Staff is absolutely incompetent. Waited 7 hours for my medication. No one tells you anything. Adrian. Was the only person who actually told me what was going on. 6 people in the pharmacy and only one person at the counter. If I could rate lower I would. Olivia the main pharmacist is a mess. No one has any customer service skills what so ever. I waited another 35 minutes just get a consultation about amoxicillin. Wtf I think in all my time close to 19 years on yelp I have probably had three experiences where I left a bad review. Trust, I'm no Karen. I just moved here and I'm totally changing my pharmacy. The absolute worst loot, the worst drive-through pharmacy that I've ever seen in my entire life. Pharmacy needs lots of work. Again I came in last night, medication wasn't ready, so they said it would be ready by noon. It 2:00pm I asked for my medication and then stated that it would be ready til tomorrow. What is going on? Of course I said no and stated what i mentioned. So now I have to wait 30 minutes. It was a nightmare to refill medication with them, if you have any questions, you have to bypass the automatic reply system in 2minutes, then wait for 30 minutes until one agent to answer, probably be paused multiple times during the five minutes talk, so overall 1 hour wasted on waiting, and I talked like this for five times , finally got partial refilled. completely trashed on the outside, & it smells bad on the inside. Plus the only breathable stall in the woman's bathroom didn't even have toilet paper. Didn't bother using the restroom there. Also the woman behind the front checkout counter was not posted in her spot & stayed at the photo booth area-- without knowing the whole time she had a line accumulating. Plus, all of the items in this Walgreens weren't even on their shelves (i'm guessing due to stealing history patters) So you're just walking through empty isles. Quite incredible read more

Irinie I may be misspelling her name was rude and decided to take customers regardless that I was first in line patiently waiting over 20 minutes standing up while pregnant. I made it known that the guy has cut and was after the family behind me and still decided to take them man after knowing the information. Shame on walgreens management and corporate. 2 pharmacists, one to fill orders and one to vaccinate and 2 techs? The workers are trying. They're too understaffed to get everything done. Pick up/drop off line/drive through line. The rite aid closed across the street so everyone transfered their meds to you, but you still didn't hire anyone? Their workload doubled! And you're actually the same company, you knew this was going to happen and did nothing to mitigate it! Patients are suffering without their meds, overworked workers are suffering from stress. We're standing in a line from one end of the store to another for over an hour. At this point, bring a lawn chair and try to be nice. ZERO stars this is for the pharmacy ONLY. I don't know if they are under staffed but the pharmacy is ridiculous but literally dread coming here. The only reason I have stayed y here is because of the drive through just convenient for safety reason and I have young kids. long wait times to drop offs or pick ups . First how does the store open at 7am and the pharmacy open at 9am the if you try to use the drive through you can literally sit there for a 30 mins or more trust me I have . The staff is not always friendly I have stood in line for like 5 mins without be acknowledged or when you finally get helped sometimes they don't even speak very rude and unprofessional . There has to be a quicker way maybe a better system as far as maybe assigning one person for drop off pick up and drive through etc and there is NO SOCIAL DISTANCE when everyone is crammed in one aisle people getting COVID vaccinations people going to the lab the prescription situation drop off and pick ups or just customers in the store . The store it's self is always clean the staff always greets you upon walking in I'm always ask you if i need help. The lab crop is very convenient fast very kid friendly . I have been in and out of there less then 10 min before would highly recommend no appointments needed . read more

pharmacy is very slow and inefficient. went in for a vaccination and checked in i didn't get called for 30 minutes and when i had gone up to the staff they wanted to check me in again... then the lady rechecking me in got the vaccine i needed confused with another despite me telling her multiple times which one i needed resulting in an even longer wait. once i was finally able to get the vaccine i needed the doctor who issued it was really harsh with giving the vaccine she pushed the needle in very hard which caused me to bleed usually it's just a small drop but when i had gotten home i needed to replace the bandaid because the one she gave me had been full of blood. overall horrible experience here, wish i didn't have to come back but unfortunately need to get my second vaccine from the same provider. read more

Seems like there is only one person working each time I come in. If this was not the closest place for my FedEx I would not even bother coming here. Also they accept packages for delivery and rarely mark it as received. Thus meaning my packages are constantly pending delivery days after it was expected. Can blame workers for shortages but it might help if supervisors came to help as well to get people checked out and also help with products. read more

The front store staff is usually nice, no complaints there. Pharmacy staff is usually kind of rude. Seems like they hate their jobs and life. Takes forever to pickup meds whether it be inside or the drive through. Sometimes i don't have the mental energy to deal with the pharmacy staff so i put off picking up my meds until the last minute. A fun game to play once you get in line for the pharmacy (drive through or in store) is to count how many people are also in line and see how many of them get frustrated with wait times and leave. Currently ive been waiting in the drive through for about 45 min, 4 cars have left so far. In total it took over an hour for me to reach the window, there were maybe 5 cars ahead of me. Took them 6 minutes before they even acknowledged me at the drive through window. The Pharm tech that helped me out was nice and helpful but the whole thing took 1hr and 18 minutes and the prescription hadn't even been filled yet and to come back in an hour in a half, even though I requested a refill three separate times through their texting service which I've done before with no issue. So basically after spending 11 hrs at work I drove to the walgreens pharmacy to waste 1+ hrs of my life. Cool. The moral of the story is that there is something seriously broken here and something must be done. I have chronic conditions that require medication, I cant do this every month I don't have the time or energy. I will look into pharmacy alternatives. This is not a vibe. read more

Trying to get through to the pharmacy mostly to prove a point, but they kept picking up and put me on hold, picking up putting me on hold, so I called the front Desk and they just transfer me to the pharmacy no help whatsoever. I'm walking in today with my phone on while I'm calling them so they can see what the hell they do to us. Made an appt for a flu shot and finished all paper work online and ahead of time. Got there at 4 and was in line for 40 min. One female works in the front has one inch nails, working slowly and keeps on distracting with other things while the line is pilling up. Later another guy came and help - he is good. I was helped by him but then was transferred to her (sadly), she took her time verifying my insurance while the other guy already helped 4 customers behind me. Visited there pharmacy and was left standing at the window with my 8 month schedule of baby for about 7mins only to have to speak up after not being addressed to see if I could drop off my prescription. I some rudely told me that there only one line however you have three windows one being labeled Covid vaccines only. She then tells me that there's only one line as I was clearly standing at the window that said drop offs only. This place is tacky and so are the pharmacy employees. No one said a word to me for 7 mins and there were at least 7 people back there. I will never return to this location!! read more
