We loved this property! The service is excellent--the people who work here are so nice and really provide that aloha spirit. We had the Costco package, and the breakfast buffet that was included was excellent! There was a wide variety of breakfast meats, fresh fruit ,etc. and made to order eggs. We didn't love our first room, but we did get moved after two nights, and really enjoyed our second spot with a ground floor lanai and a little peak of ocean. The beds are comfortable, and they have Nespresso in the rooms. Plenty of room to move around and closet and drawer space for clothes. The grounds are beautiful, and there is a ton to do for adults and kids. The adult pool is very quiet and has a beautiful infinity front facing the ocean. Our teenager and 23 year old boys loved playing cornhole in the courtyard. The gym is well appointed with three peloton bikes and dumbbells. Would definitely stay here again! read more

Eight years ago, we had a fantastic time at the Wailea Marriott. We were considering booking another hotel on our return vacation, but I insisted on rebooking here. After all, we knew it was a great resort, and why risk it elsewhere? What a mistake I made! Things have changed dramatically in the past eight years. What shocked me was the appalling cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The carpets in the hotel hallways were streaked with stains all the way from the elevator to our room. Also it seemed like the maintenance crew was working on a room next to ours, leaving a dirty utility carpet in the room next to ours throughout our stay. There were even hairs on the hinge of the bathroom door, large oil stains on the balcony couch (I would never sit on it), and debris underneath the bedroom chair where I placed my suitcase. It was clear that the bedrooms were only superficially cleaned. The bathroom doors also didn't close properly. The paint had scraped off, and we had to use a lot of muscle to push them closed. There was dirt all over the ledge of the door. Trying to get hold of anyone at the hotel phone was impossible. On our first day on the island, we left our room at 8 am and returned at 3 pm, but our room had still not been serviced. There was no way to call guest services from the hotel bedroom, which was a first for us. We went downstairs to find someone at the check-in desk, but there was a long line, so we left. We found a hotel employee and asked him if he could help us contact the guest services regarding our room. He assured us he would take care of it but it was still not done when we returned at 5 pm. We ended up having to look up a number on the hotel website to ask them to service our room at 5 pm! These kinds of things shouldn't happen at a hotel of this caliber. The parking situation was also horrendous and a huge rip-off. It costs $47 a day to park in a structure that was so tightly packed. Some of the larger cars barely fit in one spot, and we were worried that our rental car would be hit or scratched. I wish we had stayed with our fond memories of Wailea from eight years ago and never returned. At this point it is just overpriced, disappointing and underwhelming. read more

Beautiful 22 acre property! Gorgeous ocean views! Self parking and valet parking available. Upon arrival, we were greeted with leis and a welcome tropical drink. They have free cultural activities-- we attended hula dance lesson and lei making worksop-- both fun! Would have liked to check out the ukulele lesson! There's free rental of tommy bahama beach chairs which was very helpful. There is first come first serve for beach loungers with umbrella-- but on a holiday weekend these were basically impossible to get. People lined up at 7am so they were sold out by 820am. You can get on a wait list, but of course we'd get called at 230pm when its too hot for me to sit on the beach personally. The pools-- there are at least 4! One is by reservation only. One has the adventure slides (lots of fun!), one family friendly infinity pool with live music/DJ, and one adults only infinity pool. Very nice views from the pools and well staffed, well landscaped and equipped with towels, loungers, cabanas is you want to $$, sunscreen. We thoroughly enjoyed the adults only infinity pool- serene and amazing views. Our Ocean View room was a treat, we loved sitting on the patio enjoying the ocean views & music. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get extra pillows upon request. The shower was lovely and bathroom was roomy. The shower gel didn't sud or foam much so it was hard to scrub off sunscreen each day. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the artisan stands in the lobby area, which had unique items and I purchased several. The property itself is walking distance from the shops at Wailea, good for high-end shopping. Kihei is only 10-15 minutes away or more diverse food options and the airport is only about 30 minutes away in Kahului. Kaanapali is 50min away, Lahaina 45min away. read more

Wailea Beach Resort is such a special place. We got married here on April 13. Their staff is so kind and communicative and took care of everything for us. Thank you to our wedding coordinator, Elena, for taking care of everything for our elopement and ensuring that everything ran smoothly down to the small details like fashion tape for my lei. The grounds are so well kept and stunning, the rooms are clean and our housekeeper found cute ways to add special touches to our clean. The lobby bar staff is hilarious and makes a dang good cocktail as well. Overall we had the best time and are dreaming of our next trip here. We stayed at the Wailea Beach Resort for 4 nights and overall had a good stay. The resort grounds are beautiful, the pools are great, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and provided excellent customer service. We also appreciated the on-site laundry room. There are only two washers and two dryers, but we had no problem doing a load one morning without waiting. The rooms are definitely dated and could use a refresh. Ours felt dark, and the A/C unit was loud and leaked water during our stay. As a Marriott Gold Elite member, we didn't receive an upgrade, but our room was conveniently located near the lobby, which ended up being a plus. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary ti leaf and floral lei-making classes. My daughter and I loved learning about the history and significance of leis while making our own. It was a fun way to experience a bit of Hawaiian culture. Breakfast at Humble Market Kitchin was just average. We had breakfast included for two adults and paid $20 per child for our kids. It's mostly a continental breakfast with a variety of options, including made-to-order omelets, but I wouldn't pay full price for it. The biggest disappointment came on our last night. We requested a microwave for our dinner leftovers, and the next morning I found one roach in the bathroom and another inside the microwave. Thankfully it was our last day, but it definitely left a bad impression. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with excellent hospitality, great amenities, and fun cultural activities. However, the dated room, loud leaking A/C, and especially the roach issue make it hard for me to rate it higher than 3.5 stars. read more

Got there kinda late at night because we stopped and ate dinner before we checked in . We must have been lucky because they upgraded us to a suite not having any rooms available that we had reserved. This is great customer service from a hotel!! Our room had a couch, dining table, bath and a half and a tub shower combo and a fire pit outside!! Had the Costco package and breakfast was included, it was a buffet style and just fine for starting us out in the morning. The resort had lots of pools and was in between two beaches, so we were always hanging out at either a beach or pool. There are a lot of stairs here. We like that we could go down to the one beach and there were beach chairs provided there from the hotel, I you got there early enough. We never ate on property except for breakfast so we can't comment on the other restaurants. Want to visit again sometime. PS-We saw the biggest, fastest spider on our patio at night, decided to only go out there during the day after that. read more

Located on Wailea, Maui, HI. It is a beachfront property! I stayed for for 2 nights of my 6 night stay in February 2026. I really enjoyed my stay here due to a conference in mid February. Tips: to solidify a beach chair at Infinity pool, you need to show up between 7:00-8:00am, and grab the seat with a towel, but best to leave behind a water bottle, sunblock, a beach bag or jacket. The chair snatching competition is hot. Pros: - beachfront with caveat (Wailea Beach with umbrella chairs for this hotel is a 7 or 8 minute walk south), - Infinity pools - there is adult only one and a kids infinity pool, if you like to lounge at the pool for 6 hours, here is the spot - Gym - it's really great - Lots of free activities: yoga or pilates on the grass with ocean view, scuba class, lei making, hula dancing, learn ukelele, etc. Book it online at the same link as paid activities on next bullet. - lots of other activities for cost: outrigger canoe, stand up paddle boarding, etc. book it at https://waileabeachresort.247activities.com - the resort was so large that not many of the properties have ocean view - friendly, hospitable staff - bed and blankets were comfy, room was clean, mini fridge, large closet, nice hand soap - there is an arcade with old style video games for the kids Cons: - pricey, but if you have the cash...no big deal. At peak season, cost is $800 per night - pay for parking $30 - long line for check in at peak season if if there is conference, come early - no free coffee, buy from Starbucks or other restaurants on site - no day pass for spa, need to buy services like facial or massage - this hotel is kid friendly, but I feel like it is more kid friendly at the Fairmont Kea Lani next door. If you have Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite, you will be given a lei, mai tai at check in and priority for rooms. It was a wonderful experience and I hope to be back. read more

We absolutely loved our stay at the Wailea Beach resort. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to an oceanfront view due to my husband's Marriott status. We were obsessed with the view and love spending time on our lanai. We took advantage of the beach the first day. It's a little bit of a walk down there, but we went after lunch and we were able to snag to beach chairs right away. Other than that, we loved the adult pool. They do enforce it so there are no kids there. They give out little snacks in the morning and some ice cream in the afternoon. Food is just OK. We did not try the restaurants at the hotel. It is so close to island gourmet market and so many great restaurants in the shopping center that we mostly ate out or got some food to eat on our lanai. read more

Yes, it was pricey, but booking a package through Costco sure helped in that front. AND, our stay was absolutely perfect! From working with Natalie to request our just-right room (Thank you, Natalie; you are SO appreciated!) to the stunning grounds, fantastic amenities, delicious food, thoughtful activities, and great beach access/ocean views, we truly could not have asked for more. Housekeeping was top-notch--thank you! We watched countless whales from our balcony, and cherished every sunrise and sunset. This stay was the perfect way to experience a truly magical island! Of Note: The property is quite expansive, has lots of stairs due to the multi-level layout, and both nearby beaches require a short walk. Extremely disappointed. While the grounds and landscaping at the resort are absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, our overall experience has unfortunately fallen far short of expectations. Upon arrival, it took over two hours for bell service to deliver our luggage to our room. Once we finally settled in, we discovered the room had not been properly cleaned. There were hairs and sand throughout the bathroom and room, and our children even found toys left behind from previous guests. To make matters worse, the room phone was broken, making it difficult to contact hotel staff when assistance was needed. My husband is a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member, and we have generally come to expect a higher level of service and attention to detail when staying at Marriott properties. Unfortunately, there was no recognition of his status during our stay, and the overall experience did not reflect the level of hospitality we have received at other Marriott resorts. After bringing our concerns to management's attention, the hotel did remove the upgrade charge for our first night, which we appreciated. However, the issues have continued throughout our stay. We are currently on day four of our five-night stay, and these problems have not been isolated incidents. Most recently, despite being out of the room for the entire day, housekeeping again failed to service our room. For the price point and reputation of this resort, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and attention to detail. The property itself is stunning, and the grounds are truly one of the resort's strongest features, but the repeated service failures throughout our stay have significantly impacted what should have been a relaxing family vacation. While we appreciate the effort made to address some of our concerns, we hope management takes a closer look at the consistency of housekeeping, room readiness, and guest service so future guests have an experience that better reflects the Marriott brand. read more

After a wonderful day seeing the Island of Maui, our day ended at this gorgeous resort! The facilities are well maintained. The landscaping was spectacular as it laid over the bluff overlooking the beach. The meal included was full of delightful flavors and appetizing appearance! The service was top notch! Very friendly and caring as they bent over backwards appeasing a very persnickety person next to us. As the sun began to dip, we were treated to a short cultural show celebrating the sunset. That had to be the reason for such a gorgeous sun set! No filters were needed to take amazing photos! A magical sunset! read more

We came here for our strategic board planning. What a fantastic location. Once we approached the property, we are amazed with the gorgeous ocean view. The check in was welcoming and we were greeted with the leis and guava juice. They brought our luggage to our room. The room is nice and clean, pretty good size. The balcony has a swing for us to enjoy the view. The service was amazing. When we asked how to navigate to the lawn, the staff walked us there. The same when I asked where was the gym, the staff guided me there warmly even though it was before 6 in the morning. The swimming pools are nice and not too crowded. Plenty of seats to enjoy the forever changing ocean. There are tow restaurants onsite, the Kapa bar and grill and the Humble Kitchin. Both are fantastic. If I come back to Maui, I will definitely return and stay here. Very impressed with the hospitality of all the staff. read more

This hotel was part of the Amex FHR benefit. The staff was super friendly. The pools are a bit disjointed in that they're all separated. Our benefit came with a hotel credit but we could only use it at a handful of the restaurants. There is no direct beach access. There is an option for self parking. The resort offers lots of daily classes and events, which look fun but full of kids/families. Would be cool if they had some adult only classes. read more

MY KIDS LOVE THIS HOTEL! Stayed here for a week with my husband and two little ones under age 4 and we loved everything this resort had to offer. LOCATION 5/5: the resort is right on the ocean and we had our own beautiful beach that was not crowded with gentle waves. There's a nice outdoor shopping mall literally next door w/ restaurants like Ruth Chris Steak and Tommy Bahamas and the best ice cream store and luxury shopping like LV and Gucci. You don't need to rent a car everything is walkable. The hotel has a SHUTTLE SERVICE that can take you local places like the Monkeypod Restaurant which was delicious! CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/5: every employee from the valet, to the front desk, engineers who came to fix our AC, security and medic Ana who helped patch up my son when he got a boo boo and Frank the manager were all WONDERFUL!!! ROOMS 5/5: the beds were comfy, our first room had a balcony room with a table and two chairs where we ate overlooking the ocean. Then we switched to a lanai suite on the ground floor right in front of the pool which was great. We had two recliner loungers, a couch and a table on our deck it was NICE! We asked for a MICROWAVE and WATER KETTLE to cook in the room for the babies and they even brought us a DIAPER PAIL which wasn't even requested! I was super impressed with their thoughtfulness. FOOD 4/5: basic resort food breakfast buffet which was delicious but lacked Asian dishes and pricey. They have a PIZZA CART open every night which was fine but took a long time to make so order early they don't take phone orders. The pool bar food was also good the burgers were yum! There's a market on site that has ice creams, drinks, cup ramen, sandwiches, cereals etc. There's also a Starbucks! POOLS 5/5: I loooooved the family pool it had a huge section that was knee deep perfect for my one-year old to splash around. The slides looked fun. We also dipped into the infinity pool for families. The jacuzzi is small is my only complaint. There's a few adults only pools which looked nice and peaceful too! KIDS ACTIVITIES 5/5: this resort has an ARCADE GAME ROOM which was awesome! Ski ball, motorcycle riding game, street fighter etc all free! There's also a MOVIE THEATER for kids where they play 2 movies a day with free popcorn. They have a KIDS CENTER but it wasn't opened which was a bummer. LAUNDRY 2/5: for how huge this resort is I was shocked they only had 2 washer and 2 dryer in our section of the rooms. Luckily it was empty when I had to use it! We did a lot of research on the local resort options and after exploring the resort options, we are so happy we decided to go with the Marriott Beach resort. This resort is more affordable than some of the other options on the strip but the views are still incredible and they have everything you need. Multiple pools, a water slide, and lots of great restaurant and bar options on site. They are also walking distance to a few plazas and the other resorts so you can try different spots. We also love that they had access to two beaches on either side of the resort. read more

Absolutely love this place. Being an ambassador elite with Marriott, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unbelievable. I have to give special recognition to Zelie at the front desk, who really put in the extra effort to ensure we could have late check out, have an upgraded stay, and I really appreciated her attentiveness. We ended up staying at the four seasons the next day, and I felt that the service was not nearly as good there as it was at this resort. just seeing how they treated the other guests as well, I think that people would agree. We had an absolutely incredible experience at the Wailea Beach Resort Marriott, Maui, and it's entirely thanks to Adrian Morales. After multiple flight cancellations left us stranded in Maui, we found ourselves in a stressful and uncertain situation, especially traveling with both our family and my in-laws. On top of that, Maui was experiencing torrential rain, flooding, and road closures. It could have easily turned into a very difficult trip. Then we met Adrian. He stepped in with urgency, empathy, and an incredible level of care. Not only did he find rooms for us on short notice, but he secured an oceanfront room as well as another room with perfect access to the pool. He was extremely accommodating and thoughtful in every detail, making sure both sides of our family were taken care of. What stood out most was how genuinely he cared. Adrian didn't just solve a problem, he completely changed the trajectory of our trip. In the middle of chaos and uncertainty, he created a sense of calm and turned our stay into something truly special. The resort itself is an absolute oasis in one of the most beautiful parts of our country, but it's people like Adrian who make the experience unforgettable. The pools are cool with a few slides for the kids and adult pools for some more quiet areas. Nice views everywhere! Only downside is there's no beach access but easily can walk to wailea beach. read more

We had a beautiful stay here. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Everything was well kept, looked clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The main entrance of the hotel where you check in and the lobby overlooks the ocean and is a great way to check in. You are greeted with POG juice and leis and necklaces. We stayed in a king suite with two kids. The sofa pulled out into a bed and we were able to close the door. The rooms were clean and spacious and the air-conditioning worked very well. Our room had an outdoor sofa and fire pit and also had a outdoors stone bathtub shower set up. It was very nice. The hotel had multiple pools, including one specifically for younger children with waterspouts and waterslides. Two other pools were family pools with one being an infinity pool, and then the last two pools were adults, only one of which was a dedicated spa and relaxation pool. There's a game room for children with multiple arcade games a pool table, a shuffleboard and other board games. The hotel has a Starbucks, a store for general items like snacks and other items a clothing shop. There are two main restaurants and two food trucks servicing the property. The beach was a five minute walk from the resort and they had free sun, umbrellas, and lounge chairs on a first come first serve basis. The resort also has a shuttle service that can take you to nearby local spots in Wailea if you want to and don't have a car. They also have booster seats for younger children. Right next to the property is a mall with multiple types of shops and food places. This is our second time here first time with kids and the property has remained very good Both on services and location. They are also in the middle of renovating various rooms throughout their property. Would definitely recommend for our families and people looking to just relax. read more

I'm not a typical Maui resort person (prefer Air BnB), but staying here with a toddler made me reconsider. The best POG juice at check in, and they gave my son (all kids) a stuffed turtle! Location: In the heart of Wailea, walking distance to the beaches and shopping mall. Great coastal walking/running trail. The grounds were very well kept. Hotel Room: The ocean view (overlooking the serenity pool) was worth it. Spacious enough with 1 toddler. Lanai space was perfect with a table and couch. Complimentary Nespresso coffee and reusable aluminum water bottles. Amenities: Great variety of swimming pools for all ages. Loved the adventure poor with the huge and fast water slide. My toddler loved the arcade room: free arcade games, skeeball, billiards, foosball, board game lounge. The gym was large and loved my late night sessions, (too busy in the AM). Sunscreen, water bottle fountains and pool towels all included. Lots of daily activities, hang out spaces and a movie theater too. Food: Large convenience store, a full service Starbucks, pizza food stand, two average pricey resort restaurants. Staff: All we encountered were super courteous and accommodating. We didn't need daily room service cleaning, but housekeeping would always offer fresh towels and coffee refills passing by in the hallway. Negatives: Room shower design and towel racks need improvement. Mini fridge is way too small for a family. Rented an EV, but $59 valet service (vs self parking resort charge) was needed to even consider charging; I charged for free off resort. Parking garage is in the daily resort fee, but the self park spots are TIGHT; the upper level in the sun is barely more spacious. The resort kid's club was closed. read more

Judy at the front desk is the definition of above and beyond. My girlfriend mentioned champagne, and Judy somehow picked up that I wasn't into it so instead of bubbles, we walked into our room to find beer and nuts waiting. That's not just good service, that's mind-reading hospitality. She was incredibly kind, funny, and had that calm "don't worry, I got you" energy that makes vacation actually feel like vacation. Her tips for the Road to Hana were spot on we did the full loop (yep, the one you're not supposed to do if you like your rental car) and it was an absolute blast. If you're staying at the Wailea Beach Resort, talk to Judy. She's the type of person who turns a good trip into a great story. I recently visited Wailea Beach Resort during my vacation to attend one of my best friend's weddings. I can see why they chose this hotel--it's a beautiful property located right on the beach. You are literally just steps away from the ocean; it doesn't get better than that. The wedding ceremony was held on their Kaho'olawe Lawn, and I appreciated that it took place on the grass rather than directly on the beach, as I'm personally not a fan of sand. The buffet, catered by the hotel, was delicious. They offered a Mediterranean-themed happy hour with hummus, pita bread, olives, and more. It was definitely a hit in my book. There are plenty of bathrooms located throughout the hotel, and all the staff I interacted with were lovely. I would definitely consider staying here during my next visit. read more

I loved this resort so much that is now the bar I will hold other resorts to. Check in was so easy and our room was ready early. They gave us leis and POG which was so refreshing. Our partial ocean view king room was so close to the ocean. And had a great view. We spent most of our time at the pools and beaches. At the pools there were always people coming by to help us with drinks or food. We never once had an issue finding a multiple chairs situated together with shade. There are two little kid waterslides that my 5 year old went on about 100 times. My husband and I took turns on the big ones. Pretty fun!! Never more than 2-3 people in line when I went. We got the fun pass at the beach rental spot next the whales tale and my husband and I took turns renting gear to take out in the bay. I particularly loved learning to stand up paddle board!! The bay is so peaceful. If you're traveling with kids you will probably want to (jk, need to!) do laundry. There are two sets of machines on property that take Apple Pay! Woohoo! The onsite restaurant Humble Market Kitchin was great and they brought out quesadillas and veggie sticks to the kids as soon as we ordered just to tide them over! Genius! The adult food was delicious as well. I have so many great things to say about this place but the main takeaway was that they truly embody the aloha spirit here and genuinely care for their guests! AMAZING! I was here on a work trip and cannot wait to come back! The rooms were clean and had everything you could need, the staff was SOOO helpful and kind, and the property is GORGEOUS! Love that it's near multiple beaches and has multiple pools! I can walk to the shops and on my workout morning routine make it to a very healthy vegan cafe and coffee shop, but they also have a vegan menu the manager brought to me! Our stay here was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking scenic views and a perfect location that made everything convenient and enjoyable. Nathalie reached out to us about a week before our arrival to inquire about our stay. Ves at check in upgraded our room to make sure things were made right. Ollie the valet and bell hop was friendly and kind and told us how great the room was that we received. By all accounts it did not disappoint. I think the real number is 3.5 After all the build up, I was not that impressed. The good. Location, staff, amenities. The staff has been great. Outgoing helpful and on the mark. Obviously the location is great, the views are stunning. The ok I think the resort could use a better selection of food/drink options. There is really only 1-2 food options if you are enjoying the resort. And there is really no nightlife here. I don't mind, as I like to go local and take in the surrounding areas. Personally I think the rooms are only ok as well. Weird thing here the rooms are quite good with no sound from other rooms, above, below or sides. Where they are terrible is from the door. You can literally hear everything happening outside your door and I would assume they can hear what's happening inside the door. We literally hear multiple conversations everyday just as people are walking by. The rooms could be a little better or updated maybe. Ours is starting to show its age with cabinets and drawers that don't shut right etc. read more

This was one hell of a beautiful property, and I would come back and stay here in a heart beat. The moment we entered we just fell in love with the view and the facilities. The staff is welcoming and warm although it can't be said about all of them( ahem ahem- looking at you Pool staff ) most of them did genuinely feel very sweet and kind. The property as I had already mentioned is breathtaking- A sea view, world class amenities and very centrally located. Everything that I was looking for in a Resort was right here. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants on the property and nearby and also a Starbucks right on the premises . Also ,there was a Nespresso machine right in my room that I only discovered on my last day of the trip lol .We had quite a few cocktails and meals on the various restaurants on the property ,and I would categorize it average at best .Its the convenience of having things accessible without having to leave the resort that made us go back again and again. The Pools were the highlight for us ,including the ones with the slides . The sunset views from the Infinity pool were great. The hotel provides reef safe Sunscreen, water bottle fountains and pool towels. Some loungers can be reserved ahead of time because it does get very busy during the day .There is also a Spa area that seemed very luxurious but is not included in the part of the package. The wristbands that are used for access were very easy to use and stayed on even with all kinds of water activities. Parking is huge but late night arrivals can be tricky as only the smaller parking spaces are left free. Some jerks felt entitled to two parking spaces at once which made it all the more inconvenient. Overall it was a great stay, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a relaxed time in Maui. read more

A Beautiful Stay at the Marriott Wailea Beach Resort This hotel is absolutely gorgeous--from the rooms to the views, pools, and everything in between. The property is stunning, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed. Our room was very clean, clearly updated, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were especially noteworthy--so cozy and supportive, which can sometimes be hit-or-miss at other hotels. The staff was wonderful and accommodating in every interaction. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One area for improvement would be the hours of the on-site restaurants and bars. Most options seemed to close earlier than expected, leaving room service as the only late-night option. That said, the food and drinks were both delicious and well-prepared. Another concern was the parking situation. I wish parking were either included in the resort fee or at least offered at a lower rate. It feels a bit unfair, especially since there aren't many alternative transportation options in the area. Additionally, the parking spaces themselves were extremely tight--it was almost impossible to comfortably get in or out of the car once parked. Pricing overall was on the higher end. While I understand that's to be expected in Maui, some costs felt a bit steeper than anticipated. Still, despite a few minor drawbacks, I would absolutely return to this resort and wouldn't hesitate to bring family or friends for an even longer stay. Amazing experience here. It's a great hotel for families. The property is huge and there are a few pools on site. They have pools for every age! Family pools and adult pools. The only thing I disliked about this hotel is the lack of elevators, Especially when you have a stroller. It was hard work carrying our stroller up and down the stairs when our room was on the 4th floor. The parking stalls are also ridiculously small. Too small to fit suvs and vans side by side. It would also be convienent if the valet cars parked up top instead of on the bottom where the access to the hotel is convenient on ground level. read more

I recently stayed here with my friends for our senior year trip. We arrived late at 3am and were all hoping to go to our room which was infested with dead and living bugs in the bed and floors. The staff was really nice and moved us despite it being 3 in the morning. However, the staff was nothing but rude to us from that point forward. We stayed at the adult pool as we are all 18+ and a pool lady called security because she believed we were under 18 (mind you my parents were there with us too) it caused a whole unexpected issue and we ended up leaving, however before that i witnessed the bartender yelling at a 9 year old and her mother after they asked if they could simply sit down! The hotels nice but most of the people we met weren't! Shoutout to their photography there tho! read more
