2 stars because the pharmacist tried to smooth things over. I called the pharmacy, talked to a female tech and she put me on hold for at least 5-7 minutes. I came over because I was nearby still and I walked up to hear the tech TALKING BADLY ABOUT ME. What the heck!? I was just asking her to apply the correct coupon to the meds I had just picked up 10 minutes earlier and she felt it was okay to talk about me out loud where customers could hear. I went to pick up photos here for the first time and I stood there waiting but no employees were around. Another customer had to get the front cashier to help. The older female cashier with white hair was incredibly rude to me. I recommend getting photos from CVS instead. read more

Usually love going here but whoever the new little blond girl with all the makeup needs to fix her attitude. Apparently me needed to check out interrupted her phone time, which she didn't hesitate to make it known she was irritated (at me, for her having to do her job, I'm so awful I know), by basically ignoring me the entire time until she had to ask me if I had a phone number. Half of the Pharmacy staff is lazy rude and deliberately inconvenient. Walgreens needs to train their staff in better customer service. Angelica literally got into an argument with me over her forgetting to honor a discount code for me. I asked her to please redo the transaction, and she rolled her eyes, sighed with an attitude, and acted like it was the biggest favor a customer could ask. Hire better people, Walgreens! There were three pharmacy employees standing there and nobody bothered to even acknowledge that I was there. I waited, watched, waited some more and I finally put the car in drive and pulled away. I don't know why this store only has 3 stars?! I come here often because it's my favorite Walgreens! I called my doctor Friday afternoon at 4:30 for a UTI. By Sunday late afternoon, when I hadn't heard back, and the pain was unbearable... I called again! They called in a prescription to this pharmacy. Not 2 minutes had gone by, when Walgreens calls me... he said he had my prescription and they were closing in 7 minutes! They waited for me... who does that?! As I write this, I am pain free! There are only two good parts at this location one is the gentleman that is at the front register. He is the kindest and most helpful. Horrible service. The website says open at 7:00 am. When I went to the store the staff were very rude and just said: "come back at 10:00 am". I clicked to refill my Rx online and then nothing happened. No call, no update, just a black hole. After all, this is a medical prescription, not shaving cream I was ordering off of Amazon. While visiting the Phoenix area my wife got involved in a car accident. We had to stay put while she recovered. We transferred our home meds to this pharmacy and also received the new meds my wife needed. What is wrong with this Walgreens? I get notifications that my meds are good to go. Then I get there and get told they are out of stock. Come back Monday. I come back Monday - "we are still out of stock come back Wednesday" - came back Wednesday... "still out of stock"; called Thursday "yeah we have it!" Get a call during class that I didn't review until the next morning (Saturday). The voicemail left says "sorry we made a mistake, we don't have it. Sorry." *click* What? Um. Now I have to wait until Tuesday. This Walgreens ALWAYS gives me problems. If it's not my insurance, it's Walgreens claiming that I didn't submit the request for the prescription. Even though I use the app frequently and it gives me updates all the time. And the dude at the front has total RBF so it makes the experience even less pleasant. read more

One of my family member's recently became uninsured and required monthly meds to maintain her health. I went to Walgreens anticipating paying a high amount for the meds, which I was correct. I told pharmacist "Andrew" that I was paying cash as my family member is uninsured. He took out his personal phone and began to look for online coupons to help reduce the cost. He also shared the Walgreen's Pharmacy program with us too. Bottom line is he saved me about $80! I know he didn't have to do that, especially with a long line in the back of me, but he did and demonstrated genuine concern for the situation. This is true customer obsession. This pharmacy is great. Sometimes they are very very busy, and sometimes not so much. I'm quite friendly and patient with the staff and I get to experience there warm and friendly professionalism. They are ALL very helpful. I don't understand why anyone would rate them less than 5 stars. I do imagine if you go in there acting like an entitled dick head that they may not be friendly to you but that is probably because you don't deserve anything nice from them, and I actually think they are being professional with you because I think they should tell you to go fuck yourself. I've always used this Walgreens for my prescription refills as I've been on medication since 1989. Unfortunately they recently moved to a centralized fulfillment center for all prescriptions and do not actually have meds in the store anymore. I called my meds in 2 weeks ago and as of last night, they still haven't received them. I'm now out of meds and they are telling me maybe today, maybe tomorrow. Don't they know that some people depend on medications to LIVE? Just moved my prescription to a new pharmacy that fulfills their orders in the store...the old fashioned way. Walgreens, I hope all the money you save by centralizing prescription fulfillment outweighs all of the customers you'll be loosing. You can count me as the first. read more

I dont know about you but I dont want to pick up my prescription from the same spot someone just did a swab for a covid test. Shouldnt that be done in a separate area. Pharmacist Zachery and Technician Allen are a part of the international Rock and Roll crew! Pharm Zach saved me $225 on a ridiculously cost prescription that the pharmacist and tech at the same location didn't mention the night before. The medication was $325 with insurance and thank God they were out of it the night before because I had the chance to come back next day and meet the amazing Pharmacist Zach and his awesome and helpful Technician Allen! My husband and I moved from Scottsdale to Chandler in January and we made the switch from CVS to Walgreens primarily due to location and I am so glad I did. Pharm Zachery and Technician Allen, you absolutely 100% rock! This medication is for my new baby so purchasing it was never an option but that was the happiest $108 I have EVER spent on a medication and these are the great stories that need to be told! Not going to lie, allergy season is among us and I needed some hydration fluids. SO my eyes are puffy and I can't stop sneezing and I was stared down by every employee and instead of a " can I help you .?" I asked them if I can help them. You don't even deserve a star !! Your cashier was so emotionless my money was screaming for help. SHE didn't even say hi or have a nice day , all she did was hand me a receipt and step back like 20ft away. Like I had the plaque . She stared at my bag like it was going to hand itself to me . No I'm not picky, every Walgreens I go to they hand me my bag. If she wants me to grab it she could have told me. I really love their pharmacy now that Zachary is the Pharmacy Manager - you can't find a more caring and nice person than Zachary - he helped me out with some prescription issues and I was delighted with the service.
