Robert, the front desk manager cussed me out on call for asking for a golf cart ride. it is unexcepable considering it's his job. the staff were good on occasion but kicked me out of the kids pool, for having my phone in my hand. i was trying to play water pong in the rentable game room, but this fat towel boy said i need to leave. i got accused multiple times about even if i live in the villas by the same guy. 1 star overall horrible service and fire Robert from the front desk. read more

We stay here every year- we still love it! everything so close and our unit is comfy and well appointed. shops and food is next door and beach is down a few sets of stairs and wailea beach is always the best ! we saw lots of sea turtles this visit. can't wait to come back next year! Whenever I am in Maui, I stay at the Wailea Beach Villas. It is a beautiful place to stay. They villa that my boyfriend rents is so beautiful. It has a balcony that looks out toward the ocean and the family pool. The woman who owns the villa is great. She is always available for questions, leaves us lovely gift baskets and notes every time we visit. The grounds are very well kept. There are flowers are everywhere. The security is also excellent. The security guard is really great with faces and generally remember your car and face after the second day of seeing us. The pools are always very clean, as well as the gym. If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. Such a shame it's a beautiful place. I went to the pool area with my family. I was asked repeatedly for my access key. It was early morning the pool was open so I'm not sure if he just didn't want us there or... he got one of the ground people to escort us out of the pool. When I explained I had to get the rest of our family out of the pool before we left, the ground persons or pool guy not sure snatched my towel out of my hand. Took my items off the chair. Mind you I had already been in the pool for 30min. I'm not sure what their deal was. I was there when the pool opened and wasn't given a reason of why we had to leave. I rented M-311 or sea view sanctuary for 3/15/2020. Due to the corona virus and the experts recommending people with asthma not travel we decided to change our trip along with all the closeures (no cruises, no sporting events, no travel to Europe etc.). We wanted to practice public good health! Delta and southwest were wonderful and changed our flights with no penalties! The Marriott Bonvoy - Marriott Beach Resort also allowed us to change our reservations with no fee. This was an AMAZING place to stay. Of course it ought to be with its price, but when you split it to consider that up to 7 people were sleeping here at one time, it becomes more affordable. (3 beds plus pull our couch.) If I'm looking at negatives I didn't like the stove top or oven. (The oven took FOREVER to heat up) but other than that everything was thought of. Fantastic small appliances. (vita mix blender! krups! breville! henckle knives!) As someone who loves to cook it's great having nice tools to work with. Except now I need to buy a $650 blender. The staff were very thoughtful, and helpful when needed. We had lots of problems with our free wifi, but they were pretty helpful about trying to fix it. I must admit it's also nice to have people in every other day to tidy up. The concierge was also helpful to us when we were trying to plan our weeks activities. The villa we were staying in wasn't ocean side (none really are), but a short walk, and I didn't mind walking for 5 minutes. The complex has two pools (one for kids, and one adult only), and an exercise centre. There is also access to a private beach shared with the Grand Wailea and the Fairmont. All in all, this is living the sweet life. The only problem being I had to return home disillusioned to my measly blender! read more

Best place we've ever stayed, and we've traveled extensively all over the world. We loved it because it was quite roomy for a family of five, and the condo we selected had been renovated and literally had everything we needed to cook, do laundry etc. View from our balcony was unbelievable, location was awesome and the place was super clean. That said- we booked this stay back in fall 2020 when prices were very reasonable. I checked again at current pricing bc we liked it so much, and it's now about double what we paid in non-Covid times. So while we loved it, I don't think we'll be back at that price point. Hawaii just doesn't offer value for money IMO compared to other beach destinations around the world. It's pretty, but hard to justify when we can get so much more for our money elsewhere. Amazing place and customer service. The villa is huge! It has two pools, a gym, jacuzzi, and much more. Stayed here for 5 nights and I enjoyed every minute of it. The beach in their backyard is the best beach IMO. The sand is perfect for there is no rocks or shells. The beach is nice and clean as well. I enjoyed that the shoppes were right across the villa for it made it easy to grab something to eat such as Longhis or Ruth Chris steak House. The shoppes also had a market with lots of food/drinks and items ranging from clothes to memorabilia. In addition, there are high end stores such as Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, Gucci and more. The shoppes is a two story mall and it was very nice. The penthouse I stayed had 3 rooms and a huge kitchen and living area with a 1900-2000s game console. It came with plates, utensils and everything you need in a kitchen and in addition, it has a washer and dryer. The service there is excellent and quick. I liked how you get your own private parking spot as well. I recommend this place to everyone if you are staying in Maui. read more

Where should I begin. This resort is awesome in so many ways. It does not have the hustle and bustle like so many other large resorts in the area. They are more personal. The pool is beautiful and their beach is beautiful. Our penthouse was fully loaded. We hired a personal chef for an evening which was a very special treat and provided us with many memories. Soft closing cabinets. Dimmable lights. Remote ceiling fans. Soft towels. A "garden view" that had plenty of ocean. Just got back from staying 8 nights in Wailea Beach Villas and it was really really special. We stayed in Penthouse 504 which was a little bit of a walk downhill to the beautiful pool and awesome Wailea beach but the view from our villa was amazing. Everything in the villa was first class; the furniture, appliances, decor, etc. Very secure and private location, we had our own elevator to our Villa which required the room key to use. They've also got a private entrance to the Shops at Wailea across the street which came in handy if you need to pick up something from the ABC store. We can't wait to return to WBV and it's going to be hard to stay in a regular hotel after this. The only complaint we had was they are pretty strict about no kids in the adult pool which is the more desireable pool, infinity style, and is right next to the beach. If you're in Hawaii and paying that much $ you don't really want to have to swim in the kids pool when it looks like it could be anywhere. But regardless, the place was amazing, it's expensive but less than a suite at one of the luxury hotels in Wailea, great location, great service. Highly recommend. read more

The facility was an amazing place to share and stay with a bunch of friends. We had two confidence go the trip. Service, however, was kinda slow or non existent without reminders. We raise more towels and a roll up bed on the first day. It never showed up, so a follower was required the next day. Then, as we wake on the third day, we realized one of the fridges was not staying cool. Several hundred dollars of food spoiled. The coffee maker doesn't drip, instead we reused the filter and poured hot water into it to drop coffee that way. Compliant on that went on death ears. Finally, by the end of the trip, the other fridge died! The maintenance of appliance seemed to be subpar. Other than that, the amenities were nice and access to the ocean or private pool and hot tub rock pool were nice. Being adjacent to the mall was nice as your could get away with not having a rental car. We had two cars, and parking was ample. Penthouse rentals, looked both of ours comes with one space in the covered garage. I would stay here again, but the property managers and condo owners beef to keep up their service and appliance maintenance, respectively! This is why I have this 4 and not 5. At this price point, my experience should have been at a 6. read more

Just got back from spending 8 fabulous days at Wailea Beach Villas! It was pure paradise- ultra luxury accommodations without the annoying crowds or loud groups. We were met at the entrance by the greeter who walked us to the villa and showed us all of the features and how the systems worked, while someone else parked our rental in the parking garage and brought up our luggage. The greeter had previously gone to the grocery store for us (we submitted our list ahead of time). It was so nice and convenient after a long flight. WBV is located right next to the Grand Wailea, and shares the same beach, but again, no crowds unlike the tons of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the Grand Wailea end. If you want super luxury or if you're travelling with a family, this is absolutely the best place to stay. We booked the top floor penthouse K508 which was a 3 bedroom and 3 bath with a beautiful patio. Again, the view was amazing! The villa was very well-appointed, with a full kitchen, extra towels, and even board games for the kids. The family pool and the adult pool at WBV were never crowded or packed with people. There is no food service or bar, but the peace and quiet can't be matched. If the beach is more your scene, it's steps away and the moment you step onto the beach, someone was ready to set-up your lounge chairs and umbrellas. Beach rentals like snorkel sets and boogie boards are available for rent just feet away too. The WBV was directly across the street from the entrance to the Shops at Wailea, which is SOO convenient for stores, restaurants, and shopping. During a previous trip staying at the Grand Wailea, we had to get the car to get to the shops just once. This visit, we were able to walk over for cofee in the morning, a little shopping when we needed something, and visited all 4 of the main restaurants. read more

I was shocked to see that regular hotel rooms were going for the same price at neighboring and adjacent Hotels and resorts. Private Beach and secluded property while literally being behind the necessary outlet of restaurants, clothing, food, and leisure shops. The only ones in five to ten miles too. The bonus of three to four times the space of other hotels, all the house hold items one wishes and needs to have if staying for more than a couple days, or with kids, or a group; full laundry, household cleaning supplies including full sized vacuum, snorkeling and fins plus body and boogie boards, BBQ on terrace/vista porch, fully furnished, plus smart TV's with access to all apps and premium cable, games and reading, ac/heat, timers for automatic window shades and house lights. They provide in room massages, room service meals, laundry/dry cleaning, concierge travel, and house cleaning if you just want to stay in, relax, and not even lift a finger...and your free parking spots in the underground garage. Comfortably sleeps 7, but can sleep ten if needed. It's very sound proofed and quiet. We had neighbors and couldn't even tell that they had kids. all appliances motors and fans ran efficiently at a field mouses level of noise. great sound and entertainment system to indulge or enhance your stay with. And the friendliness and bend over backwards willingness to make sure your stay is comfortable and that all is running smoothly, by all staff, is what made the point of luxury for me, at least in my book. We very much enjoyed our stay in C101. It was perfect walking distance to the adult pool and the beach--so close that we could run back to our villa to grab snacks from our spot on the beach. The adult pool is beautiful and serene. We liked it even more after walking by the other area resorts and seeing how busy and non-private their pools were. The Island Gourmet Markets are a quick walk away for supplies, and numerous restaurants are a quick walk, as well. The villa itself is beautifully appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again! read more

We booked the top floor corner unit penthouse (3bdrm/3bath) and we had a wrap around balcony with a viking grill. We loved it. If you need to order drinks and food by the pool, this is not the place for you. If you want a serene, peaceful experience, then this is the place to be. The family pool and the adult pool at WBV were never crowded or packed with people. The moment you step onto the beach, someone at WBV was ready to set-up your lounge chairs and umbrellas. Also, we had a fully equipped kitchen and this was extremely helpful since we brought our two young children. WBV has two types of accomodations- units in the penthouse building (better views, closer to family pool and gym) or units in the villas (closer to the beach). Also, there is direct access from WBV to the Shops at Wailea. We can't wait to stay here again on our next trip back to Maui! read more

My family and I stayed here for a week this past September. It was an absolute dream. Our condo was stunning with every amenity you could ask for in a high end luxury home. Just a few standout points: There was never more then one couple the family or adult pools and the access to the beach was extremely convenient. Towels/sunscreen/water are provided so you never have to lug anything with you. The concierge, Terry, was awesome. He made wonderful recommendations for us. We wanted to do things that weren't too touristy and he really gave us great suggestions on local spots and happenings. Completely safe. There are security gates that guests and visitors have to go through to enter the property. There is no riff raff at all. Parking is included in the price so you never have to pay these rediculous resort parking fees. One of the best parts of being here was the private access to the shopping center next door which housed LV, Gucci, Bottega, etc.. but they also had fun surf shops as well. We would go there in the morning to grab coffee/tea at the Coffee Bean and then walk down to the beach for our morning workout. We will definitely be back next year! read more

All top of the line appliances with amazing kitchen, washer and dryer, huge 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, dining room, living room, and a big patio with BBQ and little dipping pool with amazing views of the beach and ocean. Whats great is they have an adult only pool with a beautiful view of the ocean and a family pool far from the adult pool. Many restaurants, bars, store, and shopping in walking distances. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The lanai ocean view was lovely for sitting and relaxing, and the large flatscreen plasma TVs were a hit with the kids. And the flower arrangements were a nice touch that we appreciated. It was nice that the pool was so close by and it was a nice walk down to the beach. This villa was the best place for us to stay. I'll recommend it to people we know. Had an appointment to view units about a future stay at this resort. We (my husband and I) waited 25 minutes past the appointment time for the rental manager, Lisa, to meet with us. While Lisa was at the facility, she declined without explanation to meet us or even inform us of why she was being delayed. I believe this is highly unprofessional. If such a simple task as showing the property is so poorly handled, I'd hate to think how they handle problems when you actually stay there! read more
