So grateful that Kevin will be slowly opening back up after taking time off. At this time Kevin is only able to groom small dogs 10lbs and under at the moment. That is subject to change. Not sure if the shop will be open on Saturday's. My boys are so used to Kevin, I refuse to try anywhere else. Kevin takes his time, and it took my orange Pomeranian 10 years to behave at the groomers. Now he's 15 with no teeth, except for his back teeth, can't bite at the groomer or Vet any more. Kevin really is an excellent groomer that puts the dog's needs first. Tip: My suggestion give Kevin a call to ask if you have any questions or to book an appointment.

Overall we spent 20 to. 30 minutes inside as the subscription procerdure is very extensive and I wanted to get most of it done on the spot and oh hoe Im glad that I did!!!! When first coming in I was welcomed by over a dozen adorable doggies, many where dashund (weenies) which was a wonderful plus since my pup is a Chiwheenie and she adores her "breed relatives". In addition I was welcomed by a very strong scent of urine and a lazy welcome. .. Right across from me by the staircase where those suspected stink bombs, 4 urine soaked wee wee pads and 4 weenies hanging out around them, ofcourse I assumed everyone just went to potty and the two 'Doggy Supervisors' sitting few steps away from them at the bar stools talking about nails are going to clean it right up! Oh my wishful thinking, 10 minutes in I decided to poibt tgeir attention to the issue, I said " Wow doggies sure pee a lot here! How often do you guys clean up after them?" He answered that the supervisors clean up and basically brushed my question off. 15 minutes in 3 more dogs came up and peed on top of disgusting soaked pads, one sniffed it by whiping her nose on it, another gave it a good lick. I ask again " are the two girls sitting right there supposed to be taking xare and looking after the dogs?" He said Yes.i said they arent doing a very good job he nodded in agreement and thats it. 20 minutes in still no action. By now there is urine spilled all around the fpoor around the wee wee pads and a beautiful brown Doucshund is takibg a nap right in the urine. I could not believe my eyes! I quickly screamed out "Oh no no no no tgat dog is laying in everyone's urine now!" He waved his hand as in " its Ok" motion. I kept asking them to change the pads or let me come in and change it but it was pointless. I was speachless abd in shock. I didnt even say antthing on the issue ehrn leaving. I even gave them my filled out papers, which ofcourse I immidiatly called and asked to discard as soon as I was home and out of state of shock.. I never said anything because I just assumed owners have seen the same thing as I did many times and are just fine with such practices. But after two weeks ago by dog got deadly sick from old and probably infected poisonous urine at union square park (please note this is an example, my dog did not get sick from Wet Nose dog care, she has never stayed there after my initial viewing of the premises) I had to run to the ER while she was throwing up and having sisures , she got better but I hope to never again see her laying in bed unable to move or even as much as open her eyes. Now I felt its my duty to share this information with other dog owners. Best of luck.

All dogs want to stay with their owners so they pull away on entering and get aggressive with other dogs when leaving. Even the best behaved dogs do this and owners are always surprised. The important thing to remember is that dogs are dogs. It's easy to be swayed by accounts of disgruntled ex employees or obsessive dog owners, but the truth is that I check in on my dog via webcam from work (and I'm curious as to what "blind spots" esther is referring to, as I've never lost sight of my girl in five years) and she is always happy to be there.

I shared my shock with $225.00, for what, that doesn't seem fair ??!! You shaved him- no pampering here. Dorothy gave us a reasonable rate, flexible hours, and her personal mobile number so we can contact her immediately if needed. Turns out, it was needed. Two days later, our kid decided to come 6 weeks early, and we needed a dog walker right away. Dorothy said "no problem" and started on the plan right away. All in all, the dogs were taken care of, and everyone came out happy and healthy. You can tell by talking to her, that Dorothy and her colleagues are totally enamoured with dogs and love to take care of them and help people who need the services. They have a number of services and very reasonable rates, so I recommend them wholeheartedly.
