Absolute worst service I ever received at a Walgreens, the old ugly Hispanic woman in the morning displays poor, nasty attitude, and lacks courtesy. She didn't greet me at all, and when I got to the register, she acted as if I inconvenienced her with my purchase, walking to the register with a negative demeanor, and didn't want to give me my change, she spoke to me with an inappropriate tone. Unfortunately, this is just the Deer Park way, so she's probably a resident in the area as well, just nasty, rude attitude for no reason. It was 8am, so she woke up this way. People like that, should work in the back, away from customers, not in the front being the face of the store! She's not who I would want to represent my company/brand. read more

I don't see why they have a drive through pharmacy if, when you get to the window, they tell you you have to go around and get back in line while they fill the prescription, even if both lanes have multiple cars. Also they said to come inside to get it. Why would I go through the drive through if I wanted to go inside in the first place? The woman at the window said the medication was one price, then when I sent in my money and got my change, the medicine had somehow become $7 more expensive than what she had originally told me. This place seems to be conducting business in a rather dubious manner. Go elsewhere for less stress and honest pricing. read more

The pharmacist always have an attitude. You can't even ask a question without them talking to you like you're stupid and getting loud with you. Completely lost my business. Should probably hire more respectable "pharmacist" before you completely lose your business. read more

I came in as a walk in with my 5 yr old to get a flu vaccine. They said I had to make an appt and come back. I made an appt for 3 hrs later and when I came back for my appt they ran out of flu vaccines the DAY BEFORE and couldn't administer. MY son is terrified of vaccines so very unsatisfied with their costumer service. read more

This is my go to place for grabbing something quickly when I do t want to go to the grocery store, for makeup, prescriptions and when I just have a quick cold or something simple that can be treated at the Ready Clinic. Checkout can be slow but staff is pleasant. The store has what I need at a reasonable cost. read more

Pharmacy clerk was not proficient nor professional regarding entering national popular insurance card (cigna) information. Unhelpful and arrogant service, clerk could not locate the RX BIN number on the back of ins card and demanded I call for information that was already provided. Unable to apologize when I showed him the correct RX Bin number located on card. Poor attitude, poor customer service, poor overall experience for me and I will think twice before filling medication here again. Store manager Aaron was nice though. read more

I don't go to Walgreen's often, usually for a prescription or something I need for work and don't have time to go to the 'Dreaded Place" (Walmart). I went in early Sunday morning. Of course no one near the front of the store, but here was a doorbell that chimes when you go in. They did say hello, but no one ever showed their face. I'm thinking someone could easily go in, pick up a few things and walk out and never be seen again. I needed index cards and white out. Went to their office supply section and had to search several times in the aisle until I found it. These things should be higher up so people can find them easier. Almost hidden under other things.Felt it was a bit unorganized. I noticed they had another area of the store already putting out school supplies, a plus for those needing to get them, but many schools in our area require index cards for certain notes and not one package was found in that area. I also went int ot find drinks to take to work, They did have a great sale on the item ( 99 cents for a liter of Coke Zero that would have cost me 1.59 at the conventiet store X 2 to equal almost a liter). The lady who came to the register (looked like her name badge said Jasmine? ). She was nice, pleasant, but seemed a bit tired. I haven't needed the pharmacy in this store in quite a while (thankfully), but in the past they have always given me good service. read more

Called about a passport photo, no one answered. I then was transferred and some lady picked up the phone thinking I was a Mrs. Fox. She then said, wrong line and 20 seconds later I was disconnected. If I could give them Zero stars I would. Worst pharmacy IN THE STATE!!!! I have a 7 month old that has been waiting for meds all day. Prescription called in before 10am. At 11:50, they were about to fill it. At 1pm it was next up. At 215 they told me it was back ordered. But I could get part of the prescription if I brought my 7 month old who is running 104.1 fever into the store and waited in line AFTER waiting in line for 30 mins. I ask them to transfer my prescription to CVS. I wait 15 mins before getting in drive thru and they tell me it hasn't been called in. I call Walgreens and the lady said I have to get CVS to call. I wait for the pharmacist who says no I call it in. They have no idea what's going on and have no rush to care for patients. AVOID!!!!!! read more

Ok so I went to go see a doctor, but before my appointment I was trying to buy something and the lady in the front ISIS which is such a shady name, asked for my ID and said she couldn't accept it because it was a "Mexican ID" .. why does it matter if it has my picture and my DOB, I have never felt more discriminated. But the doctor was like amazing so hmmm 5 stars for him bc he actually accepted my ID but 1 star for her for being rude read more

I have never had a problem with walgreens staff until today. I went In to Walgreens on Center at in deer park to get some meds and the male pharmacy tech was totally rude for no reason. He acted like I was bothering because I was asking how much something cost. If he doesn't like his job he needs to move on. read more

Good, clean place to go to for prescriptions and hygiene products. I have seen people cry about their grocery selection. There is a grocery store in the same parking lot with them, just go there and let Walgreens concentrate on what they specialize in, which is keeping prescriptions stocked and other personal things. You want food, you know where to go. read more

I have used Walgreens Deer Park for almost 40 years my wife and I have many drup refills every month. In the last 6-8 weeks the automatic phone refill system puts me on hold if my refill needs a doctor ok, I have been on hold up to 30 min before I gave up I have not been able to order refills by phone in over a month, I have to drive down to the store to turn in my refills (3 times so far in the last 3 weeks) When I ask about the phone problems I am told we don't have any phone problems. I just got back from taking a bottle to be refilled. This is my last trip there is a CVS across the street. Charles Merrill read more

Wife sent me out in the rain to find some beauty products equipped with a photo and color code-- I had no clue of what I was looking for but the beauty expert there saw me struggle-- came over looked at the picture identified what I needed and double checked the price for me. Then when I came back in for a second item my wife texted me, she came right over searched until we found it and then checked me out at her register. Thanks for the help! Great store. read more
