In mid-December 2025, I had a serious issue with a pharmacist named Min Doahn who refused to fill my prescription even after I explained and documented that a prior fill was a police-reported replacement due to theft. He discussed my medication loudly in front of other customers, which was humiliating and felt like a privacy violation. I tried again today same treat ment, is embarrassing I don't know why no one complains this behavior they think just because my name is Latino they can break confidentiality and treat people bad ! No if this happen to you ! Report them. Today received the same treatment. On top of that, CVS repeatedly overcharges and offers no real resolution. After years of this behavior, nothing has changed. I'm originally from South Florida, where this level of rudeness and harassment toward ADHD patients simply does not happen. Because of the discrimination, overcharging, and lack of respect, and professionalism I will not be returning to CVS.

I received a 40% off coupon in the mail as part of your regular promotional mailers. I attempted to use the coupon toward a Mother's Day flower purchase, but I was told by both the store clerk and the manager that the coupon could not be used on flowers. While I understand that some exclusions may apply, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. The sales associate repeatedly sighed under her breath during the interaction, creating an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. Even worse, after I completed approximately $50 worth of purchases without the discount, I attempted to use the coupon on another eligible item and was then publicly accused of stealing someone else's coupon in front of other customers. This accusation was humiliating and completely inappropriate. I explained that the coupon was mailed to my residence. My mother suffers from dementia, so obtaining or verifying small mailing details immediately is not always easy. This was my first experience at this Walmart. My partner and I did self check out and paid for a…read morefew items separately at the same register. I walked away for a few minutes to the medicine area and supposedly my partner was accused of stealing by the front security guard, I believe to be named Monique. I walked over and tried asking her what happened, she asked if we spoke to a manager but I said we were still waiting. My partner tried pulling up his credit card purchase to show her the proof and she said 'You're not showing me anything' and she proceeded to get continuously more rude. Granted my partner and her argued, & I am not denying he was being rude back, but I tried to tell them to stop to diffuse it and she said 'Don't wave your hands in my face'. Okay then? She then looked at me and said 'If i were you I'd be telling him to be more respectful to women' and it just started to get weird and more aggressive. He was trying to defend himself but she kept talking back to him saying how she's not listening to him anymore. Telling us how my partner stole and they have proof on camera and "there are consequences". We just decided to leave at this point, she followed us out the door a bit and started yelling at us how my partner can come back and talk to her husband on the phone to tell him what he said to her. Was my partner right in this situation? No, but at the end of the day we still didn't steal anything and have the proof of purchases on our card statements, I literally have my own receipt texted to my phone. It seems Monique wanted to harass us after disliking what my partner said. Completely unwarranted interaction and absolutely horrible treatment. I will NEVER be returning to this location. Also, I have called around 5-6 or times and please believe the reviews that say they don't answer the phone. I suppose we will be contacting corporate in the near future.
