I'm not sure if this store is open all year long but we happened to be visiting in October both times so we were able to get our yearly Christmas ornaments here! The wait times for personalization can vary so just make sure to get it at least a day or so before you're leaving, if you're from out of town. There is a huge variety here and it's difficult to narrow down to one! I just mainly appreciate the great detail they put into the personalization though, sometimes it can be a bit messy if you get it somewhere like a mall kiosk. They even have a large variety of nutcrackers and other Hawaiian themed Christmas items which are adorable. We actually stumbled across this place the day after Christmas, during our vacation in Hawaii. They have tons of cute ornaments and designs, and you can get them personalized for free. I saw other reviews complaining about prices, but considering free personalization I don't think they're unreasonable. We got the train set with 3 cars in between, for a total of $60. The smaller ornaments with 5 names were $20 each. The store was pretty busy, but the employees were all very friendly and helped answer all our questions about pricing and personalization. Lovely Christmas store a short walk from Waikiki beach. The store definitely puts you in a festive mood. It is full of beachy Christmas ornaments that you can personalize. Personalize a variety of items with events, dates, and names. They have a large binder at the checkout desk with Hawaiian translations if you want your name written in Hawaiian. The current deal while we were there was buy 3 get 1 free for ornaments above a certain price. We wanted to purchase additional items to ship, however, the shipping is very expensive. They offer no shipping discounts and ship items separately. Therefore, if we were to purchase ornaments and a lighted house, we would have needed to pay for shipping twice. This seemed ridiculous so we purchased only ornaments since we could fit them in our luggage. Once you place and pay for your order they give you a receipt and pick up time (ours was ~1 hour later). We chose to walk around and shop then pick it up. They personalized all ornaments as we requested and had provided suggestions. Both employees working were welcoming and patient. The personalizations are handwritten and look beautiful. We really like the ornaments and recommend this store to others! read more

I didn't find the selection particularly appealing and the quality of most ornaments was average. I collect ornaments as I travel for work and there was nothing here that was a fit for my tree. A very strange thing that happened during my brief visit was me coughing ONCE with my mouth covered and the employee responding by shoving their face into their shirt, running to the other side of the store, and shouting towards me about the free customization whilst putting a mask on. The line to purchase a few "regular" ornaments was held up by those who were getting "personalized" ornaments. They really should consider having two registers open, One for those who are ready to make a purchase and another for those who are looking to personalize their ornaments. Again, more efficiency... At another point while in a 20 + minute line a staff member came over to offer a tray for us to put two items in it, when they were perfectly fine in my hand and she insisted. I don't know if it was her being concerned about us pocketing the Christmas ornaments or what? But I found that kind of rude. They do monogramming for free. It took them 10 minutes to do 5 ornaments. They also gave great suggestions on what to write on the ornaments, even in Hawaiian or drawing symbols.
