Restroom always out of service, Pharmacy people don't use clear communication it's really sucks.

They never let you use their restroom, customers should be able to use the restroom especially if you are waiting for your medications being processed and u have to wait 20-30 mins. Every time I come, they always say " it's out of order" and 1 says "its not for customer ". Wow! What happened to all Walgreens? Its not the same as before. How come other stores lets you use their restroom? Walgreens sucks for not letting their customers use their restroom. Very disappointed and upset!!! read more

The pharmacists are very rude and have poor communication and customer service skills. One of them has really no idea what she is doing and has me drive back to the store 3 times!!!!! I pulled into the Drive-Thru window and wasn't attended at all. The lab techs did acknowledge my presence, but never went to their phone. I waited for 30 minutes and they ended up hiding. Never to be seen again. I was picking up medication for my mother who just got into a car accident and I couldn't even do that. Terrible. This happened on November 17th. read more

I'm kind of indifferent about this place. I like that they're open 24/7 and it's down the street from where I live. I like to be able to rent a movie or buy condoms. PHARMACY STAFF IS BEYOND RUDE!!! Terrible service! Spent 45 minutes in the drive thru line even though there was only one person ahead of me... then when I get to the window, they had an issue billing to my insurance and instead of helping me, the Pharmacist Cathy told me I needed to call to resolve it. I told them to call the Pharmacy Help Desk and she insisted that I call to fix it. I started calling to get my claim fixed and she said I would have to come inside the store or go to the back of the drive thru line! I told her I was getting it fixed and I was not going to the back of the line and she just told me that she cannot have me holding up the drive thru line while I'm on hold on the phone. I told her that I've already been waiting 45 minutes and that I wasn't leaving. She just walked away from the window and didn't come back. RUDE! Sending my prescriptions elsewhere! read more

So i was discharged from the hospital at about 9:30 on Saturday night with a list of prescriptions to fill so sent to Walgreens with the big lighted letters out front that says "24 HOUR PHARMACY" So we walk in and are immediately asked by the kid working there if we there to fill a prescription, I affirmed that we were and he said the pharmacy is closed. So what is the point of having a 24 hour pharmacy, with a pharmacy that closes? I will never shop at a Walgreens, not that I actually have. read more

I went into the restroom today and it was the most disgusting thing I've seen in a long time. Public park and beach restrooms are better than this restroom. It was awful in there. I would be completely embarrassed if I worked here and the restroom looked like that. I don't know if it's pure laziness or lack of staff but from how many employees I saw when I was walking through, they should have plenty of people to spare somebody to go and tend to the restroom for 10 minutes. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The trash was overflowing and the floors were wet and there was a blanket of filth across the floor. Nothing was stocked. No soap, toilette paper of even toilet seat covers. Even the feminine waste baskets were over flowing with bloody tampons. My boyfriend used the men's restroom and he said it was just as bad. Even around the store it was completely trashed, inside and out. This location should just be closed. If the employees really needed a job they should've at least tried with the one they have now. I've never had an issue at Walgreens until I visited this location. read more

I usually just go here if I HAVE to, since it's the only 24 hour Walgreens that is closest to me. I wouldn't want to give this pharmacy a bad review but I thought people deserve to know how rude employees can be at this location. Nothing was done to me, but I was turned off by how incredibly unprofessional and rude this cashier was to another customer. I work in retail, so I can understand why there are certain days where there aren't enough cashiers just because managers had to cut hours due to payroll. I know customers will complain that there aren't enough registers open when there's a long line, and frankly, they have a right to do so. You, as the worker, just have to handle it as professionally as possible. This all happened last night- My cashier was helping me when an older lady asked her if they could open another register as there were about 20 people in line. My cashier got upset and said, "and there's only two of us so if you want us to help you, you can go back in line. Thank you." The older lady walked away, and the cashier muttered under her breath, "I'm tired of this shit." She angrily proceeded to grab my change from her drawer and slapped it on my hand. She didn't even bother to give me my receipt. What a jerk! The older lady then walked out the store saying she'll come back when it wasn't so bad. I understand that when you work in retail you get frustrated and tired of all the things that people (managers or customers) put you through, but please, god forbid, you still have to maintain a professional attitude. You may want to get angry and say angry things but DO IT IN YOUR HEAD and/or not in front of any customer. It reflects badly on you AND the whole company. Walgreens, maybe it's time to weed out bad employees and start hiring new and improved workers. There are so many people who don't have jobs given this economy and I'm sure there are better workers who would love to work for you. read more

I went to pick up my refill prescription today, the Vietnamese pharmacist on staff was clueless and gave me incorrect information. Turned out he looked up someone else's screen, then told me they didn'thave my medication. Later on he went to check and said it was in stock but I had to pay full price in cash. This was BS information he was telling me because I have my insurance's copay to pay only but he was not competent to look up the right account, and instead wanted me to pay in cash for the full price?! Isn't this unethical and was he going to pocket the cash payment for my refill? Note that this is a refill so all my insurance and copay are on file, it is not my first order to demand full price cash payment either. Needless to say, I am switching pharmacy, patient beware. read more

Disclaimer, I didn't go in because I always pick up my prescriptions at their drive thru window. I'm giving them 5 stars because they make sure you know your prescription is ready. They have an automated caller that will call and call and call until you come get your meds. At the drive through, there is usually no lines and they get you in and out of there super fast. Anytime I can avoid getting out of my car is a plus and they have good service too. read more

This is the best Walgreens in OC the pharmacist and all her people are on the ball. I am on multiple medications and never had a problem thanks to them I am also up to date with my shots I don't have a bad thing to say about the store they greet you coming in and smile witch says a lot I tell everyone to go to that store and if your on a lot of meds definitely go there I trust them with my health because they earned it read more

Very nice people working who are willing to help out. Haven't had a bad experience here. They updated their technology at registers, too, so the process is faster. It's not a 24 hour pharmacy, but I thought people might have noticed by now in 2012 that Walgreens as more on the convenience store marketing side. I went here to pick up a couple of things as I frequently do and needed to use the restroom. someone had flushed a pair of underwear in the toilet and I carefully pulled it out. right after, an employee came in to pull it out and seeing that I already had,he needlessly apologized for me doing it,which was no big deal. this store is very attentive to providing a nice store to shop at and I always enjoy coming here as the customer service is excellent and the store well stocked. thanks walgreens!! read more

Changed insurance provider this month and have yet to receive my new insurance card. My son was prescribed antibiotics and Sara (pharmacist) went above and beyond to try and get it covered through our new provider. Had to pay for them in the end due to it being after-hours but she was very informative and urged me to come back once I have my card so that I can be reimbursed. This Walgreens has a very limited selection. Unlike some of the better locations, it doesn't have refrigerated salads or sandwiches, or even bottled fruit smoothies. The range of frozen and shelf-stable products is also smaller than elsewhere. Too bad it was the only nearby store that was open after 11 pm! read more

wow, drive up to the store and it looked like the sidewalk where a big pen. The sidewalk was so dirty with so many different kind of spill I didn 't even want to walk to the store. They need to get a steam cleaner a do a big deep cleaning of the sidewalk around there building. Got to find a new Walgreen to get my medication read more

I have been reading all the reviews on this store which were posted last year mostly, and it looks like the store has improved their customer service quite a bit, I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the pricing. Today I was on a hunt for a new product that is sold EXCLUSIVELY to Walgreens, so they should have it right? Well, this one was my first stop and they did have it, but most of the colors were gone, so I picked 2 of them up (lipgloss) and also picked up a few other things and went on to the next Walgreens, who did not have what I was looking for, however on the other items I had purchased, this Walgreens had them for 50 cents less?? The manager made up the difference for me though, but then I traveled to another 3 Walgreens and all of them had the same prices, and all were 50 cents less than this one, now come on people, we are talking about a 5 mile radius here. So, maybe they raised their prices so they could afford better help then? Anyhow, just be aware that if you shop at this location, their prices are higher than ALL the other ones. read more
