She really needs her glasses and she is not comfortable without them. I called them up and explained the situation to them and they stayed there late to help me and find a new frame that my daughter's lenses would fit into (the old frames were not salvageable). They didn't have the same frames, but they checked every children's frame they had to see if the lenses would fit. They did find one, and my 6 year old daughter loves them more than the original frames. The price was even super reasonable.

Once again, I was kept waiting and had to reschedule to the next day as I needed to get back to work. When I rescheduled I was assured that I wouldn't be kept waiting, and even told to come early as there was no one else scheduled ahead of my time. When I arrived, there were others in the waiting room. My appt time was 4:30p. At 4:24p the woman seated next to me asked me what time my appt was. She said hers was 4pm. She also said she was kept waiting last year. So at this point this woman is ahead of me plus there is another gentleman that needs to go back in (I'm assuming he had his eyes dilated), plus the patient currently in with Dr. Kreiger. So I know there is no way I'm being seen at 4:30p. After what happened the day before, I think a courtesy call telling me the doctor was running behind would have been nice. Needless to say, I once again left and have no plans to return. I also had made a back up appt with another facility in the event this happened as I don't want to lose my benefit for this year. Bottom line...if you don't have a problem spending 2+ hours at your appt, give them a try.

Also, the salesperson was very helpful and chatty and helped me with choosing a few pairs of sunglasses. I ended up getting just a pair of Ray-Bans that I absolutely love. We asked them to measure my pupillary distance and they just held a small ruler in my face, and blurted out a number that turned out to be incorrect. We ended up at Warby Parker in Warwick and they had a sophisticated device that measured it to be a different number.
