The exterior was quite clean and organized, the restrooms were fairly clean, and had handicap railings and call buttons, which told me the owners care for their customers. I come up to visit my mother (who lives in Danbury) often enough and usually need to make a stop here for one reason or another. This store is a lot neater and cleaner (from what I've seen) over the locations near me. The staff is noticeably a lot friendlier than I'm used to coming from a CVS in general. Could be a location issue, since I'm from rude NY and it's a different world up in parts of Connecticut - but I'll take it! The parking lot is clean and easy.
