Turns out, that's theft and you can get charged, court costs n ticket over $500 and yes they got charged. The other guy who runs the place is cool too. The place is comparable to the surroundings at towakoni, cabins, tent sites, rental spots, restrooms, showers. Bank fishing, noodleing... The long timers here are pretty cool too. DO NOT SPEED YOU WILL GET KICKED OUT! FAMILY ENVIRONMENT. I may end up renting a monthly spot :)

Fortunately, the front desk was able to locate a crib, and I appreciated that effort. Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. After checking in, I learned that the pool was closed, the fitness center was under renovation, the public restrooms were unavailable, and the ice machine was broken. None of these issues were disclosed before or during check-in. Had I known that so many amenities were unavailable, I would have chosen a different hotel. Because I was in town for a scheduled event and time was limited, finding another hotel wasn't a realistic option. The one bright spot was the complimentary breakfast, which was good. The following morning, I spoke with the front desk about my concerns over paying full price for a room when so many advertised amenities were unavailable. I was assured that my information would be passed along to the owner and that I would receive a call on Monday. Monday came and went without any contact. I called the hotel myself and was again told my information would be forwarded. After still hearing nothing, I called again and spoke with the assistant manager, Claudia. Instead of listening to my concerns or helping escalate the matter, she argued with me for approximately 30 minutes. Her position was essentially that because I accepted the room and stayed, I also accepted the lack of amenities. While I understand renovations happen, customers deserve to be informed before checking in so they can make an informed decision. Telling a guest they "didn't have to stay" after they've already checked in and have limited alternatives is not helpful customer service. Eventually, Claudia provided me with the owner's Gmail address, but by that point it was clear that my concerns had not been taken seriously despite multiple promises that someone would contact me. My disappointment isn't simply that several amenities were unavailable--it's the lack of transparency before check-in, the repeated promises of a callback that never happened, and the dismissive way my concerns were handled afterward. Better communication and better customer service would have gone a long way. Will never stay here again.

Although the decor feel's dated, it was in decent shape. The room was clean too, and very large and spacious. Free breakfast was good, and there was a big selection.
