Mark Twain your guy

Mark Twain was the absolute great! He was helpful and honest. Not to mention he was professional and made sure I was able to get all the bells and whistles. If you are looking for a great sales man .... he is your guy !

Hello, this is Zepplin Robinson, I have had a 2016 Ram Promaster city serviced twice recently, new engine due to oil consumption and new axle due to tech install error of said motor replacement. The job started at the Waldorf location and ended up at prince Frederick location where my only work van stayed for the entire month of December. Neither location has loaners and I ended up losing $2k because of the tech error, the tech tried to lie his way out of the error saying the tow driver damaged the oil pan underneath, i havent had a chance to look underneath myself because i dont have time to as im trying to dig myself out of the hole this has caused. They ended taking care of it after i pointed out that the axle shaft has to be unbolted from the engine. I have been leaving messages at both dealerships and Mr. Wes. Mr. Council etc. Nobody is getting back to me , I tried Stellantis to see if they would do it since they did it the first go around and they too are having a hard time getting in touch to see the problem. So where do we go from here? Do I have to send someone to court? $2k doesn't even cover it all, I'm self employed and do auto glass so the whole month of December, I'm pulling up to customers in a U-Haul van with $19.99 on the side. Then things slow down, I had to cut short my daughter's bday and Xmas because I have to manage funds, then the final bill sends my credit card over the limit causing me to lose 50 something points on my credit score.

Had regular maintenance on my Avenger this weekend, and was previously scheduled. Was in and out within an hour and a half.

They acknowledged it in passing and then never looked at the print out I had showing the final price (including taxes, tag, title, dealer markup) with the TrueCar discount. The final price they showed me was $160 more. To add insult to injury, the windshield had a significant crack at the bottom in the dark area where it was hard to see and when I pointed it out, they told me MD inspection doesn't require windshields to be "completely sealed"! My son worked for Safelite for several years and he told me that is crap! In the end, the car was $690 more than I had in a pre-approved check, so naturally I was able to get the car for the money I had. It was almost laughable, the way the manager took the check from my hand, before it was even endorsed, and disappeared! I should have gotten a better deal, but, "needs must" as they say. We needed a second car right away. BTW it's a 2021 Chrysler Voyager with 77K+ miles and seems in good condition. But, we just got it so I'll report back after the 30 day warranty expires. Fingers-crossed!

Well lo and behold he installed them incorrectly and I didn't notice until last night when I drove in the rain for over an hour straight Fast forward to today 12/16. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager (Gerald I believe). I explained the situation and he said you can go to any autozone and get them replaced no questions asked. So I drove here at 6:35pm. He asked me to describe who did the job and chuckled. Then he saw that the plastic was left on the blades and they would be fully operational now so go ahead and test them out. I explained I couldn't because A. Its not raining. B. I don't have enough windshield wiper in my car to give it a true test. He seemed irritated at the fact that I insisted that he replace them and then proceeds to tell me to leave and go elsewhere with an attitude. So trying to help an upset customer over a botched job by one of your own employees is my fault? Now I have scratches on my windshield because of their negligence. I even called the one in la plata and the manager told me to call customer service and not waste my breathe. I should listened to my wife and avoid autozone. I will never shop at another autozone ever again

I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment and waited three hours before being told it would take at least another hour. Customers should be informed in advance if the service may take four or five hours so they can make other arrangements. I was quoted approximately $800 for the brake service, but the labor cost was not clearly explained or itemized before I approved the work. After paying nearly $1,000, I realized that about $430 was for labor. The parts and labor charges should be clearly separated before the customer authorizes the service. I would appreciate it if you could review my invoice and consider an adjustment to the labor charge.

As a 100% service-disabled veteran, I specifically asked when scheduling my appointment whether…read moreshuttle service to and from my home would be available. I explained that my appointment was on a workday and that I needed to return home to work while my vehicle was being serviced. I was assured that shuttle service would be available. However, when I arrived for my appointment this morning, I was informed that my home is outside the authorized shuttle service radius. I was then offered the option of remaining at the dealership and waiting for my vehicle. That was not a reasonable solution because I had already explained when scheduling my appointment that I needed to get back home to work. Had I known in advance that shuttle service was not available, I could have made alternate transportation arrangements. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 a.m. and did not receive notification that my service was complete until 12:24 p.m. Had I stayed at the dealership as suggested, I would have had to use approximately five hours of leave from work--something I specifically sought to avoid by confirming transportation before scheduling my appointment. I then spoke with Service Manager Tammie Kuntz, who approved what she described as a "one-time exception." Unfortunately, the way this was handled came across as unnecessarily performative. In front of her employees, she emphasized that she was making an exception and stated that she was going to speak with the scheduling staff to ensure they no longer promise shuttle service beyond the 10-mile limit. Rather than simply resolving the issue, the interaction felt more like an opportunity to demonstrate her authority than to assist a customer. I also had my puppy with me, who is currently training to become my service dog. While discussing the shuttle, Ms. Kuntz reached down to pet him without asking my permission. That interaction reinforced the impression that she was approaching the situation from a position of condescension while "doing me a favor." Regardless of whether a dog is a service animal, a service dog in training, or simply a family pet, it is basic courtesy to ask the owner's permission before attempting to pet the animal. In the case of service animals and those in training, that courtesy is even more important because unnecessary interaction can interfere with their focus and training. I'm now left paying approximately $40 for an Uber back to the dealership. Had I been given accurate information when I scheduled my appointment, I could have made other transportation arrangements, avoided the unnecessary expense, and prevented this inconvenience altogether. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future customers--especially disabled veterans and others who rely on accessible transportation--receive accurate information and a more respectful, considerate customer experience.
