Customer service experience was horrible I needed to get a few things and needed help to get a razor because the shelves are locked. So I push the button for customer service and I'm waiting for 25minutes! Finally I go up to the manager to complain and then I get help. They claimed they didn't hear the notification but it went off like 50 times!!! So mad they treat me like I'm invisible lie to me and when I complain they purposely don't look me in the eye like they're upset that I complained and begrudgingly help me!!! WORST PHARMACY EVER! The pharmacist LIED straight to my face!!! I sat in the drive through for 1 hour (that's how long it always takes here) when I finally got up to window and was told one of my husbands prescriptions was not ready. Today date is January 18, 2022, so I replied, you have had this prescription since December 16, 2021. Why does it take you so long to fill it? The pharmacist came to the window and asked me to go to the back of the line and she would have it ready by the time I get back up to the window. Or, I could come inside the store so she can help me quicker. Are you kidding me? After going inside and waiting another 30 minutes the pharmacist said the number I gave her for the doctor is not correct. Liar! I never gave her a number as all our prescriptions are faxed directly in. The doctor has never moved, never changed numbers, and we have been using him for years. I called the doctors office right then. Surprise! They answered! The pharmacist walk away after she was caught lying... If I could give this place a zero I would. For the first time I used there photo dept. OMG!! Never ever again would I use them. I placed 2 separate orders to get done. One was less then 200 and the other was over 500. When I placed my orders online it asked for a credit card because of the large amount. Ok I get that. Almost 2 hours later get a phone call telling me I need to pay upfront because it's a large order. Ok fine! I said go ahead and charge my card. I was told no can't do that. So I go down there to figure this out. The staff member had an attitude first of all. I said I'm here to pay for my order. Then she does whatever she was doing and tells me ok ur balance is this amount. I said wait did u just charge my card? She says I just did! Why couldn't u have done that the first time?? Anyway by now I'm pretty passed off. I asked how much longer for my order? 2 hours I get told. So fine 2 hours later I called to check my order I get told they were sold.. What??? Wait!! Sold?? I get really upset cuz these are my Wedding pictures. Then I get told wait you paid already right?? Yes!! Never mind 10 more minutes and they will be done. So I go down again to get my photos. I get handed my photos and I ask the young lady is this all of them? I get told yes. So now today I get another phone call telling me I have more photos to pick up. They ran out of paper the night before and they put new paper in today and more printed out. I went and picked them up and I'm really upset. I talked to a manager and by the way was very nice. She told me she understands and that staff members are new. They are working on training them. Well they need lots of training and better attitudes and treat customers better. We went for our passport photos and the staff was amazing. They made sure we got our photos and worked with our very difficult almost 3 year old and didn't give up till we got the photo. Seriously such an amazing staff. Highly recommended. read more

The only reason I've come here is to pick up my elderly dad's meds. Don't come to this pharmacy. There is always a line and only one or two service people. They are seriously understaffed. I saw one guy doing anything else in the back to avoid helping at the counter. Why do they even have three registers, when they only use one or two?! If I could give a no star review, I would. I visited the store on 10/25 and a employee by the name of Phillip was helping in the Pharmacy. My plan was to get my prescription filled as I do every month @ Walgreens. I recently moved to this area and made a bad choice when choosing this location. Phillip immediately denied to fill my prescription when he read what it was for. He also asked for my ID and said no we don't have it without checking in the system and even whispered something to another employee. I asked to speak with a Supervisor or someone above him and was denied. I don't appreciate been racially profiled off of my appearance. Moving forward I drove back to the location I was going to prior to moving and my prescription was filled with no problem and was treated with great customer service! read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Called to ask a simple question , connected to pharmacy and rudely put on hold , not even a hello. On hold for 15 min , kept repeatedly put on hold with no response. Decide to drive over while still on hold. Asked for manager, no manager there , they sent over some kid who was not at all interested. Told him I wanted to talk to manager in pharmacy.In the meantime I was hung up on. He went in and told them and I waited about another 5 min before I was acknowledged. Explained to him that I just had a simple question and what had just happened on the phone ., He said I'm mad too, we are short staffed and I have to choose. Choose what? For your employees to be rude or not? A simple answer on the phone saying we are extremely busy please hold or can I call you back, should have been the correct way. I told him I just wanted to know if we could get covid booster. He said we stop taking walkins at a certain time, but he took our cards and said they would do it. Then the girl says yea , you'll have to wait at least 45 min. He should have told me that also when he took our cards. I took the cards back and left. Decided to go to CVS on Citrus. KUDOS TO THEM , THEY ROCK. THEY WERE BUSY ALSO , BUT THE DIFFERENCE IS EVERYONE WAS NICE!!!! We were able to get our shot within 5 min and we're in and out. I even complimented to the manager and told him my Walgreens experience. He said he has his employees answer the phone in 2 rings! I have been in customer service for 46 yrs. Without customers you have no business. Being short staffed is NOT an excuse for rudeness. If CVS takes my insurance I will be transferring all my prescriptions at Walgreens over to CVS tomorrow. They send you an automated text or call saying "your prescription is now ready for pickup"...yet when you get there and wait in line for 20 mins you're informed that in fact it won't be ready for another hour or two. I have always enjoyed this Walgreens and Pharmacy. They have always been professional and honest about their pricing and deals and prescriptions. If I had a question their wasn't a person afraid to answer. Today I came to fill some prescriptions that I needed for my lupus and as I was parking I noticed there was a bee in my passenger seat. I am allergic to just about big bite you can think of and that does not exclude a bee sting. I asked a young lady at the pharmacy counter and she gave me some good advice on how to get rid of it well I tried it and it didn't work so my last resort was to go into the store and get some raid. I asked an associate by the name of Toni if she knew how to get rid of a bee in a car I told her I was allergic and she immediately asked me if I wanted her to kill it and at first it threw me but I agreed to her offer. She literally asked me to turn on my light in my car and she found something to kill the bee with and she did it! No hesitation at all. I have never come across a person like her to stop what she was doing to help with something like that. She is a great individual...who definitely stopped me from going back to the hospital! I get all my prescriptions here and they are really fast at the pharmacy. the only downfall is the wait time to check out is sometimes long. I have been going to this Walgreens for several years since it is close to where I live They are very friendly as you walk in they will greet you , now they have different employees maybe part time for xmas , I went in this morning to get some greeting cards since they are reasonable for what I needed they were $ 1.99 ea. box or 2 for $ 3.00 so I bought two when I went to pay it the total was $3.24 I gave the kid $3.00 and a quarter he gave me my receipt and said thank you I asked how much was it and he repeated $3.24 I said you owe me change of 1 penny he said oh I thought I gave it to you ohhh no you didn't I save them he did give it to me it just bothered me that he knew, it reminded me of the swap meet when they say $ 3.99 and they never give you change just assume it's okay .. It 's not the penny but now I don't know if they are trained by Walgreens to do this ITS NOT OKAY WALGREENS take note to train your employees to give change back no matter the amount if I bought something from you and I did not have enough you would not just give it to me or at least have a jar for pennies.... better yet teach them to count !! read more

One star is by far too much kindness of what happened. By far the worst experience in my life at this location. I entered this store in plan to buy a battery for my key fob(car alarm remote) and a nail clipper. I proceeded to walk around the store trying to figure out what kind of battery my remote needed. I went around the store also looking for nail clippers. I finally got the remote opened and went to pick up the battery I needed. I was approached by a "oscar" and asked if I was finding everything ok. I said yes thanks where are your nail clippers, he then pointed me to the right area. I went and chose my product "oscar" suddenly walks by again and says oh you found it. I got rung up and proceeded to walk out the front door when I was stopped by a certain "Nick young". In his hand he is holding a box of what seems to be open benadryl, stands there and accuses me of stealing!! WTF!..... Doesn't asks, but in front of everyone waiting at the counter says where are the benadryl I just stole! I blew up at this point, I have never been so embarrassed in my life.. In all my 29 years of age I have never been accused of stealing and especially saying "I saw you". First off i never even went by the medicine section so how can you see me supposedly stealing and item that costs much less than the items I just paid for at the counter. I don't know what kind of clown show is being ran at this location but I will never shop here again.. These so called managers that are at this location need serious training on this matter I wonder how many other customers has this happened to. I was visiting from out of state. I called to refill 4 prescriptions, Walgreens of Foothill ok'd two of the prescriptions as I was working on the third, they interrupted my call and put me on hold and said there would be a wait because there was a caller ahead of me. I told my family members about it, and they said it would be better if I go in person. So I went in person and asked if I could please refill my prescription and pick it up there. The clerk said they didn't have a contract with my medication. I would need to pay cash for each instead. I left the store feeling sad, disappointed and extremely agitated. California used to be a state of excellent customer service experience. What happened??? It didn't make any sense to me why I was not able to refill and pick up my prescription.
