It's easy to give a five star rating when everything goes as planned, but somewhat more difficult when they don't. In my case, I bought an HO Hovercraft ski with new bindings. When I got to Lake Havasu, I could not get the front binding onto my foot. It just wouldn't go on. I called Mike and he didn't hesitate to get me a larger binding and then FedEx it to me overnight! I put the new binding on and was back in business. Mike saved the day and the trip. If I could give more than five stars I would. That is customer service at its best. Thank you!!! read more

Ive been hunting for a good life vest for a few weeks now ans have been to multiplw powersport/watersport shops now and each time they didnt have very much to look at no one could answer my questions or even have enough sizes to try one to see the fit. You can't find a better place with more experienced people than Wakesports Unlimited. Probably not the "biggest selection" but they've honed all the crap out. If you wakeboard, water ski, wakesurf, wakeskater or are water enthusiast these guys are so damn helpful- even if you don't know what it is you really want. They have a "performance guarantee" on all boards. If you bought one and it didn't give you the ride you want bring it back (within ?) and exchange it for another. I bought a Ronix Dahlia that didn't slide well at all. Exchanged it for the Ronix Ibex and I LOVE IT. All the employees know what they are doing. They give one hell of a good buying experience- even if you're just sitting in the blow up chairs and ask a few good questions. read more

Really this place has great customer service!! I went in for a helmet and the guy walked me through the selections and as I tried them all on I realized that I wasn't very close to deciding. He went and helped some other people while I retried everything on and I over heard his thorough explanations to all of the other persons questions. He managed to patiently and attentively wait on 3 different groups at the same time and I walked out satisfied and happy. Nothing compares to these guys. Trent is amazing. They know more about what you need than anyone and they explain it very well. They have everything from boards and vests to skis and accessories for your boat. If they don't have it, you probably wouldn't want it anyway.
