Went to get a covid PCR test after an easy reservation online. They were a little far from home but the 10 east was fluid and i arrived 10 min early. Anna, the pharmacy technician was the most professional employee I have seen in a pharmacy for a long time. She prepared the tests and paper work immediately and within 5 min , I had swabbed and given back the tubes. She watched the whole thing giving precise directions with kindness and professionalism . She also understood that I wanted the results asap and proposed a self test if I wanted to get some results faster. I was alone in the driveway and in 15 min, I was in my way back home hoping for the best! Well done Anna and Walgreens

Original price at the store while online it's on sale same item....

What a great store? Picked up a prescription , bought some beer, and pick up a red box movie. One stop shop...

The services aren't the best but the employees try to do the best. It was two days ago, I had encountered a problem with the check out station. I checked myself out everything smoothly! After I made the payment, the employee who assisted the lady at the self check out station next to mine made a mistake. He scanned her coke with his hand held device, but the device had my station number on it. My transaction couldn't complete with the receipt printed out. He didn't even notice the problem until I told him the coke transaction had added to my transaction. He did apologize and tried to fix the problem - which was to restart the machine and redo the whole transaction! I was held up for another 20 mins for all restart matters when the machine took another 10 mins to be back to normal. He ended up seeing my transaction could not complete with the machine that he would need to direct me to his supervisor at the checkout counter. The supervisor didn't know what to do, so she ended up honor my transaction. When I filled out the company survey online, I did request the store should have more employees doing the real transaction than having the checkout machines.. however, please have your employees train for professional work with customer service manner! As a long time customer, I'm so fed up to have all these encounters after a driving trip with extra 30 mins spent in the shop. A customer is here to make a purchase, not a tester of your employees' work quality! Please do not have a rude supervisor or employees who doesn't/don't know the company policies to take a work shift!

Told us to come back for my brother, which we did, and came back. Arrived at the window with no acknowledgement from the pharmacy tech who was standing by the window and gossiping with her coworker. We could hear her talking thru the mic talking crap about someone until I said hello. I had to get her attention and ask her if his prescription was ready. After asking for his info, she grabbed his items through it into the window drawer and walked away. Worst customer service ever and gives CVS a bad name. Do people not need their jobs??? If you hate your job, then find a different career!

Horrible pharmacy. I always run into issues here with lack…read moreof service from the pharmacy. It's currently 2:10pm, they were supposed to be open at 2 o'clock yet they have the curtain shade down over the window so you can't even see inside or ask anyone for help in the drive-through pharmacy. There is a seven car line already built up as everyone has been here since before 2 PM waiting for the pharmacy to open back up after their late lunch. Currently have been waiting for over 10 minutes after their opening time with a screaming baby in the car. Not the first time with this issue, it's often. Truly terrible. Came back and the person at the window did not want to do his job or help at all. I think his name is Adan. He first said my prescription for a very generic, routine medication would be $183 because insurance won't cover it. That couldn't be possible so I questioned him. Turns out they didn't have my insurance on file, not sure why that wasn't mentioned first. So I gave the insurance card. Was told it was inactive, which also isn't possible because it is active and my husband used it for the same medication earlier in the week. He tried to turn me away or make me pay out of pocket. To which I said no, you need to contact the insurance and provide service. He said "you need to call", to which I very politely asked "isn't that your job?" I am a nurse myself, it is part of their job. If I go home and call and the come back, it's the same thing as my just telling them the insurance is active and them ignoring me. It's not the same as them calling insurance and verifying so they can render services. Which is what they are supposed to do. Anyways the worker told me to get out of line and get back into it again, wait through 8 cars of other people being serviced first, instead of finishing my transaction. I questioned this, so he finally agreed to have me pull over. After 8 ppl being serviced while I waited I walked up to the window where he told me he never called. The male pharmacist with glasses gave me the same runaround. I had to wait through 6 lines with a screaming baby to get help. I went inside, didn't tell them what was going on and just said trying to fill a prescription as a test. Finally Minlan provided incredible service, called the insurance without me even asking, and solved the whole issue in less than 5 mins. After my spending an hour there due to no other staff wanting to do their jobs. No one should have to wait in 6 lines, with a crying and screaming baby, being constantly shrugged off, while staff refuses do their jobs. I am transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy immediately. No wonder they have SO MANY people working inside, it's because no one is actually doing their jobs. This is the LAZIEST staff I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I plan on filing a complaint.

I was with my wife picking up prescription medication and politely asked to use the restroom. I was told the bathrooms were "out of service" and that customers should use porta-potties outside. When I went outside, the porta-potties were locked with padlocks. So paying customers are denied restroom access, redirected outside, and then left with no usable facilities at all. This goes beyond inconvenience. It may violate basic health, safety, or accessibility standards, particularly for elderly customers, people with disabilities, pregnant people, or anyone with a medical condition. This is a pharmacy, not a construction site. I understand concerns about misuse of restrooms. What I don't understand is stripping all customers of basic human dignity--especially in a suburban location where this level of restriction makes no sense. CVS corporate needs to address this location's policies immediately. If this is not company-wide policy, then local management needs correction. If it is corporate policy, CVS should publicly explain how this complies with health and accessibility expectations. Either way, this deserves a response. I will not return to this location.
