Then CVS texted me right the way that they had my prescription and it would be ready by 10 am . I was driving over there and it texted me again that my order would be delayed . By 10:12 am the system texted me saying that my prescription was ready . The pharmacy pick up counter had a long line . They had two cashiers and the line was moving fairly quickly. I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . The caster / technician was very helpful and efficient. I went in and out in no time ! On a Sunday morning and with all the holiday shopping . This kind of service was super helpful.

This Walgreens is in an outdated strip mall that has seen better days. There used to be a lot of bustle here when there was a pizza place near it but that's been long gone. The strip mall itself looks dated and through. This Walgreens inside looks clean and is usually well stocked. Nothing special here just your standard Walgreens. They have a photo developing place too so if you need film developed or a passport photo they can help. The only thing I have noticed is that they never have enough cashiers here. When I do come, they usually have only one cashier and there is always a line to wait. And don't try to go checkout at photo or cosmetics because their cashiers are never around. The employees here are mostly nice. I do remember years ago I had a cashier be rude because my 6 year old was being bratty. But whatever. If you need to go to a Walgreens, this place is okay.

This Walgreens is located on Decoto, with the busy McDonald's. I come here to refill my AC Transit Clipper Card. When they first started Clipper here they use to do it at the front cashier, and they'd have to call the manager to do it, but now they've finally trained the workers do it, so now you just go to the Photo Department and they'll assist you there which is much better because you can skips the usual long lines at the front cashiers. When I go, there usually isn't a wait to refill my Clipper Card, so it's good. Besides the little wait, the store itself is pretty clean and I mean, service well it was alright. At the front though there is usually a line because they usually only have 1-2 checkers open. Shopping Carts: Plenty of shopping carts for you to use during your store trip and they do use the "Gate Keeper System" cart lock here at this store, meaning the shopping carts become unusable once they pass the parking lot perimeter, which are marked by yellow lines. They also have hand baskets to use while you shop throughout the store. Parking: Parking here is a madhouse and hard to get around do to the way the shopping center was built, bad design in my opinion. It's even more hectic, with the McDonald's inside the shopping center. Also, they are no longer open 24 hours, they've recently changed and updated their store hours to 7 AM - 12 AM (Midnight). read more

This review is for the PHARMACY only: The staff is nice and actually helpful. I called them on a sunday to have a prescription fixed and they were able to contact my insurance, fix the issue, and fill my prescription within the hour. The staff has, in my experience, always been civil at the very least. They're pretty quick and persistent about contacting doctors/insurance for clarification so you get your meds asap. Physically going to the pharmacy is a whole different experience though. They really need a separate "Pick up" and "Drop off" line, unfortunately its all just merged into one long line. So first you wait in line to drop off the prescription slip, then wait for them to fill, then wait in same line again to pick it up. Maybe they could try discouraging non-pharmacy related purchases if you're not picking up or dropping off. Anywhoo line is always 5 people deep, at least, and they've had technical difficulties on several occasions. read more

I come to this Walgreens to fill up my Clipper Card for riding public transportation. It's a convenient location to fill up my AC Transit Clipper Card. I like to browse the store as well. It has a variety of things such as hair products, snacks, medicines and other convenient store items. The service at the photo department is great and fast. I like how they do the Clipper transactions there instead of at the checkouts. They have plenty of shopping carts and hand baskets for use throughout the store. Parking in the small plaza is a bit of a pain sometimes because of the busy McDonalds. It's convenient to come here except during really busy hours, there many be a long line at the checkout or checkouts if we're lucky that day. read more

I was told I needed to come back in 10 minutes because the pharmacist needed a consultation on one of the medications. Each person in line was told the same thing. This is a lie; the truth is that the non-pharmacist staff cannot give out the medication when the pharmacist is not present. It would be nice if they would just be honest. There was no apology for the delay and the pharmacist break times are not listed apart from the lunch break. There usually are no greetings like "Hello" or "Have a nice day" or "Thanks for doing business with us". There is rarely a smile. I go to this pharmacy only because it is the only one left in my neighborhood.

The results are available based on what you pay for. It can be as quick as two hours or as long as 24-hours. If you're planning on travelling and need a negative test, TIB can get it done. We're Kaiser members but they are very clear that they cannot guarantee you'll get the results within 72 hours and to enter Canada, PCR's have to be administered no more than 72 hours before entry time.

I assumed they were not being filled due to a nationwide shortage and went a few months until this was revealed while discussing a different matter. But none of this really matters anymore because they will no longer be offering services to patients like me :(
