The zip line tour was fun, but I don't think it was worth the price. We went on 6 lines, which took less than an hour to complete. The time they ask you to arrive at was very frustrating. They give you an appointment time and ask you to arrive 45 minutes early, however they do not need 45 minutes of prep work. Our tour started by 2:40 for a 3pm tour. They should just change the appointment time if they want to start early. Additionally, we were running 15 minutes late due to traffic (would still be arriving 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time), so we have a courtesy call to let them know. The man on the phone was clearly upset and very rude and eventually hung up on me. That being said, once we arrived and started the zip line tour, our two guides were so much fun! They made us feel safe and cracked a lot of jokes throughout the trip. The views were nice and it was a cute couples event. Overall, we were frustrated with how much emphasis was put on arriving early but had a lot of fun on the zip lines. 3/5 stars. Rude on phone, slightly over priced. I dont have much experience at zip lining, but I have tons of experience in customer service. This facility is top notch. The staff is super friendly. From suiting up to the ride to the top, the crew was very nice, held great conversations, polite, and very informative. We didn't feel like customers. We felt like friends being shown how to enjoy an activity. The posts were all in great shape. Nothing seemed out of place except for me, and they made me feel at home and relaxed, ready to tackle the lines. They were very patient and no where close to pushy. Hands down best, most fun experience I've had doing an activity I was uncomfortable with. I wanted to do something out of my comfort zone and this was the best choice!!!! Myself and my 10 year old daughter went along with our friend and his 10 year old son. Mitch and Alex our guides, were the absolute best at making us comfortable as well as so patient with us at explaining everything. They also had great attitudes, and were super fun and took away any anxiety we had. We went down 6 Ziplines over 2 miles and it was absolutely so much fun. I'd do it again and again!!!!! I highly highly recommend! I'd give it 15 stars if I could! You can also buy pics at the end, which are SOOOOO reasonable in price. We got a flash drive with 45 pics for only $45!!!!! I had so much fun on this zip line tour!! The only other time I've been zip lining was about 15 years ago when I was a kid and it wasn't very memorable, but honestly this experience made me fall in love with zip lining. It was a last minute decision to go and I am so glad we did! The views were incredible and the guides were amazing! This place is awesome. It was Saturday morning of Labor Day wknd and I drove to another Ziplines place and didn't like the looks of it. Got on yelp and looked for Ziplines and I find Wahoo Ziplines. Looked on their webpage and called immediately to book a 5 o'clock reservation. Spoke with John who was very nice and was sure to tell me about wearing close top shoes and the "bit" of a hike we would have between some of the Ziplines. He also offered us a discount without us asking, although I would check groupon if yelp doesn't have a discounted price offer. You have to arrive 30-45 minutes before your reservation time for signing a waiver and so you can get harnessed. As we were getting our harnesses on, they had several guys helping everyone and they all seemed very knowledgeable. Gary and Mitch were our guides but our tour was cut short for our safety because of rain with lightning/thunder. Chip in the office was nice enough to offer everyone a rain check so we booked for the next day at 9 o'clock. Our guides on this tour were Vlad and Mitch. Since we had Mitch the day before, I was already reassured as he "caught" me twice the day before, so I felt safe. His jokes are funny but you can tell he has told them more than once. I appreciated them as I tend to make jokes when I'm scared or nervous about something. As you can tell, I can't say enough good things about this place and company. I liked everything enough that I made sure to write down everyone's names so I could mention them all is this review. I can't wait to bring my kids here because we will definitely return. We stayed in Cosby but drove into Pigeon Forge for the day specifically to go to Wahoo Zip Lining. We did the Hamster Ball/Zorbing first. Our Zip Lining wasn't scheduled until 3pm so we had time to kill. I've been skydiving but Zip Lining made me nervous and one of our guides Mitch definitely noticed my face before the first line as I latched on & offered to go with me. Of course because I'm not a chicken, I didn't take him up on the offer but was super nice to offer. After the 1st jump, I was fine for the rest. Even did a few hanging upside down & flapping like a bird with Mitch & Caden's (our guides) coaching. Both guides were super cool. My brother, sister & I were doing a weekend getaway to bond & this was perfect. Mitch also thinks he had jokes "messing" with my gear, lol. Caden was the one to trust ;). There are plenty of places to go ziplining in the Smokies. This one has got to be my favorite! The guides are safety focused, but they also like to have a good time. You never have to worry about breaking or slowing down because the guides are there to catch you at the end of each line. I always felt safe putting my life in their hands. What really sets Wahoo apart from other ziplines in the area are the six lines that they offer. They teach you and encourage you to go upside-down, which is forbidden at most of the places in the area. They use a full harness that allows for this to be done safely. They also offer a tandem line where you can go down with a friend. The last line is one that you can race each other. When I started searching for a zipline adventure for my family's trip to Tennessee I was a little overwhelmed with all of the choices but Yelpers never fail me. And this place was no exception! The real gem of our trip to Pigeon Forge. Once I read the reviews of this place I checked Groupon to see if I could find a deal...and did I ever! I got a Groupon for 6 of us and planned to go with my two boys (13 and 24), my dad, my brother, and his 8 yr old daughter. We had one more person want to join our group very last minute...day of...and it was super busy being the Fourth of July. They were so great...not only did they let us add an extra person they also gave us the same Groupon price that we originally paid. Despite being busy they still were very organized and they had us harnessed up and on the bus in the first 15 minutes. Austin and Caden were our guides and they were terrific! They had a big group to work with but we're funny with the one liners and reassuring to the varying levels of nervousness. In our group there were several young kids and out of our seven - 4 had never zip lined before. My younger son even had a cast on his hand and felt very comfortable taking the leap. The views were beautiful. There were 6 lines all a little different and a lot of fun. We were able to do tricks and "fly" upside down (my favorite). There's an option to buy digital images of one of your flights if you want. I highly recommend Wahoo if you are visiting the Sevierville or Pigeon Forge area. read more

If you check in on Yelp they offer a 50% off special. They also have a 2 for 1 groupon special. Our cost was after the above discount. For your money you get about two hours in the hills and a total of 6 different runs. You go out with 2 guides and groups of 16. The guides were understanding of the youngsters initial apprehension and we're encouraging that this was something most anyone can do.
