I came over because I was nearby still and I walked up to hear the tech TALKING BADLY ABOUT ME. What the heck!? I was just asking her to apply the correct coupon to the meds I had just picked up 10 minutes earlier and she felt it was okay to talk about me out loud where customers could hear. Disgraceful.

Don't sleep on their pizzas from their deli in the back where they will make them for you. The pizzas are actually really good amongst other things such as their breakfast burritos. The pump handles are always clean as if, someone cleans them hourly. The trash is always emptied and the inside of the station seems organized although, it is cluttered with merchandise. Although, it's on a busy street, it's always easy in and easy out. I didn't realize that using the self checkout also gives refunds in case you were to over pay, which was nice to know (after Derek showed me how to process my credit). Remember to always take a receipt, in case, you need a refund for not pumping as much as you prepaid to pump. This helps process refunds easier! Definitely stop here for gas and snacks when in the area.

Last night he shut down for at least 35 minutes, but when he came back I purchased something for $4.06, I gave him a $5 bill and said I was running to my car to get 0.06 cents, becuz I didn't want 94 cents of change, but the clearly annoyed employee decided to give me 100 cents instead of the 1 dollar bill I obviously preferred and went out of my way for. And just to be a jerk, he chose to be difficult and it just goes to show the horrible employee this guy is. I guess my next purchase with him, I'll be paying in small change...if he wants to be petty, I'll play. Will be reporting his epic breaks where he closes store down and hangs out in back doing god knows what (with the doors bike locked from inside)

I asked again and he pushed me to another person who found it. This happens frequently with this gentleman. Today's antics- I called to let them know my doctor didn't want one of the prescriptions filled- to save them work. Twice someone came on and immediately said ' hold please' and 3 times they put me through to on hold again without a person even answering! I hung up- 10 minutes on a hold status is ridiculous when I was trying to save them work of having to put the drug back. I'm mapping out other Walgreens nearby to change from this horribly unfriendly location and only use Walgreens because my company uses them. It just seems they are overworked and the pharmacist is just plain rude. If you hate your job so much - move on cause no one should have to deal with this type of behavior. Fingers crossed that other Walgreens are kind to their customers and also give them all of their prescriptions.

My prescriptions were sent in prior to 10 AM today. I followed up at 1:13 pm. The young lady at the drive up window said they were ready. I asked when they would be. She said come back around 2-2:30 as they were taking their lunch at 1:30. I gave notice that I had a different insurance. She asked if I wanted to update it then or when I come back. There were additional cars behind me, considering they were heading for lunch shortly I told her we could update when I came back as I was trying to be mindful of the additional customers as well as the staff. Fast forward to 3:20 this afternoon. My prescriptions STILL were not ready. I asked why and she said because my insurance denied it. Mind you, I previously told them I had new insurance. They did not call me to give notice that (the old) insurance denied my script(s). I asked how long it was going to take this time around. The same young lady said either later this evening or tomorrow morning. By this point, I am BEYOND UPSET. I proceed to ask for them to transfer my prescriptions to Walmart and explain that this is the exact reason I never fill my prescriptions at this Walgreens. There was a blonde pharmacy technician that then takes over the phone from the brunette and begins speaking over me. Telling me I'm going to have to call Walmart and have Walmart call Walgreens for the transfer. She then finishes with do you want your prescriptions or not. If you know ANYTHING about customer service, this is not it. I contacted my doctor and ha the scripts transferred. Guess who had them ready within 23 minutes of transfer. WALMART. Walgreens. Do. Better. Teach your techs better customer service. At the end of the day your customers are what make your paycheck possible. Don't forget that. Big or small businesses always start with one customer. A happy customer tells no one. An unhappy customer tells 10. Walgreens may be a large corporation. But it doesn't take much to extend an olive branch.

The front store staff is courteous and friendly as opposed to Walgreens which never seem to care if you are in the store or not. The pharmacy staff is by far the best. I did not receive the $10 back and all she could say is i don't know so i returned everything. I went back to the isle which she came down to help another customer. I asked her again why i didn't get it and she checked the codes and they had miss labeled one as part of the special which it wasn't. So i grabbed 3 more but now it shows my coupons as used which i returned because of their miss labeling. She would not over ride it which i know she can do because this has happened at the store before. If CVS does not want to honor their coupons and it bothers their employees they should not have them.
