The voicemail that you are directed to for contact lenses is always full. I left a message with the third party that they use to schedule appts. I have tried dialing every number that the phone redirects to. They even ignored my smoke signal. I finally went into the building today. The women at the desk were very friendly. I explained my situation and that I needed to reorder contacts through their portal (Abby). They handed me a prescription and I went merrily on my way thinking I would once again have the ability to see in no time only to find out that the doctor has to go into the portal to update the prescription. I have always had a good experience with the doctors who I have seen. It is a shame to move on as a patient, but this is not the first time that it has been impossible to order contacts. I feel as though the patient experience dramatically decreased over the last few years.
