The Pharmacy worker, a heavy set woman was so rude. It's not the first time she was rude to me. Time to find a new pharmacy again!!

I've been going to this pharmacy and store since 2013. 95% of the time they are professional, friendly, and (for a pharmacy) quick. On one hour's notice I was able to get vaccinations for the flu, pneumonia and my second shingles shot. I also got friendly service, a free bag of popcorn and a definitely-useable coupon. read more

Horrible. They take FOREVER. Why does it always take at least 30 minutes or more for anything. There can be 6 ppl in the pharmacy but they have 1 at the register helping? Plus they all have a sour look on their faces. Actually after I pick up my Medicine I am switching pharmacies. read more

The staff here are trying their best. I noticed the mold on the ceiling tiles continues to spread and it gets worse and worse as time goes on. For the safety of the staff here I hope someone addresses this issue! read more

0 stars! CVS posted a sign "walk-ins" welcome for flu shots. My wife approached the pharmacy counter, asked, and was told to go online and make an appointment. AND was as rude as could be! Probably understaffed! A shopper in CVS mentioned Stop & Shop across the street. We went there and got the flu shot in 5 min. 5 stars for Stop and a shop. No matter what CVS I go to, never really a good experience. Pretty much stopped going there. read more

Horrendous. Always a wait at least 10 deep. Drive through is permanently closed due to lack of staff. You will wait 30 minutes or more every time to get your rx. I'm going to move my rx to another pharmacy that's not cvs read more

AWFUL!!! Drive through is never open anymore and the lines are soooo long inside because they don't want to pay more money to hire more clerks. They should be so ashamed of themselves with all the money they make. I called for the manager Lenny, and he told me he already helped ring earlier and it's not his job. So he finally came down five minutes later to help his cashiers. He was full of attitude and nasty to his customers. 100% disgracefu! this the third time they did not fill a prescription! just never filled! no reason, just shows delayed on website. my regular blood pressure pills i have on auto fill are not being filled!!! my doctor sent in a prescription for antibiotics last month and they just never filled them. someone needs to do an investigation on this location and if they can't fix the issue, shut them down. read more

Watch our for CVS ROBOCALLS !! omg they are soooo annoying! You will NOT be informed that your number will be placed on a robocall dialer and you will be called with an annoying message "you have a prescription on file here time to renew?" even if your RX isn't renewable! I was called for a person that is not even me!! Trying to get them to STOP is impossible through the store employees who are sincerely trying to help, however have NO INFORMATION on how to stop the calls. Absolute worst place to go for covid test screening or vaccination. No direction from anyone, no one really wants to help you and they are not familiar with their own processes. Went to one store they cancelled my appointment told me to go to this store. Get to this store they couldnt honor my appointment. Made another appointment for later in the day and they tell you to wait in parking lot and call cvs covid number but dont provide you a number. Total incompetence. Go anywhere else. read more

It absolutely saddens me to have to even write this review, but this experience needs to be shared. My husband approached April (cashier) to ask her a question and she was extremely rude and condescending. We later returned to purchase something else, when I witnessed April yelling at my husband that he needs to relax and even told him "shhh a couple of times". She then called her manager up front to ring us up, Larry "the manager" as well did not care to listen to the customers need. This business lacks customer service, and just plain respect! Now I do not know if it was a racial thing both April and Larry had against us. But I MUST make it clear to the public. Hopefully the next colored customer would be heard and treated with respect. I purchased a $39.00 Ellume Covid-19 home test from CVS on Lake Ave ext. Danbury ( only purchased because I have a 90th Birthday party to attend and was being considerate). Unfortunately this test requires an App to be downloaded on only CERTAIN compatible devices to obtain the results. My device was not compatible and CVS refused to refund the purchase even though the product was not opened or adulterated in any way. In conjunction, I was told by the assistant manager Kyle to submit it to my insurance company for reimbursement even thought it wasn't utilized. Wait times on the phone for this pharmacy are ridiculous. Called a few weeks ago, three times, and when I finally called the regular front desk, they said the pharmacist was out. Now I've been on hold for 17 minutes for them to answer a simple question. And almost every time, they get the script wrong even though there is a note in my file that I need the exact medication and not the generic, AS PER THE DOCTOR. Unfortunately it's the pharmacy I have to use. Most often they are super rude, with the occasional lovely staff person. Wish they could just get it right!! read more

I was greeted by a very nice young man there but other than that I am never using cvs again. I've had it with employees with attitude. The coupon machines never work. The manager on 9/20/2017 helped a couple get their coupons by opening the machine but he ignored my request to do the same. He just disappeared into the store isles. They are very over priced. Sun screen $13 cvs and Walmart same stuff $9, stop and shop same stuff $9. So I'm don't with being treated poorly and spending more than I should. read more

This CVS has the nicest pharmacy staff, very professional and always make sure to explain my prescriptions. If there are delays for out if stock items they let me know so I can go to another pharmacy or they'll order it-and the item always comes in a day before their estimate, so I like the realistic timelines. I never get a flu shot and I got mine there because I trust them more than my doctors office. When I got cancer (obvious from my meds) the pharmacist and staff would ask how I was doing in general, did I need anything, etc. so it is nice not to feel like just a number when you pick up your prescriptions! I wish it was open later on the weekends but I just plan accordingly. read more

Horrible CVS. Completely understaffed, I went to take my daughters first ever passport pictures. Customer after customer kept showing up and staff waited on them first. Pretty much had to wait till everyone else was taken of (who showed up way after I had) in order to take the pics. Definitely never coming back again. read more

Worst attitudes I have witnessed and been subjected to in a long time by the Pharmacist and the department. I will not be back again. They seem to have preferential treatment to some customers but the majority of the rest are treated poorly and spoken down to. read more

I have lost track of the amount of times this CVS has been a thorn in my side. First of all it is so expensive and they don't price match which is probably normal for all CVS across the board, but still annoying. There's a small section of grocery but every time I've gone in there for something simple, they don't have it or it's so astronomically priced. For example: bag of shredded cheese (not available), distilled water (expensive- more than double the price of other stores- and usually out of stock). Their greeting card selection is terrible. I tried to get a bridal shower card one day on my way to the shower and they only had one style left in stock and it was over $5. Same thing with birthdays like when I needed a card on my way to a 3 year olds bday party. Last week I needed to pick up a small package of diapers to get me by until I was able to go to Target. So, I decided to buy their generic brand of Pull-Ups for my daughter with a $3 coupon from my extra care card. There was an issue where the coupon wasn't applying and the woman said she would have to get the manager to override it. I told her I would wait and then she told me the manager was busy without even attempting to reach out. Most recently, I went to pick up a prescription today at 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday and their pharmacy was closed. The pricing, hours of operation, availability of products and employees are so below even my lowest expectations of a pharmacy, its almost laughable.
