After approving them to fix it and send us a msg saying they quoted us wrong it was actually over 6k to fix it. Saying the engineer needed to be replaced when nothing is wrong with it. We have all parts and pictures to prove that they were just trying to scam us. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FOURWHEELER there. The sales department is really good but the service department are just trashed. the lady that answer the phone (Arden) was always rude and seemed bother when you asked questions. They were trying to get us to spend 3 times more of what actually is coasting us to fix somewhere else. They really lost our business. We do a lot of riding events and will make sure all the people we come across do not do business with them!!!! Save your time and money DONOT go there to get anything fixed. I delayed and procrastinated partly due to my travels and partly due to me wanting the best possible solution for mounting a trolling motor on my boat. Brady was patient and communicated with me every time I reach out whether it was email or phone call. He was always there and patient with me. I've seen several Credit Card Captains come rolling in there and treat them like slave labor and they have continually stayed professional. The parts department (Rachael), service coordinator (Mandy), and Office Manager (Billi Jo) always stand out as customer friendly. I have 110% confidence in Greg if I need electronics installed or repaired. I was concerned about service labor rates when Legendary took over. However, the service dept seems very conscientious about how many hours are charged and my service cost has remained relatively the same since I've been there.

Speaking of doing work on the boat, there are a number of very useful professional metal fabricators, a canvas shop, and expert diesel mechanics within a few minutes walk. Grocery stores are within a mile or so, as are Tippy's Tavern, West Marine (closing this month unfortunately), and theres another restaurant called The Oarhouse five minutes away by dinghy. Pelican's Perch was a GREAT find for us, and I very highly recommend it for anyone on a budget needing to do work on their boat.
