Jen was phenomenal. The photographs I ordered at the kiosk were ready and fabulous. Jen made the whole experience a joy, with her effervescent personality and rapid help... she was helping two other people at the same time, but she made each of us feel like we were important and welcome. The price was great and the response time exceptional. The entire parking lot was packed, so it must have been an incredibly busy day, but the atmosphere was so full of kindness and willingness to help, ... amazing customer service is so rare. Worst customer service, or lack of customer service, I've ever seen. Standing at the checkout, I witnessed a cashier named Athena be horribly rude to another customer who got mad and left. She proceeded to be as rude as possible to me. She gave an exasperated sigh with an eye roll when I asked her how to bypass the pin. This person should never work where people are. Ever. There was another girl working today with shoulder length black hair and glasses, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. read more

We went to this Walgreens tonight for flu shots. I'm afraid of hypodermic needles but the guy who gave us our shots (I believe his name was Tyler) was excellent at it. I barely felt a thing, thanks to this neat pressure point trick he used. He was friendly but professional and did a good job at helping me feel less nervous. I highly recommend him if you need to get any vaccinations. It also was nice being able to get it done at 9pm on a Saturday. This Walgreen's location also has been real great and taken my full sharps containers with no hassle when I need to dispose of them. I also really like that they're 24/7 so if you need to get a late night item or need a late pharmacy it's really great, too. read more

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. We have been coming to this place for five years and in the last year .. it has been absolutely hell to come to. They never have prescriptions ready for pick up they send you text to tell you to come and pick it up then you go to pick it up, only for them to tell you, oh sorry, we will have it the next day, you go the next day and they tell you come back later it's still not ready, I absolutely hate this place. I'm so glad I go to a different pharmacy. I only come here to pick up prescriptions for a family member which they are going to be changing over to someone else. If I could give them a zero I would. Many Walgreens stores are good. This one is terrible. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. Today, after waiting in line for 10 minutes in order to check out, I finally telephone the store from within the store to request that perhaps somebody could open another register. Two people wearing Walgreens uniforms had walked past a line of six people without blinking. The girl who answered the phone happen to be the only one at the register, and I could tell that she thought I was a royal BITCH because I was making the request that somebody open another register. I will no longer be giving my business to this store. read more

My family has been getting their meds filled at this Walgreens for three years, but the last couple months at this Walgreens has been less than satisfactory. After being told several times that scripts would be ready in 20 minutes and sitting there for over an hour I decided I would just drop them off the night before and pick them up the next day. On one occasion my script had been ready for an hour and I finally went up and asked about it and they said they must have forgot to announce it on the speaker. Today was the last straw for me, I dropped off my son's prescription last night, which is a schedule II controlled substance so it cannot be filled early, but if he misses a dose the withdrawls are pretty bad (adhd meds). The tech tells me that he will get it ready tonight so that I am able to pick it up early in the morning. I come back at 9:00 this morning through the drive through and the pharmacy tech tells me that it got lost in their system and that my insurance only pays for brand (United Health Care pays for both), and that I would need to exit the drive through and come back in 20 minutes. From now on I will be going to King Soopers, they are really fast, professional, and always have awesome customer service. read more

Warning!!! Make sure to count your antibiotics before you leave. I recently filled a prescription at this location and the didn't give me my full prescription. I realized this two days later and when I contacted them they're saying that I'm lying and I received the full amount. I strongly believe a pharmacist there stole part of my prescription to have for themselves. Especially with everything going on I wouldn't be surprised. Now I'm trying to get my doctor to re-prescribe me the missing pills. Be safe and count your pills before you leave. read more

if i could give no stars i would. i've been using walgreens to get my prescriptions for the past 8 years. i moved from texas to greeley almost 2 years ago and it has been non stop trouble and ridiculous wait times with this pharmacy. the people working this place are completely incompetent and lost yet another customer. if you need a prescription i recommend not coming to this pharmacy. read more

I have been a walgreens customer for over 25 years and after the way we were treated we will never enter another walgreens anywhere. There were only 2 cars in the drive thru pharmacy. The same car was at thje window for 10 minutes, so we went inside already aggravated because they allowed that 1 car to hold up the line. There was no one in line and we turned in the prescription and said we would wait for it she said 15 minutes. After about 15 minutes i went to check on it and Nora was rude to me and said there was a lot of people ahead of us. I told her about the time we wasted in the drive thru, and that same car was there while they took care of 4 people inside. We were the only people waiting inside, she should have took care of us right away, but she decided to argue with me instead. So i told her to give me back the prescription and said we would never get our scripts here again. She didn't even care. We get over $1000 scripts a month, Safeway pharmacy will get our business from now on. Learn some customer service Nora, you rude bitch. And fuck walgreens. read more
