Unfortunately this pharmacy is even worse than Walgreens. I will say some of the staff tries their best but half of them could care less. They are very unorganized and often do not process prescriptions until you come in wait in one line, then they move you to the drop off line, only to wait back in pickup and then they still didn't correctly process my prescription. This store needs staffing immediately as it's not fair to them or patients. read more

I waited near the photo area to pick up my photos I ordered and paid for online for about 20 minutes before someone came. The workers walked by me and looked at me without saying anything at all. I was about to jump over the counter and just grab my photos since they were in clear view. This is horrible!! Hire more people who are more suited in customer service or give a training. read more

Came here to pick up photo order. It was quick and easy. Store was clean and organized. The staff person that rung me up was not rude nor nice but I feel like she was having a bad day. It's a bit of a sketchy location so just be aware of that. read more

So I haven't gone to this CVS in quite awhile since I moved, I came into the store today and the pharmacist was a bit rude I didn't get his name but he stood there didn't kindly ask to get my name or date of birth of the patient, my daughter over heard and even questioned isn't he suppose to ask for your information, and said that was rude was I suppose to guess to just automatically give him the information. read more

This store is horrible make their own policy's. Went on Sat Aug 26, 2023 and saw the lotto machine in the front and decided to buy some scratcher's. Went home scratch them and won so decided to return to cash them in. Well to my surprise the cashier wouldn't cash it because they don't cash winning tickets over $100 even though on the back it said you cash winning tickets up to $599. The cashier told me to go to Food 4 less to cash it. If you advertise lotto tickets you should also comply with the rules and not make up your own rules and refuse service. I hope I am spelling her name correctly. l live in San Diego and am not able to get a refill on one of my prescriptions due to supply chain issues. She took a few extra steps to look in the system and found half of my prescription in stock. Thank you, Charlotte for providing a wonderful experience! I do not recommend this CVS for printing photos. I had just gotten off work and since it wasn't too far from home (which I just moved into the city less than a month ago), I decided to pass by and print some photos since I've been trying to decorate the walls with empty photo frames I had bought. It's been months since I've been to a CVS to print photos and I didn't want to wait an hour for them to print out since I was tired and hungry from work, but also my pregnancy (I'm five months along). So I forgot to make sure the photos weren't cropped, but full framed. I really wish there was a setting at the end before you put in the order to change the cropping for all of them at the same time. When I realized my mistake half my photos were printing and as I counted them I realized I hated how they looked. In some photos the face was cropped or too zoomed in and that makes it really unappealing to me. One of the girls who works there was actually nice enough to help, but when she went to ask her manager he wasn't any help. He just recommended her to tell me that I could try again or take them as is, but I would still have to pay for the ones that had already printed. I ended up skimming through some I hated, but in the end I paid about 40$ bucks for some photos that are okay and some that I reprinted and a lot that I don't like. Honestly, I feel like I could have been helped a lot more or be given the opportunity to retry and let them trash the faulty ones into the recycling bin. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here for photos nor try to print them from their app. I almost did but they come out really zoomed in and there is no option for full framed or putting the white border which I prefer. Also, if you do decide to go print photos there, count them before you pay because not all of them come out of the printing machine. Some got stuck in the machine and if I hadn't counted them I would be missing 23 photos! read more

I appreciated that they were opened earlier than others, especially the one across the street. However, the CVS store on Perris Blvd in Moreno Valley do not have public restrooms as I asked the manager there. Other CVS locations do have public restrooms that are locked. read more

See my previous reviews of CVS for lots of details. They're back to their old mismanagement and under-staffing again. I went to buy some Sudafed a few days ago. They were out. So I came back today. Got in line. The line was 5 people deep, and there was less than 1 employee there handling that line. I say "less than 1" because she was also doing other duties, too. Including answering the phone. 20 minutes later.... and that line did not move. Not even a little bit. So I took the OTC stuff I was gonna buy and threw it onto the flyer rack and walked out. To hell with this CVS and their understaffed & completely mismanaged pharmacy. A whole year of buIIshit from these people. I only go here because they're walking distance. If you are driving... then definitely drive to a different pharmacy. This one really does not care one bit about you. The individual employees might care... but the management of the pharmacy definitely does not care about you one bit. You're just a commodity that deserves to be shuffled and delayed, according to CVS's philosophy. The CEO of CVS makes $12 million a year. That would be CVS Caremark CEO Larry Merlo. The woman at the register was very rude to me when I came in today. When I handed her my extrabucks and extra care card to scan, she snapped at me that I "needed to use the same card as earlier." Confused, I asked her "what?" And she repeated that I needed to use the same card as earlier when I came in with my mom. Well I hadn't come in earlier, especially not with my mom, so I said "umm that wasn't me." And she basically kept arguing with me on that I had been in there earlier and was treating me like a criminal for supposedly "using another extra care card." SO RIDICULOUS. Ok I get it, maybe some people abuse the extra buck system, but don't start getting rude to customers unless you are 100% sure you have your facts right. HORRIBLE customer service. read more

The store is great and friendly, but the Pharmacy always has issues and they are the slowest moving Techs that I have ever had a chance to witness. The prices are not very expensive and they carry some of the higher end products. It's not the store that is the problem. Outside, in the parking lot, there are pan handlers, drug dealing, under cover cops sitting in there vehicles looking very shady. Needed a restroom for a small child. Rudest cashier ever. I asked politely where to go and her attitude was terrible. Drug store without a restroom? Seriously? You cater to medical patients and the elderly. CVS Moreno Valley get your act together. I like CVS Riverside locations as they have much friendlier staff. Dollar Tree was kind enough to let us use their facilities. Left my shopping cart full of Halloween decor at CVS and I will buy my decorations elsewhere. If this had been the first time CVS was rude I may have chalked it up to a bad day, but it wasm't. The MoVal location makes it a habit of having rude staff. read more

A couple of weeks ago, I came here to purchase some household items. I had to use 2 carts as I had a toddler and an infant in a carseat with me. I pushed one cart and my teen daughter pushing the other. Anyway, I purchased 3 big package of bounty paper towels and 1 big package of charmin toilet paper...this already took up the cart that my toddler was sitting in (they have the smallest carts at CVS), so I bought more items and placed them in the same cart that my infant was in around her carseat and in the area where toddlers would sit. I got up to the cashier, who turns out to be the manager also, told me that their policy is one cart per household. I was taking aback by this because ummm 1) I had two small kids with me and 2) their cart is so small that my 3 big items took up the space. She didn't care and said that was their policy and that I can only purchase items from one cart. Really? I'm supposed to choose one? I have never heard of this nonsense! So here I am taking the items from one cart asking my toddler to hold as many items she could and same with my teen after she returned from putting the other cart away a few steps from us. I paid for my items carrying what I could so that my teen could push my kids in ONE cart. Such a horrible person and poor customer service. What kind of policy is this? They weren't even busy when I went and there were plenty of carts available, if this were to be her excuse. I was not trying to argue with her. I'm just not returning. I visited a CVS in another county and was rung up by the manager of that store. I decided to briefly tell him my experience at the location on Perris in Moval, and he said there's no such policy and that it was ridiculous. I'll just stick with Walgreens across from them, they are much more friendly. read more

If you're in a hurry don't stop here. I've stopped in numerous times in the last few months to grab something really quick and I always end up reshelving the item and walking out. Every single time I've been in there they only have ONE cashier available even if there is a long line. Unless you have extra time to spend waiting in line for the only cashier while other workers walk around then don't waste your time stopping here. Very disappointed. read more

Agh! Everytime! Wether I take a paper prescription or the Dr. calls it in but the medication is not ready an hour after being dropped or called. I get told 20 minutes I tell them I will be in the store 45 minutes later my kids name hasn't been called, I make line for 10 minutes then get told the prescription isn't done. Another 15 minutes go by make line (this time I got lucky only waited 5 minutes), and the cashiers goes to the pharmacists and I can tell the prescription isn't ready but hands him the basket thing to him and pretends to shuffle things then comes back with the rx in hand. Right in front of her I get a automated system saying my sons rx is ready for pick up. Really?! I WAS IN THE STORE ALL THIS TIME!! Why even ask me if I will be waiting then. This has not being the only time its every time and I'm done. The staff is ok, the store looks dirty, there are bums asking for $ outside all the time just the whole area gives you the creeps. read more

Have had worse experience ever , staff is rude and don't really care about there customers. . My husband has diabetes and when the 1st time filling all his meds it took 5 hrs first they only seen one of the 6 medication on the fax than they had me read it to them because they didn't understand doc. Writing ... sat there for 2 hrs just to get rest of meds the other lady but it aside and thought someone else did it she said on there waiting oops laughing ... 2nd time same thing doc faxed over at 1230 came to pick up at 5 and they didn't even look at the fax .. Once filling they gave me every excuse why they couldn't fill the test strip said no direction on them really I could buy same box over the counter and they would sale it to me .. without a doc direction 5 days now and they say they are waiting on doc to approve no they are lazy and get side track and don't follow through on anything they should of called 1st thing this morning ...yesterday I went to pick up his insulin they said it's on hold and don't know why the other tech did that had to wait another hr for that I left ..Thank god my his hands some left or cvs could deal with the medical bills I him not having his insulin . As of today still missing 3 out of 4 meds if I needed pain meds I am sure I get that right away .. There is 5 people work there more than most I've seen you people really need to get training on life threatening diseases so u understand the importance of medication .. or just fire them get people who care about people ..All the do is laugh read more
