality is very good. We love the food and menu at Waffles Incaffeinated. We have never had bad food, and the presentation of the food is great. But with that said, the dining area is always dirty. The floor is always dirty, the walls are marked up. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning and some TLC. The path to the restrooms are usually crowded with unused chairs, etc making it very difficult for the wheelchair to get through. read more

I am a very regular customer since they opened. Food is fantastic. Consistently the best breakfast in town. Service is really erratic but it has improved in the last few months. Interior is small, cramped, and poorly designed. Relatively clean but they don't keep up with it well during busy days. Long waits on the weekends are managed poorly by the staff. The coffee cups are really small (How small you ask? When your service is this slow, people need bigger cups! No, I don't want to do a shot of coffee every time someone says "waffles". The only thing smaller than the cups is my tip.). Despite low marks in other areas, the excellent food quality keeps me coming back. read more

Holy Food Coma!!! The waffles themselves were just perfect. Fluffy and light but substantial enough to carry the amazing combination of toppings available. I had the October Special Pumpkin is the New Orange waffle. You need to get in and try it before it's gone. Friends had The Benny, The Country Benny, and The Magical??. We will never know the taste of food from your establishment. Took our daughter for birthday breakfast however no one even took our name to seat us! Food was excellent and imaginative, if overly expensive. We had the BC Breakfast, crab omelette, berries and crepes and the Benny. We got there about 11:15 a.m., when it was mostly empty with just three other tables occupied. Shown to our - very small - table for four, we were served beverages and then we waited and waited and waited. Where's our waitress? I finally got up and found her near the kitchen literally staring at the ceiling. She took our order, another long wait to get it and then, once again, Where's our waitress? I got up again and managed to get her to our table to get the bill. But she took off AGAIN and we waited. It's a small room, where can she be hiding? Who's in charge here? We saw at least two other waitresses, neither of whom ever glanced our way or came to our aid. A personal opinion - in a business serving such good food the wait staff should be well-groomed. These women were not. Not worth it, but the food really is good. Find a manager to help the cook. read more

My favorite breakfast joint! Absolutely delicious breakfast! Their waffles are out if this world and there are many to choose from. They also have a monthly special which is a different kind of waffle each month that is not normally on the menu. Fridays,the Funky Monkey waffle (which is my favorite) is on special for $5 and on Mondays they have the Breakfast magic waffle for $5. I also would highly recommend trying their hashbrowns, different and better than any hashbrowns I've ever had. My husband always gets the omwlets and they are huge and stuffed very full. The wait staff is very pleasant and the host, Austin is the very friendly and efficient! Highly recommended restaurant if you're looking for breakfast or brunch. A bit pricey, but the waffles are so delicious that it's worth it to splurge on then once in awhile, IR just go on Fridays for the $5 Funky Monkey! :) read more

Only party waiting. 15 minutes to get a glass of water. 15 minutes to put our order in then when the food was ready it probably sat under those lamps for the remaining hour. This is definitely our favorite place for breakfast. The "Breakfast Magic" is awesome, and half-price on Mondays. We love that we don't feel like we've had a greasy meal, unlike most other breakfast places - the ingredients all taste fresh. Our young children love the food and the friendly waitresses. read more

Five stars for the food. But a bit uncomfortable in other ways. Overall: fantastic. I was in town from the DC area and was told I had to have breakfast there, so we did before we left town. Gluten free options. Vegan options. The homefries are different colored potatoes with thin tender skins, which I LOVE. The bourbon maple syrup is THA BOMB. Pluses: FANTASTIC food that is beautifully plated. Many options to customize your order. Friendly service. App you can use on your phone so you can wait in line ahead of time. Trendy looking. Kitchen is visible. Minuses: VERY LOUD (lots of hard echoing surfaces and PACKED with folks). TIGHT. So very very busy, even with the app there was a 35 minute wait (though the hostess did a great job of squeezing a party of 5 in quickly as she could). We got there about 10:40 and didn't exit until about 12:50. A large chunk of that time was waiting to order. Also, it was stressful watching the waitstaff try and squeeze in and out of the door in the same space customers had to stand and wait. I feel like they should move the hostess station over to the other door and put IN on that door and OUT on the other. Of course that is a LOT of Monday morning quarterbacking, there may be a dozen reasons that doesn't work either. It's packed because it's so good. Just remember that. If there is a "slow time" I suggest you go then! Unless you like the pulse of a very busy cafe and watching the ballet of skilled restaurant staff all dancing carefully to bring you some amazing food. read more

Some of the best breakfast (or brunch!) in the county! We went on a Friday late morning and got seated as soon as we walked in. The service was fast and friendly and the food was so delicious. I ordered the Bananas Foster and couldn't help but eat every single delicious bite. The only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is the price - it seems pretty overpriced for waffles. I am disappointed I used to go to it when it was in new Brighton I got the chicken and waffles and the waffle was ok but the chicken was a heavy batter which was almost as hard as a rock I thought I was gonna break a tooth.
