They were always kind and very helpful and always willing to offer suggestions and go out of their way to help their customers. The last several times that I have been there I have noticed the level of professionalism and knowledge of the front line staff at the counter has diminished greatly. Now instead of being helpful they seem to just be running people through and usually are very short and snippy. I have been in twice in the past week and found this kind of attitude on both occasions. While standing in line today the girl at the counter was very short and basically rude with a gentleman. When she asked if he wanted to add his number he said he didn't have one but his wife probably did. She then asked if he wanted to add that and he said he didn't know what it was. A customer in line had to tell him that she was talking about her phone number. When she rang it up she told him it would be 426. He handed her a $5.00 bill and she said that is $426.00. You could tell that this took him by surprise and he was not prepared to pay that amount and didn't understand why it was so much. He left the prescription and said he wasn't paying that much. As for my situation I finally just left because it was obvious I wasn't going to get any help and no one was going to go out of their way to help me answer my question. CVS Pharmacy you are better than this. Do Better!

No biggie. With that I got a tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers and salt and pepper. Delicious and the sandwich was HUGE. MUCH better than Subway. I have to point out; when I get a sandwich I usually get green peppers but they had mixed colors for their peppers. I made a comment of how I only get the green ones but that the mixed is fine; the guy grabs a handful and this sweet man picks out just the green peppers for my sandwich. He didn't have to do that and I was so very thankful. Huge plus for just that. Shows he actually cares and I love that! Wish I got his name. But sir, if you see this, THANK YOU!! When I asked the pharmacist about it, he said it wasn't his job to let me know that the prescription needed to be refrigerated. He said it was noted on the information. Yes if I had read the dense nine pages stapled to the bag the prescription came in, somewhere on that I would've seen that it needed to be refrigerated. When I needed to get the prescription refilled, I was told I could come in and pick it up. when I got there. It was not ready. The app showed it would be there the next day by 6 o'clock. This was confirmed by someone at the pickup desk. When I went the next day, again, it was not ready. The app now showed that the prescription had not yet been delivered to the pharmacy. Same thing happened the third day I tried to get it. I gave up and transferred my prescription to Wal-Mart. I've had several students who worked at the CVS pharmacy and told me they would never go there to get their prescriptions. As a retired healthcare professional, I can tell you this is no way to treat your clients. AVOID THEM, go somewhere else.
