Whenever I am in Maui, I stay at the Wailea Beach Villas. It is a beautiful place to stay. They villa that my boyfriend rents is so beautiful. It has a balcony that looks out toward the ocean and the family pool. The woman who owns the villa is great. She is always available for questions, leaves us lovely gift baskets and notes every time we visit. The grounds are very well kept. There are flowers are everywhere. The security is also excellent. The security guard is really great with faces and generally remember your car and face after the second day of seeing us. The pools are always very clean, as well as the gym. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Maui,

I rented M-311 or sea view sanctuary for 3/15/2020. Due to the corona virus and the experts recommending people with asthma not travel we decided to change our trip along with all the closeures (no cruises, no sporting events, no travel to Europe etc.). We wanted to practice public good health! Delta and southwest were wonderful and changed our flights with no penalties! The Marriott Bonvoy - Marriott Beach Resort also allowed us to change our reservations with no fee. Shashanah and allen stephensen who own M-311 said they would allow us to change our vacation from 3/15/20 to 3/27/20...??? No other option! Unbelievable! DO NOT RENT Wailea beach villas seas view sanctuary We do not want our money back! We simply want to reschedule our vacation! This was an AMAZING place to stay. Of course it ought to be with its price, but when you split it to consider that up to 7 people were sleeping here at one time, it becomes more affordable. (3 beds plus pull our couch.) If I'm looking at negatives I didn't like the stove top or oven. (The oven took FOREVER to heat up) but other than that everything was thought of. Fantastic small appliances. (vita mix blender! krups! breville! henckle knives!) As someone who loves to cook it's great having nice tools to work with. Except now I need to buy a $650 blender. The staff were very thoughtful, and helpful when needed. We had lots of problems with our free wifi, but they were pretty helpful about trying to fix it. I must admit it's also nice to have people in every other day to tidy up. The concierge was also helpful to us when we were trying to plan our weeks activities. The villa we were staying in wasn't ocean side (none really are), but a short walk, and I didn't mind walking for 5 minutes. The complex has two pools (one for kids, and one adult only), and an exercise centre. There is also access to a private beach shared with the Grand Wailea and the Fairmont. All in all, this is living the sweet life. The only problem being I had to return home disillusioned to my measly blender!

The beach is right behind the villa! About a 5 min walk from the lobby

Amazing place and customer service. The villa is huge! It has two pools, a gym, jacuzzi, and much more. Stayed here for 5 nights and I enjoyed every minute of it. The beach in their backyard is the best beach IMO. The sand is perfect for there is no rocks or shells. The beach is nice and clean as well. I enjoyed that the shoppes were right across the villa for it made it easy to grab something to eat such as Longhis or Ruth Chris steak House. The shoppes also had a market with lots of food/drinks and items ranging from clothes to memorabilia. In addition, there are high end stores such as Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, Gucci and more. The shoppes is a two story mall and it was very nice. The penthouse I stayed had 3 rooms and a huge kitchen and living area with a 1900-2000s game console. It came with plates, utensils and everything you need in a kitchen and in addition, it has a washer and dryer. The service there is excellent and quick. I liked how you get your own private parking spot as well. I recommend this place to everyone if you are staying in Maui.

High end finishes and immaculate cleanliness. Amazing

Stayed 3 nights at the 2 bed 2 bath penthouse unit- simply blown away. Almost 2000 sq ft! The place was the nicest , most luxurious vacation condo I've ever stayed in. Top end finishes. Soft closing cabinets. Dimmable lights. Remote ceiling fans. Soft towels. A "garden view" that had plenty of ocean. And the house keeping staff who keep this place immaculate making it feel like you are the first person to ever stay there. Bravo WBV! Truly impressed. No wonder it's so expensive :)

Obligatory shot of view from our patio. Impossible not to be wowed every morning.

Just got back from staying 8 nights in Wailea Beach Villas and it was really really special. We stayed in Penthouse 504 which was a little bit of a walk downhill to the beautiful pool and awesome Wailea beach but the view from our villa was amazing. Everything in the villa was first class; the furniture, appliances, decor, etc. Very secure and private location, we had our own elevator to our Villa which required the room key to use. They've also got a private entrance to the Shops at Wailea across the street which came in handy if you need to pick up something from the ABC store. We can't wait to return to WBV and it's going to be hard to stay in a regular hotel after this. The only complaint we had was they are pretty strict about no kids in the adult pool which is the more desireable pool, infinity style, and is right next to the beach. If you're in Hawaii and paying that much $ you don't really want to have to swim in the kids pool when it looks like it could be anywhere. But regardless, the place was amazing, it's expensive but less than a suite at one of the luxury hotels in Wailea, great location, great service. Highly recommend.

The facility was an amazing place to share and stay with a bunch of friends. We had two confidence go the trip. Service, however, was kinda slow or non existent without reminders. We raise more towels and a roll up bed on the first day. It never showed up, so a follower was required the next day. Then, as we wake on the third day, we realized one of the fridges was not staying cool. Several hundred dollars of food spoiled. The coffee maker doesn't drip, instead we reused the filter and poured hot water into it to drop coffee that way. Compliant on that went on death ears. Finally, by the end of the trip, the other fridge died! The maintenance of appliance seemed to be subpar. Other than that, the amenities were nice and access to the ocean or private pool and hot tub rock pool were nice. Being adjacent to the mall was nice as your could get away with not having a rental car. We had two cars, and parking was ample. Penthouse rentals, looked both of ours comes with one space in the covered garage. I would stay here again, but the property managers and condo owners beef to keep up their service and appliance maintenance, respectively! This is why I have this 4 and not 5. At this price point, my experience should have been at a 6.

    Beautiful villa along the water.

Perfection! This was the best choice for a week in Maui. The service was great and grounds are immaculate. The location is the best--and it just a few steps away from the beautiful beaches of Wailea. This place is Pure luxury and I would recommend that everyone stay here. We will be back!

SUCH a nice place to stay! Great people at the pool who will find you a place to lay down. We had great weather, the people who cleaned were amazing. Beautiful open setting, great view.

Her symptoms were vomiting, headache, and very weak. We thought it was either a chemical smell due to construction in the building and/or from the air-conditioning. She had no issues Saturday through Monday evening. Monday we were gone all day into the early evening. That Tuesday in the morning, I contacted the management company, Coldwell Banker Island Vacations. I shut down the air-conditioning immediately even though it was 80° plus outside. I opened all the windows and doors and requested fans from the management company. We let the management company know again that something was wrong and they brought over three box fans to see if the smell it go away. Unfortunately, nothing worked. Nothing got rid of the smell. My sister was too sick to get out of bed and out of the unit. We could no longer stay in this unit with the odor and no air conditioning. I wasn't sure what was making her sick. There was a lot of noise coming from another unit/s all day Tuesday. Therefore, we thought maybe it was something to do with the construction and a chemical smell. My nephew was in town at a different complex. He came over to help me and said the smell was terrible and we needed to get out of this condo. At that point, I contacted the management company again to let them know we were leaving and complied with their checkout procedures. Subsequent to leaving the condo, my nephew had a number of direct conversations with the management company. So out of desperation and not wanting to ruin any more of our vacation, my nephew found us a last-minute hotel room with last minute pricing. Since we are no longer going to be in a condo, we had to dump all of our food. So now we lost ability to be in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for the remainder of our trip and incurred over $3400 in additional expenses for the remaining portion of our trip. My nephew contacted the management company again. Their response was they would send someone over to the unit. They called back to say they didn't smell anything. The management company basically said it was our problem and would not reimburse us for any nights. I feel that under the circumstances, we should be in reimbursed for 4 nights. My sister was fine after four hours of being away from the unit which proves there was a problem with the air quality in the unit. This condo and the management company ruined two days of our trip plus we incurred expenses that we never would have had. We wanted to be in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo not a hotel room sharing a room and a bathroom. We had just lost our mother in January and another sister was diagnosed with tongue cancer. This trip was for us to have a chance to relax and begin the healing process of dealing with grief. This experience at the Polo Beach Club added to our stress and ruined our trip. For Coldwell Banker Island vacations to just shut us down and say they didn't care about the issue isn't right. Why would we incurred added expenses if there was nothing wrong with this unit. I would certainly never rent through Coldwell Banker Island Vacations if this is how they treat their customers. It's unfortunate that we can't talk to the owner of the unit to let them know that their management company is doing a disservice to their rental.

My son and I were still in the pool on July 6th or 7th at ~8:20pm. I wasn't paying attention to the time. We were on vacation having a good time. Well I later realized the pool closes at 8pm and I genuinely hadn't noticed the posted sign. An employee (an elderly haole man) came outside and yelled "GET OUT OF THE POOL!!" to which I immediately replied, "OK I'm sorry sir, we are getting out, my apologies I wasn't aware of the time" and we IMMEDIATELY started leaving the pool. Despite that, he continued yelling "GET OUT OF THE POOL!!" I am not kidding he yelled at the top of his lungs at least 5x more times. To the point that I responded that we were already getting out and had apologized, and that repeating it was unnecessary. His response was, "Well, you guys don't know how to read the sign, so you clearly need to be told several times." Wow. I completely understand the pool has posted hours and have no issue being asked to leave once I realized it was closed. That part was my mistake. What was disappointing was the way my 11 year old son and I were treated after we immediately complied. There was no reason to repeatedly yell at us or make disrespectful comments. Guests deserve to be treated with courtesy, even when they've made an honest mistake. I hope management addresses how guests are spoken to, because this interaction left a very negative impression. As a suggestion, it might help to automatically turn the pool lights off (if this happened we would have left immediately) and/or disable the gate keypad when the pool closes. We honestly didn't realize the posted hours and those changes would make it much more obvious that the pool was closed while also preventing situations like this. Because of this my family and I will never stay here again. There are plenty of other options just as good or better on Maui. TLDR: The pool closes at 8pm! If in the pool after be prepared to get yelled at by the staff repeatedly with disrespectful comments made to you and your children.

Our unit was fine - came with most standard amentities. However, we were on the first floor and there weren't true windows on some sides of the complex. This was horrid in terms of noise - there's quiet hours here, but because of these faux windows, you could def. hear when people locked their cars or were rolling luggage to their cars at 5AM. A/C was window units. Kitchen was nicely stocked but lacked cooking oil, which is really strange because you had everything you needed EXCEPT that. The most serious issue, however, has been persistent noise and physical vibrations coming from equipment associated with the unit below us. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem which was confirmed by CoralTree was an issue. We continued to experience both the noise and physical vibrations through the floor of our living room. They selectivly do not respond when they are requested to handle the issue which is unacceptable. They have done the same with Booking.com. Unfortunately, the way CoralTree has handled the situation has been an absolute disgrace. We asked for a reasonable solution, either relocate us to another suitable unit or allow us to cancel the remainder of our stay with a refund so that we could find alternative accommodation. CoralTree refused to provide either solution, effectively leaving us with no option other than to remain in accommodation where we were experiencing an ongoing disturbance. We have been incredibly patient and have given CoralTree multiple opportunities to resolve the problems. Instead of feeling supported as paying guests, we have spent a significant part of our vacation dealing with complaints, maintenance visits, correspondence, and trying to get basic assistance from the company responsible for managing our stay. The level of service, quality, comfort, and hospitality we have received does not come close to reflecting the price we are paying. We also booked believing that Wailea Grand Champions would provide something closer to a resort experience. In reality, it is a condominium complex with a mix of vacation rentals and permanent residents, and there appear to be tensions surrounding the rental units. We have unfortunately also experienced problems with the HOA during our stay. As paying guests on vacation, we should not have to deal with whatever issues exist between vacation rentals, residents, property management, and the HOA. The only genuinely positive part of our experience has been the maintenance staff. CoralTree management, however, has completely failed us when we actually needed guest support. At this point, CoralTree feels like the Temu version of Airbnb, except at premium prices. What should have been a peaceful and beautiful vacation on Maui has instead been consumed by problems and by our attempts to get CoralTree to provide a reasonable solution. On a final note, I strongly encourage anyone considering booking with CoralTree to read the other negative reviews carefully. One particularly disturbing review describes a family whose trip had to be cancelled because of a natural disaster, yet, according to their review, CoralTree refused to issue them a refund. Reading that experience after seeing how CoralTree has handled our own situation was deeply concerning. When you are spending a significant amount of money on a vacation, you should be able to trust that the company you are booking with will show some level of responsibility, flexibility, and basic human compassion when something genuinely goes wrong. Please save your money, time, and energy. Based on our experience, I would never book another property managed by CoralTree, and I strongly recommend that others think very carefully before doing so. If I could give zero stars I would.

Every evening we would gather en-mass on the lanai and have drinks and watch the splendor that is the Hawaiian sunset. It was awesome! Aside from the really nice accommodations, the grounds around the condos are impeccable. The landscaping is park-like. The crews are always working and they are artists. Perhaps the best thing about the place is the fact that you have access to a full kitchen. Yes, it would be great if we could have indulged ourselves a bit more with drinks by the pool (there are two pools - one more oriented toward families with kids), but heck we made our drinks and took them with us. Kinda hassle while on vacation. MAUI ASTON where we stayed had major problems. No water for day, Pool closed unexpectedly for 3 days. Condo was very dirty. After complaining to Maui Condo and car, Jeff Davis customer service sent me to manager of Aston. I was told "so what" JEFF told me to write a review on trip advisor. I did. Then the back lash came. Threatening to have me evicted for something they said I was herassing others. All this on my vacation. When I came home and called for a compinsation, I was told by Stephanie Hanson. "I was just reliving a bad vacation" Once they have your payment and Credit card they just don't care. Bad Bad Customer Service. Christine

The condo complex was well maintained, quiet, and very considerate of their guests and residents. The condo itself was spectacular. It was a lovely unit with a killer sunset view from the Lanai, ample space, and had everything in it that you could ask for to enjoy your stay (from utilities to beach gear.) In general, the location of the condo was right where you need to be for relaxation and if you need to get out, the drives weren't too shabby. After a long day driving the Road to Hana or hiking up to the summit at Haleakala, the condo was a great place to return to and call "home." From the time to booking to asking questions during my stay, I communicated via the AirBnb app with Jeff from MC&C and found him to be really easy to work with and reasonable regarding trip planning. I loved my experience and am looking forward to booking with them again if I make it back out to Maui.

Unit 18C is extremely noisy - do not book it…read more It is located right next to a busy road, with only a small strip of bushes separating it from traffic, which feels unsafe for children. The traffic noise is constant, so it's impossible to relax on the balcony. The map location is incorrect -- the unit is right next to the road. Also, behind the wall next to the bed there is an electrical panel, and you can hear a continuous knocking/ticking sound (every second), like someone tapping on the wall. Sleeping is very difficult. We asked management to move us to another unit and even offered to pay extra, because their website showed other units available. They refused and told us to buy earplugs and cover our ears. If you are looking for a quiet vacation, avoid Unit 18C.

There are 4 pools on the property and it's a family friendly resort. The main pool overlooks the ocean and since it's on the beach, it's pretty convenient. I stayed here in July 2024 and saw the sunrise while having my coffee and walking on the beach almost every day. The rooms have a nice balcony and I loved watching the sunset from the grounds or from my balcony. The beach is the best part of staying here. Sand is so soft, it's unbelievable. It's a 5 min drive from all the restaurants in Kihei and parking is free on site. Management is very responsive. When I needed more coffee, they send it over immediately. Check in and check out is pretty smooth and easy process. If you are interested in staying in south Maui/ Wailea, this is a great option! I'll definitely be back.
