He explained my injury, what to expect and was very thorough. Follow up in 3 weeks and my care plan is all set. Highly recommend Dr Hanselman! Side note - lady at the patient reception area is not friendly *at all* , she should not be the first person you see when arriving. Clearly doesn't like her job. :(

The staff is friendly when you check in and there is a comfortable waiting area. All the therapists I've worked with have been great and had the patience to get me back to where I want to be. I've been treated for many ailments here and now am back for hand therapy.

We came to Dr. Hey for a second opinion when her doctor recommended a wait and see approach. In our experience, back pain becomes worse with age, not better. My daughter is in color guard and plays violin. She had significant back pain and took pain medication daily. Dr. Hey discussed her options with us and encouraged my daughter to think about what would be best for her health. She opted for surgery. She missed about 2 weeks of school and rested during spring break. She was able to return to color guard for band camp in July and has not had to take any more pain medication for her back since her surgery.
