I rarely find one that cares, and let me tell you, this one cares. They got SLAMMED with so many more patients due to the closure of the Rite Aid up the street and they handled it. This is a very small Walgreens, and they have high volume due to Laguna Woods. I have so many monthly medications and the pharmacist herself is so patient with me. I end up calling once a month and all she does is take her time, which she doesnt have, to take care of me, and answer the same old questions. Im just impressed and really appreciate this kind of customer service. We dont see that kind of service these days.

If these employees do not like assisting the diverse customers who live in this community, then they should not be working in customer service. CVS Human Resources, the store manager, or the district manager needs to visit this location and investigate how customers are being treated. These employees need immediate customer service training and must be held accountable for their rude and unprofessional behavior. Customers visiting a pharmacy may already be dealing with stressful health situations. They should not also have to deal with disrespectful employees who make them feel unwelcome.

This Walgreens is probably the busiest Walgreens in the area. I've been here a couple times and everyone is always very friendly. Sometimes a little too friendly! "Welcome to Walgreens!" Luckily when they're getting a line they pull people to another register in the beauty area, not sure why there though when there's a register right across from the main register. Some of the customers that shop here are very rude too. When I last came in, a lady cut in front of me and just stared at me. Didn't say anything, just stared. All I had was a drink and chips to buy. I wasn't even going to say anything until her 4 kids came by with individual baskets for each of them. Thankfully the other cashier said she could help me in the beauty area. Karma! :) This store seems like they're always short staffed which is a shame. Everyone that works here is so friendly but they always look like they're tired or overworked. I saw a total of 3 people when I came in last, which was the cashier, beauty cashier, and a manager. They accept every kind of payment option available. Visa, mastercard, amex, cash, check, google wallet, apple pay, and even do money transfers. But they don't do money orders so you gotta go to walmart or 711 for that Definitely would recommend this place for simple purchases for a quick easy in and out! read more
