She doesn't just do cat food and litter, but takes the time to play with my cat, and from the feedback I get when I return, i can tell that she has spent quality time interacting with my cat who gets very bored when left on her own. The reviews below does not ring true at all for me as they are so different from my experience with her. The only caveat I had had is that once she assigned someone to my new home who I had a misunderstanding with - I thought I had asked her to wheel the trash to the curb and wheel it back the next day, and to feed canned as well as dried food, but neither were done. in her defense, I didn't leave written instructions and it was the first time with the new sitter, so it may have just been a misunderstanding.

I've recommended Krissy and One Leg Up to many neighbors. Our dog is only 10 pounds and we have no issues with him around larger dogs since they're vetted to make sure they have a good temperament.

Elly, the owner, was knowledgeable and generous with her time on the consultation call, and she invited us over to her house for a meet-and-greet. After we arrived and exchanged pleasantries, Elly went right to work. Keeping a close eye on how our pup responded to a variety of stimuli (mainly, how she was reacting to being part of an unfamiliar pack), she explained different behavioral traits about the JRT (much of what we'd researched prior to the adoption), and set out a coursework for the training (which was something that we hadn't been able to successfully cull through ourselves). After watching our little girl run around the backyard (100% fenced-in), we decided to go with Elly. She impressed us with her knowledge and passion, and we really loved the idea of cage-free boarding. It made sense for us to have the person who trained her be the person who would watch over her when we were away. *Fast forward to 6/12* Not only did the training go very, very well, but our pup goes on off-leash hikes and stays with Elly when we're out of town . Training: 5 stars (We can communicate with our JRT effectively now!) Hiking: 5 stars (The off-leash hiking is the best way we've found for her to get exercise AND socialization.) Boarding: 5 stars (No worries about your dog making a mess in its crate and having to wait 8 hours until someone comes around to clean up - there are no crates!)

The veterinarians are knowledgeable, compassionate, and take the time to thoroughly explain what's going on and answer any questions. You can tell that they genuinely care about the animals they treat. The assisting staff are also so wonderful. Every single one has been kind, attentive, and great with both pets and owners, especially in stressful situations. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk has consistently been the complete opposite, and it's only gotten worse over time. Both in person and over the phone interactions often come across as dismissive, impatient, and at times outright rude. It makes scheduling appointments or asking simple questions feel unnecessarily uncomfortable, which is disappointing given how long I've been a client. It's frustrating because the quality of medical care is excellent, but the front desk experience really detracts from it. I hope the office addresses this because the doctors and vet staff truly deserve to have that same level of care and professionalism reflected in every part of the practice.

The cafe was large, bright, clean and decorated with the cutest Parisian theme. There are also drinks and pastries ready for order; which we'll have to try next time. As for the cats; there were a good amount of cats and kitties being fostered there. A few were napping when we were there and there were others that were playing and eating. They were sweet and cuddly. You can tell they are so well loved and cared for. If you happen to fall in love with them as I was quickly starting to myself; the cats are all adoptable! We recently decided to try a pet sitting service for our cat when we went out of town. The first…read moretwo times we used The Right Fluff Pet Sitting Service I felt things went well because it was one person who were coming into my home to care for my cat. However, the second time it was a little less consistent with the caretaker - who was not either person scheduled the first two times we used the service. This most recent time, during a 9 day service, 5 different people were assigned to come into my home to care for my cat. When I asked about this, Marcy said they use a team approach and clients need to be aware that they can make changes at any time to the service provider. When I asked if I could receive communication ahead of time about these changes, she stated that I was not a good fit for their service and they would no longer accept service requests from me. Mainly because I asked for communication about who is going to be coming into my home. That is very unprofessional to not be willing to communicate with a client about the service provider who will be caring for your pet and coming into your home. This company assumes that every client would allow several different people whom they have never met into their home without clear communication about this plan or the providers. And if you ask for advance notice for communication, you are rejected from their service. USE THIS COMPANY WITH EXTREME CAUTION if you are concerned about the people who enter you home and if you like to have open communication with your provider. ADDENDUM: I am writing this after reading Marcy's response to my initial review- I was informed prior to our trip that there would be one individual providing service while we were out of town. While we were out of town, I began to receive feedback from several different service providers about the care they provided for my cat-- BUT- without any communication from Marcy or anyone at the company. Upon our return I asked about this because I was expecting one provider and she said that our provider had an emergency so that she found different people to cover. What I said-- and I do not believe there any attitude to this response- was that she or someone should have contacted me to inform me that there was an emergency/change of plans. I never met any of the individuals who came into my house - was not even told that this was an option prior to signing up with this service. My issue with this was the communication between Marcy and ourselves about the provider for our cat's care. And when I asked if communication would be able to occur in a situation like this if we use their service again, she said we were not a good fit and would not accept any service requests. I cannot imagine any person not wanting to know who was entering their home and to be informed when someone unexpected was going to be entering their home. Again- I urge EXTREME CAUTION in using this company if you would like to have good communication and if you would like to know who is entering your home when you are out of town.
