If I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE, RUDE STAFF. And that's an understatement! Do not shop here! Also not surprised this Walgreens only has 2 stars. I went here with my mom today to grab a few things and the cashier Mike was the rudest person I've ever encountered! When we were done checking out, he made no effort to bag our stuff at all so I took the initiative to do it myself. Included in our purchase were two bottles of wine (we are having a family gathering at our home tonight) and then some other random items (candy, lipstick, etc.). So I proceed to bag our stuff because the idiot was not doing it himself and I didn't want to make my mom bag our stuff since she has severe arthritis and he rudely says he can't having me touching the alcohol (mind you, he said this BEFORE asking if I was 21). Proceeds to be very rude and nasty about the situation when he could have simply just said it nicely! So I replied "Um sorry but I was trying to be nice and bag for you" and he goes "You could've just handed it to me" and rolled his eyes. UM EXCUSE ME? He wasn't even doing it before!!! He never once asked for the bag so that he could do it! And how was he assuming that I wasn't 21? He never even asked for ID! Such a rude man. Mind you, it was not WHAT he said, it was the manner in which he said it and how he acted. We are very loyal customers to this particular Walgreens, come here almost daily! Not anymore. Will not be shopping here anymore and will encourage our friends and neighbors not to do so either and will be posting bad reviews on other platforms as well. read more

My recent visit to Walgreens pharmacy left me feeling disrespected. Mother-in-law and I went to the pharmacy on 2/26/21 around 5:30 to pick up a prescription that she very much needed. We were told the prescription would be ready after 5 but upon arriving we were not acknowledged for 10 minutes then the prescription was not ready. We were then informed they did not have a time frame due to the medication had to go through a validation process. The problem arises when we started to inquiry about the process to get a better understanding of the process. The (what I assume was a pharmacy tech stated what type of medication was being picked up for people to hear, (HIPAA privacy violation at the least) and as we continued to get more information we were told we could take the prescription somewhere else. We found this to be very insensitive to patient care as well as rude and poor customer service. Knowing that the prescriptions for this medication has to be submitted electronically it was impossible for her to TAKE the prescription somewhere else. Unfortunately this did cause me to raise my voice because I was irritated by the lack of sensitivity when trying to gain a better understanding of what to expect. If customers can not get questions answered without having their privacy and dignity maintained, then Walgreens needs to increase their training in patient care, HIPAA policies and overall customer service. read more

I usually love going to Walgreens but one day I went to go buy some beer for my dad. I went with my cousin that day. I'm 24 and she's 19. When I went to the cash register the fat blond lady I believe is a manager wouldn't sell me the here saying she needed to see mine and my cousins ID. Of course my cousin can't buy beer so I told when the hell did need to start carding anyone else that isn't buying the beer I'm buying the beer not her and she just said sorry its always been that way. So I said what if I come back by myself and she said no u need to come back another day. I was so pissed and confused. So I came back but stood in the car with my cousin this time while my boyfriend went in to get the beer. He asked the lady why they wouldn't sell me the beer when I came in and she told them she over heard me and my cousin saying we were going to drink and get drunk. That FAT old bag is on crack. First of all I don't drink. I don't like beer and second of all we never talked about drinking together. So my man told her off and she still wouldn't let him buy the beer since he knew me. She always has a shit face and never smiles then she ends up pulling that crap. I hope they fire her. She has the worst costumer service ever. read more

So I am a chronic pain patient due to a very uncomfortable issue and I am prescribed hydrocodone every month to help me function. I typically have zero problems filling the medication until tonight. I typically use Ralph's Pharmacy because of a previous issue with Walgreens however Ralph's was out of stock so I went to the adjacent Walgreens store. I dropped of the written prescription at 5:30 and was told it would be ready at 7:00. I called at 7:15, to check and after answering a couple of questions was put on hold for 6 minutes. At which time a pharmacist got in the phone and told me the meds would not be ready until tomorrow afternoon. He said it required more processing. I asked if there was a problem and he began asking questions about my doctor's specialty, and what my specific diagnosis was, and why was I in this medication. The questions and the way he asked them made me feel like I was dong something wrong, like I was abusing something. It made me feel embarrassed and angry. I don't know this guy from anyone and my health and treatment plan is between me and my physician. My refill was due yesterday, I take my meds as prescribed and now I am without until tomorrow when he calls my doctor. So I will be uncomfortable tonight because of this particular Walgreens pharmacist. I understand there is a huge problem with pain medication abuse in this country, I work in healthcare. I am not part of this problem. Walgreens will be hearing more about this and I won't be giving them mine, or my family's business ever again. read more

They only get a star because you have to give them something in order to write review. Dropped off my script yesterday. They told me it was too early for me to get because I picked up on 1/29. Not true my husband picked his up that date. Lady kept arguing with me. I know when i picked my meds up, I take them every month. Was told they had to verify the script, i asked if it would be ready that day. I was told yes. Not the correct answer. Called today in early afternoon, said they still had to process it. Already had missed 2 doses. Im chronic pain, my clavicle was broken and the bone was embedded in the muscle for 6 years before it finally got fixed. The asian pharmacist does things on her own way. Doesnt care if a person is in pain. If it required my doctor to verify he wrote it they had yesterday and today to verify that. I took my script back from them and took it somewhere else and had NO problems filling it and it was dont quickly as they could. Will NEVER go back to this walgreens. read more

Just left Walgreens. The idiot at the pharmacy (Amy) told me that she had never heard of the dosage for a certain medication and that she had to call the doctor to confirm. I told her that there was a 150 mg of the medication and she told me that she had never heard of it. I even told her that I had the medication at home. The store needs to have someone that is competent. This crappy pharmacy just lost a long time customer. read more

I just went today and the item i was purchasing didnt ring up the right price. When the manager guy with long hair came i let him know that theres a tag stating 2/6 and when i went there to show him it was removed. If i was worng id be ok with that and still purchase it but since he removed it when the cashier asked for a price check he made me feel like im trying to trick them. Im beyond fustrated and wont be coming to this store anymore. What gets me more upset is that he was acting like that tag i saw was never there. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. Worst experience ever and I have given them 3 chances because I know being short handed happens and mistakes happen. But 3 times is enough. Expect to wait at least 30min to drop off in drive through so if you are in a hurry go inside to drop off. For pick up, always call ahead because it's never ready at the time it is supposed to be. The final straw for me was today. I waited 30min in drive through to drop off because I'm 8mo pregnant and didn't want to unload my toddler to go inside. They told me to come back 3hrs later and I mentioned that if there was any issues I would need to know now because the thing I was getting is time sensitive. They said they would fax dr if need be. I came back in 3hrs at my toddlers bedtime and opted to go inside after waiting another 10min with 4 cars in front of me in the drive through. When I got in, the guy at the counter said that I could wait in the waiting area and they would fill it out right now and call me when it's ready. So they didn't even do it in the 3hrs they had the prescription or notify that it wasn't ready. About 10 min after I sat down I got a text message that my pick up was delayed because it wasn't in stock and they had to order it. Again I mention it is time sensitive and now I had to scramble. I walked up to the counter because no one had the courtesy to come tell me that to my face and after waiting another 10min for a customer to finish they complaint and incomplete prescription refill I just said to give me my prescription slips back. I'll go elsewhere, even if it means more of a drive. The manager of this pharmacy needs to get it together and run things way more efficiently with way better communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more
