Worst pharmacy experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stood in line for 30mins Christmas Eve night to drop of prescription, was told by pharmacy staff "30 mins to fill, will you be waiting or picking up later?" I will wait. Shopped and had a cigarette while i waited, went back in 15 mins later and sat in the pharmacy waiting area. 2 hours later.... i was still waiting with a group of other customers, who had also been told 30 mins when it was not!! Ugh pharmacy a nightmare to deal with. They call me six months ago put all my prescriptions on a single pick-up. Great idea- right? They then blow it every time I come for following five months. One prescription still out of synch always....so I pay cash each time to synchronize because insurance won't pay. Then next time I go to pick up and its Groundhog Day all over again. Store blames corporate, corporate blames store .....nobody takes responsibility and fixes it. Ironically, they contacted ME originally to put me on single pickup, and I actually ended up going to pharmacy MORE! I went three days in a row last time, being told "it will be ready tomorrow". Liars, not even ready the third time. I finally decided to find a small pharmacy that still believes in good service. Sylvia is the rudest pharmacy worker ever, running around looking stressed out, obviously overwhelmed and unable to keep up, she cannot conduct herself in a professional manor. Doctor was yelling over her to me and when I tried to respond, and she told me I "just need to talk to her " with body language and foul tone and continued to be argumentative, all this out of the blue. What language might be acceptable in her home is not acceptable in public and certainly not at work. She acted like she was in the ghetto alley trying to pick a fight. read more

This is one of the few Walgreens that has a pharmacy open 24 hours. Others places claim to be open but the only thing open 24 hours is the store front. That's useless. I called the pharmacy department at 10:00PM and spoke to a gentleman who's name I believe was Aaron. He was courteous, patient, professional and took the time to discuss a few things with me over the phone prior to getting the prescription filled. I really like Walgreens as a whole but now that I know this one is open round the clock for prescriptions that need to be filled after late ER visits... I will look no further. read more

Came with a valid prescription that the pharmacy refused to fill because it wasn't written locally. I got injured out of town and flew home. I offered to show my plane boarding pass, my discharge papers, etc. No one cared. I asked for them to call the hospital to verify. They refused to call. No one cared. I will never return. read more

If only Yelp let me cuss. Absolutely terrible service at the photo counter. Chick there seems like she hates life dealing with someone at the photo computer. I came in to follow up on why my order was canceled. She comes over to me and finds my order and proceeds to tell me that the order was canceled because they were understaffed at night so the tech canceled it because they didn't get to it. (No clue why they don't just put it into a pending stage until they can get their crap together and print the photos. Instead my order with over 70 photos hand selected will need to be reselected and ordered again. This is the 3rd time this store jacked up my order. Absolute nightmare store to deal with. At least last time this happened the guy behind the counter went in and opened the order and forced it through for me. That was the only reason I came back. So in the past I have used the Walgreens pharmacy to pickup one of my own meds. It was always the same thing every time so it seemed to go pretty painlessly. Today I helped a friend pickup her medications, the guy at the counter was being pretty rude. To me customer service is everything, especially if your in a competitive industry because the customer can choose to go wherever he or she wants. So they say it's not bad to ask questions right? Well tell that to the guy with the bad attitude behind the counter, he needs to work on some people skills because he has none. Especially when your in the line of work that he is. Two stars instead of one because the other guy behind the counter was a little more friendly. I liked their snack selection and their store itself is nice. People are friendly, but who knows maybe this guy was just having a bad day. read more

I live right across the street from this Walgreens so it's very convenient to just walk over there for goodies & redbox! They only have one redbox there BUT it always has the best selection even during the weekends because no one thinks to check the redbox there for the most part... Today I went in to get a prescription which I have done at this location many times over the course of my entire life as I grew up in Antelope. However, I will no longer be returning to this location for my prescriptions. I wouldn't trust these people touching my medication ever again. Not only did they have an issue figuring out my insurance so I had to pay full price (because they (Walgreens) put my gender as male but couldn't figure that problem out somehow?) someone also went in and changed all of my other information in their system to random crap! (Address and phone from what I was told as well) I was given zero explanation because they don't even know why! I had to return to figure all of this out and when I did I was met with people saying that it was not their fault.. when I told them at the end that I would like my reimbursement I was told that since I got the medication two months ago I could not get my reimbursement... and then I had to explain to her I had picked up that medicine 20 minutes prior... this is ridiculous.. my pharmacy should have my correct information at all times there is no reason any of that information should have ever been changed I never once gave permission nor did my husband. Although my money and time is important to me my biggest problem was the incompetence coming from a pharmacy. completely inexcusable. (I do have to add the women who helped me with my reimbursement was very nice and tried to be helpful but she was kind of just pushed into my situation by the other workers who didn't want to help me anymore so she had no idea what was happening...) read more

I like the drive threw pharmacy window, it makes for easy pick up and drop off. I know it's Walgreens which is a huge company, so it's not like this review will really matter...however... I don't think that I have ever received quality customer service at Walgreens. I went there today to pick up some photos which I had already paid for online and even though I had the email receipt she still made me pay for them. The woman that works in the photo center has such an attitude, she was so rude to me. I don't remember her name but it's the really thin blonde woman that looks like she probably smokes a pack a day and has since she was 12. It's just really unfortunate that customer service around places like these is on the downhill, and probably won't change. It's convenient that you can print photos from your phone at home, but then when you pick them up they're cut off in bad places leaving you wondering why you even went there in the first place. This is my regular stop for picking up prescriptions. I used to drive up and sometimes they are very slow to come to the window and other times they are very quick. This is not a good place to walk into in the night-time. There's a lot of creepy people that hang out around here. An older woman committed suicide outside of the store about 2 months ago. They have an automated telephone system for letting you know when your prescriptions are ready. They call far too often once they're ready until you pick up your prescription. I don't need to be notified every 3 hours until I can actually come in and get it. It's a nice feature but sometimes I have other things to do and it takes me a day or two before I can come in. There are other times when it wants to route me to a live person because there is a question about my prescription. I wait and I wait and I wait and no one comes to the phone. Very annoying. this place is close to my house so I like to shop here for that reason. It beats driving all the way across town for the same thing. read more

Review for pharmacy only: 1. Terrible customer service.. For the last 7 years consistently. This is very close to my house which is why I have stayed. The 24 hr factor is helpful when there is an emergency. But for everyday Rx's this place is TERRIBLE! 2. Always a long line and RX never done on time. 3. They can't seem to take a refill and order from the Dr and then have it ready. Almost every time I refill they say they don't have the refill order or that it went it a different profile and then I have to come back. 4. When my Dr sends the refill order.. Somehow walgreens never seems to be able to find it. 5. Every time I have to fill or refill I have to make multiple calls to walgreens to run interference due to their complete lack of competency. Walgreens management where are you?!! This location is only getting worse and no one seems to care.. No one seems to be concerned with losing revenue do to customers going elsewhere. I misplaced my receipt to comment on the service I received on Friday, Dec. 27th in the late evening from the pharmacy, so I am going to do it on yelp! I was really beyond grief on what to do, my mom needed her scripts, and every thing was going wrong for me trying to get them! (long story), My mom lives in a memory care facility and I was just super frantic...after a lot of discussion and phone calls by Michael in Pharmacy, he and Ryan managed to work it out for me literally at the last minute, and filled two very important meds for my 90 year old mom! To me they went way beyond what I expected from them, and I am still to this day blown away by both of them for that night, and let me tell you I was feeling pretty down about our world that evening for everything that had transpired that day... How nice it is to know that two guys cared that much for me, but more so for my mom, so I will pay it forward guys and hopefully help someone in need like I was that day, just like you did!! I've worked for Walgreens before (five years mind you!) and I know that we used the "Assistance needed on isle **whatever** to help spot and stop people that are potentially shoplifting. I started my trip in the vitamin section, then wandered over to the haircare/makeup/skincare isles. That's when it started. "Assistance needed in isle 1" I look around, I'm the only one there. Strange, but okay. They want to keep an eye on me. Then I go to another isle, it happened again. This literally happened 5 or 6 times! Just for me! If the cashier thought I was shoplifting, I don't understand why he didn't send anyone over to talk with me, chances are I would have asked for what I was looking for, and left. But no! I felt so embarrassed and singled out. The great part was, two "retail shady" looking guys walk in, go to isle 2 or 3, and literally are sitting there TALKING about shoplifting. The cashier was too preoccupied with watching me that he literally let them WALK OUT OF THE STORE WITHOUT PAYING. Not only that, but I made sure that I kept a good two feet distance from the shelves as I was looking, to hint at him "hey, I'm not shoplifting, you know!" He easily saw my purse was behind my back and there was no physical way I could have taken anything. After taking my items up the cashier, I tried to read his name tag so I can report him to the district manager. Luckily for him, he wasn't wearing one. This happened at around 10:20 when I was leaving, on Tuesday March 13th, 2018. If he was one of my employees and if I got a complaint like this, I would seriously retrain him. This is unacceptable. That is not how Walgreens taught us to treat customers. We go through a great deal of training when we are hired on. Honestly, I am so freaking upset. I will be filing an official complaint tomorrow. I already did the receipt survey with all of this information on it. I will make the district manager hear this. If this was my store.. man, I would be so upset that my employees are doing this. I'm white, 5'2, chubby. So there is no racial discrimination going on here. It is literally the fact that the cashier can not read people correctly. I get it, you learn to profile shoplifters better as time goes on, but 6 times for ringing the assistance is needed charm, ON THE SAME PERSON, is OVERKILL. Espically if you can not follow through and get one of your co workers to talk to them. read more

This Rating is for the Pharmacy not the store. Reason's I gave it a low rating. 1) LONG waiting times on phone over 20 min. if their computer system is even working. Other wise goodluck getting to talk to them at all. 2)Pharm tech's that don't know how to submit certain Rx's correctly, creating a delay of meds for the customers. 3) Lack of empathy for the delayed action on the Pharmacy's part. They are just too busy to care I guess. I love walgreen's as a drugstore and buying certain pruduct there, but will NOT ever use the Pharmacy again.
