At Walgreens the past several times I've waited upwards of 10-15 min to pick up an already filled script just because of a lack of available pharm techs due to the pandemic and their dedication to processing Covid tests, vaccines and drive-through. At Hannaford if you need to speak to the actual pharmacist he's almost always available and helpful! The way Rite Aid's is laid out the pharmacist is in a separate part of the pharmacy. Waiting in their store in line is excruciating for me I am a miserably impatient person. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes at Hannaford. And when they are running behind shopping in their store while they fill your script is pleasant, there's always some thing I need to pick up there.

It was not ready and I called the pharmacy numerous times. I tried to convince them they had the incorrect fax number for my dr office, but the delays continued. It took three and a half weeks to get the prescription filled and I couldn't get it until the day before we left. Then they tried to tell me it would cost $54 when it was free. This was the worst customer service I have ever had! I sure hope the manager contacts me!

It cost $165 and when I asked the pharmacist if it was OK for the pump, he said yes. When I contacted my endocrinologist, her initial response was no, no, no,! As this is a long acting insulin and does not work in a pump & she rarely uses it. I was out $165 without having my problem resolved. Be very wary of this pharmacy. Fortunately, my endocrinologist was able to call in a prescription to CVS. On my way to get it picked up. At least I will have the right prescription and hopefully not having to pay another hundred plus dollars to get it filled. As a follow up to my post I went the next day and the pharmacist saw the mistake in the insulin. I could not have been more pleased of his understanding & his rectifying of the situation. It reaffirmed my belief in humanity. We are all allowed to make mistakes. The Important things is to be able to acknowledge & rectify the mistake. Maybe I was too hasty in posting my initial response.

They're really chatty and polite! My only complaint is that the pulse checker is quite iffy! When you start the pulse check. It binds way too tightly around your arm! It even hurts it! And the check takes so long! So the pain ensues! And the results were inaccurate! All of my friends got results like a pulse of 64 and 42. And we all got prehypertension! Overall. I just picked up my order and my onions were all rotten, my 6-pack of English muffins only had 5 English muffins (its obvious it's an opened pack. gross did you guys eat one while packing my groceries?), and one item was missing completely. When I tried to go through the prompts in the app for a refund it doesn't even work. This whole order just grosses me out. I regret ordering from them. They tamper with the food and prices.
