Best first time experience! The staff make you comfortable & have a great sense of humor. Felt informed & safe. 10/10 experience. Would 100% recommend. If you get a go pro, be mindful of the position of your head while you record. Give them a shot. It's worth every single penny.

    Zip lining through the trees

We had a great time. The guides were great and we got to do 6 ziplines through beautiful scenery, would definitely recommend

My husband and I went last week for my 5 year sobriety anniversary. We were looking for something fun and adventurous to celebrate my big day. Booking online was easy. When we arrived the front desk staff were pleasant. I loved that they drove you to the top of the first line so you don't have the hiking or tons of stairs on some other tours we've been on. All 6 zip lines were fun. The hosts were easy to work with and did a good job keeping us safe. Everyone in the group (two individual couples and a huge bachelor party) were all adults and so it may have been an easier run (only took us about an hour) but it was a lot of fun. We'd both gone zip lining before at other places and this one was by far better than what we'd done before. Also had great views We'd definitely suggest this place.

Everyone here is super nice and the make you feel so comfortable . From the check in to the end . Audrey and Jake were our instructors and they are awesome. The course is very nice and the instructors are awesome . We had a big group 13 and Gea. A great time . If you get scared they are there to help you and if you can't do it they would give you a ride back We enjoyed so much that we came back for a second time and again a great time ! P.s : You have to wear a mask to go inside the office and while you are getting ride .

One of the best experience I had, special thanks to Mitch and Austin without them the zipline would be scary and boring This was my first time in zipline so I was scared and due to both of them it was a fun experience and plus the pictures are cherry on the cake There are total 6 ziplines and they all are unique you will feel the difference. Both Mitch and Austin will teach you all the techniques Make sure you check in prior to book your tickets as you may get $15 off on your ticket which is a great deal Thank you for making my experience unique and memorable

Brad and Jaimee did an awesome job as our guides! I was very nervous, but it was our friend's first time in the States from the Netherlands so I wanted to join them. The guides were very encouraging and kind. After the first line, I was able to do the rest without any issues. We had a lot of fun and we would definitely come back and do it again! They even gave us some recommendations for other activities in the area.

We had a perfect time! The absolute best tour guides!!

GPS gave great directions and we arrived on time. If coming from NC on 40 west, please allow extra time for construction, about an hour. Upon arrival at Legency we were greeted by smiling facing at the service counter. We got checked in quickly, given the run down on the wait time. They do not have lockers, so its recommended you lock your belongings in your vehicle. They do take your keys for safe keeping as certain items are not allowed on the course. The gift shop has a ton of unique souvenirs. We purchased t-shirts, they have a large selection. They sell some snacking items and drinks. The restroom was clean. They have rockers on the porch and a fire pit area to hang out at until its time to rig up. Our instructors Matt and Daniel got us into our harnesses and explained how they work. We loaded onto the bus for a trip to the top. Along the way they explained the course and what to expect. Of the 7 lines, the first 2 lines are beginner lines. Each line gets faster and higher. They gave great instructions , and were very helpful. They put everyone in our group at ease. Also, they are quite funny. Don't tell them, we don't want it going to their heads. Waters were offered , so stay hydrated. It was overcast due to the morning rain, but the views were still majestic. Line 6 was my favorite. The course takes about 2 hours. We have ziplined before, but it did not compare to this. The views over the tree tops, approximately 540 feet were amazing. Everyone we encountered, from the service gals , the bus driver, the truck driver to the instructors were absolutely wonderful. We had a great time , See ya next year

We had no issues finding a date available, but some scheduled times were already booked out, so make sure to reserve ahead of time! There are SEVERAL whitewater rafting companies and I cannot speak for the other companies, but I had a very pleasant time with Rafting In the Smokies! Our rafting guide was incredibly knowledgeable with the nearby area and was competent in keeping us safely down Class III and Class IV rapids across ~5.5 miles down the river! Very family-friendly and a fun experience, even for people who have never whitewater rafted! TYPE OF RAFTING: Upper Pigeon River Rafting - Class III/IV (note: Lower Pigeon rafting is apparently more like a "lazy river" - type of experience!) PARKING: Plentiful Scheduling: Easy to schedule online, they called the day prior to confirm our trip and advised us to arrive 45 mins before our scheduled rafting trip! PRICE: Affordable and there was a promo code on their website! They also do coupon books too (you'll find them everywhere in Gatlinburg lol) Location: Technically in meet-up at their HQ in Hartford TN, so make sure you account for driving time! They bus us to the TN-NC border. FAMILY-FRIENDLY? Yes! I saw plenty of teens and parents on the rafts, especially families that have never white-water rafting! DIFFICULTY: I didn't have any trouble staying in the boat and only saw one person (out of probably 50 people) fall out, but was safely pulled back into a raft! RECOMMEND? Absolutely. It was a great outdoor activity to do with family and I really enjoyed the views of the Smoky Mountains while rafting! Make sure to wear sunscreen since the rafting isn't very shady!

We had a 2pm start (1:30pm arrival) and were the only people registered so private ebike tour for us. TJ was our guide and he was training someone so we ended up with 2 guides, which was great. Both of them were very knowledgable about Asheville, nature (i learned what poison ivy looks like) and biking. It took me a few minutes to get my ebike bearings, but then were off. The first part of the ride was on gravel, which was a little tricky, but it was all good when we hit the road. It also started raining and we got pretty wet...i couldn't decide if the rain made the ride miserable or more fun. Maybe both! The biking itself wasn't too hard and honestly we probably could have done it on regular bikes and gotten a workout, but i do find ebiking super fun. We stopped a few times, which helped with our sore butts and learned about the area. A few hours later we said goodbye to our new friends and headed back to Asheville (about an hour away). They also offer many other activities like white water rafting so recommended if you're looking for a little adventure.

It is clearly listed that if you flip the atv you will be charged. Just went 2 of us on individual atvs. Our tour guide showed me how to operate the atv and constantly turned around to check on me. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware of my experience…read more We reserved a UTV for myself and my two younger sons, while my 13-year-old rode an ATV. Before riding, I completed all required waivers and disclosures. I encourage anyone considering this activity to read every line carefully. What stood out to me afterward is that nowhere in the reservation process or waiver did it state that simply tipping an ATV results in an automatic $150 fee. The only notice we saw was a sign near the vehicle staging area--after we had already paid. I was initially hesitant about allowing my 13-year-old to ride independently because he has limited ATV experience. The trails aren't extreme, but they are technical enough that prior riding experience would be very beneficial. The only instruction we received before heading out covered the farm rules--ride sober, maintain distance between vehicles, and other basic operational rules. There was no instruction or guidance on how to actually operate or navigate the ATV, how to handle uneven terrain, or how to avoid situations that could cause it to tip. Interestingly, I was specifically warned by the manager to keep my UTV centered on the trail or it could tip. That same warning was not given to my son riding the ATV. Unfortunately, he drifted slightly onto the embankment, and the ATV slowly tipped onto its side. Thankfully, he wasn't injured at all--just embarrassed. It was a relatively minor incident, and had he known to lean his body weight into the embankment, it likely could have been avoided. My son was extremely upset because he immediately realized we had likely incurred the $150 flip fee. The tour guide reassured him by patting him on the back and saying, "Don't worry, this thing is fine." He explained to me that the mandatory $150 fee covered the oil change and filter replacement after an ATV tips onto its side and that the fee was not flexible, but thankfully the ATV itself appeared to be fine. Imagine my surprise when I later received not only the $150 flip fee but an additional $108.25 charge for handlebar replacement. The following day, I returned respectfully and simply asked to see a photo of the damage or the damaged handlebars themselves. I wasn't asking for an argument--I just wanted documentation supporting the additional charge. I was initially told I might be able to see the ATV. After the front manager stepped away to speak with the manager in the back, she returned and informed me that they could no longer show me photos or the damage because the ATV had already been sent to the mechanic. The timing of that response was difficult to ignore. My disappointment isn't that accidents happen or that businesses need to recover repair costs. I fully understand that equipment can be damaged and customers should be responsible when appropriate. My disappointment is with the lack of transparency. If an automatic flip fee exists, it should be clearly disclosed before payment. If additional damage charges are assessed, customers should be provided evidence of that damage when requested. The entire experience left me feeling that the process lacked transparency, and undermined my confidence in the fairness of the charges. I hope the business will consider making its policies more visible upfront and documenting any additional damage charges so future customers don't leave feeling the same way I did.
