Picked up a punctured rear tire on my 2016 Dodge Charger on my way home from a long trip. It was…read morelate at night but I was fortunately able to roll into this shop. Called for a ride home and left my car there overnight with my number in the window. Gota call from the owner in the morning and arranged the service. The tire got the puncture because of a worn inner sidewall. I got this tire and another tire with a worn sidewall replaced, rotated, and balanced for $285. Shop didn't have the tires in stock but he was able to order new ones, install them same day, and got my car ready by 2pm. A couple hundred miles later and the tires are working good without issues. I see a couple reviews about the owner's "rudeness." He did not come off this way in my interactions with him. Blunt is the word I would use, but that's just what you get in the business of blue collared work.

Trust me If you want to get robbed…read morelegitimately come here .Chris seems like he doesnt want to here what the customer doesnt agree on and seems a bit rude and sketchy attitude ,I took my car to get my oil changed with me providing the oil and filter, airconditoner recharged ,my suspension and wheels check because my car vibrates and shakes at 60 mph.I told them that my battery wasnt holding charge but that i knew that it was just that i had to replace the battery .So he told me that they could check the battery and i told him that he didnt have to, so they charged me $140 to check which i didnt agree on.Plus I needed to remove some spacers I had on my exhaust and replace a diverter valve spacer.They never checked the suspension because the tech never drove the car and the tech said that the suspension was fine and that there was nothing wrong with it and the problem is still there.The airconditoner was never charged and charged me $149 for that.Charged me $140 to replace the diverter valve spacer which is a 15 minute job so they charge and hour for that.The only thing they were fare with was the oil change which was $60 . These guys are thieves, they charge $140 just to check each thing you want to be checked but they never check anything.I trusted these guys because the owner of this shop seemed honest .I had to go to meineke and got my airconditoner charged there and my airconditoner works fine now . So I spent $690 for all that and only got spacers on the exhaust removed a spacer replaced from my diverter valve and oil change.I feel so stupid taking my car here ,they are a bunch of scammers . I think they don't care if the customer doesn't come back . You guys charged me for work that was never done to the car. I took my car to Meineke and got my AC recharged and it works fine . You was suppose to fix my suspension shaking issue and never even check it. You are a bunch of thieves including the owner . You said you checked my battery free of charge but charged me $140 ,and I told you that I knew I needed a battery. When he saw me pulled up, he closed the garage door on me. He pretty much just left me there. I'm a woman by myself, I didn't live in the area. After I knocked on the door, He told me he couldn't help, they're closed and to move my car out of the service area way, because it's blocking customers for the next day. I was able to move my car a bit. He then told me about another service station. I called another service station he referred to, and the other station were astonished that he wouldn't help and just left me by myself after I repeatedly told him I wasn't from the area and I'm by myself. The other service station stayed with me until we got something figured out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Human decency is to at least be some type of help when someone is having an emergency and is stranded.
