Pharmacy staff was rude and after waiting 45 minutes and then told they no longer have the medication needing to be filled- the female working refused to even call a neighboring Walgreens to see if they had the medication. This location has been good for years. But the last 6 months has been going downhill. Went there today. 5 people behind counter. No customers in drive thru. 3 of us in line. Waited a long time before i had to raise my voice to get attention. Even then it seemed to be attitude. Change of personal. Great improvement. Not very happy with the pharmacy. Dropped off my sick son's medicine at 3pm. Went through the the drive thru after 7pm and nobody could find the prescription anywhere. After 10 minutes it was "found lost in the system" I was a told to come back after they filled it. I guess my sick child is of no importance to them. I'll try CVS next time. read more

Took my daughter into the Healthcare Clinic about 4:45 on a Sunday with extreme ear pain. After I was done filling out the patient information the lady comes out and tells me my daughter can't be seen they close at 5:00. There wasn't a sign or anything on the computer. took my daughter to surgery, dr sends walgreens prescip for pain meds, they are completely out and say nothing to the dr.. i drive 25 min to get to drive window thru to find out they won't have them for 24 hours. i was forced to go to another pharmacy, the delay this caused meant that my daughter was by this time in pain!!! i will never forgive these idiots at walgreens for the lack of professional way they dealt with this! i, nor any of my family will ever step foot inside another walgreens so long as i live. ever! i'll bet most customers can relate to problems at walgreens and just haven't got to the point of doing anything about . read more

The last two months at Walgreens I've been shorted on my medication. Last month I didn't catch it in time to say anything and this month on the 3rd day after I got my prescription I noticed my bottle didn't look right so I counted my meds and instead of 18 of them being gone because I take 6 pills a day I noticed that out of 180 pills I had 110 left. I reported it to Walgreens because I wanted them to look at the video.. so what they did was count their inventory to see if their inventory was short which anybody that has any common sense is going to know if the medication is being stolen they're not going to take it from the inventory so they get caught they're going to take it from your prescription bottle after they fill it. I asked to see the video and they would not let me. The manager told me he didn't see any discrepancies in the video but for some reason he was going to have upper management look into it more. Which makes no sense to me because if you didn't see any discrepancy in the video why would you have anybody else look at it. So to me that makes me think there was a discrepancy in the video but of course they're not going to tell me that because it's bad for business for people to find out that someone is stealing medication there. I'm supposed to call them back today or tomorrow to check in with them but I already know what the answer is going to be. So that pretty much screwed me this month I've had three surgeries on my shoulder and a bad back that needs surgery and now I have to deal with the fact that I'm 50 pills short on my medication which is over a week's worth of medication. So I would suggest anybody that is using this store to fill their prescriptions make sure you have them count them in front of you because if you don't you're going to be screwed because they're not going to admit that one of their employees is stealing medication.. just seems to me that if the video didn't show anything why would they not let the customer see the video to put their mind at ease. I live alone so it can't be anybody I live with which they tried to blame it on maybe that possibility. Anything to get them out of being responsible for it. So hopefully they do the right thing and fire this guy and give me my medication that I so desperately need. If anybody else is having similar problems at this Walgreens please let me know read more

The Pharmacy here is just poor. Takes forever for them to do anything and they make more mistakes than any other pharmacy I have ever been to. I think they forget that they are in fact a business and need to make their process more appealing to customers. Take your prescriptions elsewhere, you will drive further but cut your time and energy usage in half by the time you are done. I wish people would boycott Walgreens pharmacy all together so they would be forced to get their stuff together. They do not seem to want to change as is. read more

Waiting 2 days for cough medicine. By the time it comes in, I will not need it any longer!

My mom and I went to get her passport photo taken there, it was the worse experience ever! First they didn't even say "hi or hello." I had to asked them first if we can have the photo taken. After that my mom didn't even get to adjust her hair. They just took the photo. She had one side of her hair up like some cow licked it. So I asked politely if they can retake it. The guy who was training the new guy gave us a stink eye. Worse customer service EVER!!! I live in Coronado Ranch and never will I ever go to that store. I'll just drive further to CVS, way nicer. read more

I knew going to Walgreens on New Years Eve, when they were the only one open near me, was a mistake but I had the flu and needed to start Tamiflu right away. I was given two prescriptions. When I drove up, I waited 15 min just to drop them off. Then I was greeted by a less than enthusiastic employee- I get it. It's NYE- she wants to be out. I clearly needed help and was desperate to get my prescription right away. She said it would be two hours. At 11 PM. I asked for a text when it would be ready - she said no. I asked for a phone call- she said no. She said the service shuts down at 9. I told her I was going to sleep in the parking lot until it was ready. She could have cared less. Then she only gave my husband ONE of the two prescriptions when he drove back at 11 to get them. So I need to go back today, with the flu, and pick it up- again... normally- not a huge deal- but with the flu? C'mon lady- have a little compassion, try just a little harder. Keep your eyes focused on the customer and don't roll them when I ask for help. read more

This review is for the 24-hour pharmacy which I had to use after a family member was discharged from the hospital early morning on a Sunday with an urgent need for antibiotics. Other pharmacies didn't open until 10am so I drove to this location. Despite the early hour, everyone I interacted with was friendly (salesperson, pharmacy tech, pharmacist). I had a new insurance which was processed quickly and my personal information like address and phone number needed updating too. In short, I was a need machine on this visit. My wait time was short and the pharmacist was polite and friendly while answering my questions. read more

Walked in this afternoon/evening to pick up my husbands script. Hakeem was behind the counter with 2 other ladies. One lady on her phone texting, another lady telling a story to her employees while looking right at me. NO ONE acknowledged that I was standing waiting to be helped. They all continued to talk and ignore me. One lady walked towards me and then turned her back to me and continued to tell her story and ignore me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I probably stood there for 5 min waiting for them to finish talking and to get my script. I will be contacting Walgreens corporate. read more

Nice having a 24 hour pharmacy nearby. Customer service is average. Stay away from the back of the store though. They have some serious ventilation issues in their restrooms. Smells horrible. Otherwise this would be a three star review. read more

every single person at this pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. every time they say my meds are ready they are not and when i get there to pick them up it's at least another half hour they always claim they don't take my insurance but my provider says they do and other walgreens locations take it. every person is so uninterested in even trying to help and has a attitude i wish this wasn't the closest pharmacy to my home do not waste your time it's worth the drive to literally any other place you can get your meds at read more

JESSE in Pharmacy was great. We come to this Walgreens a lot, and we have never had any problems. Everyone is really nice, but we were having a problem with my son's most important medication. (He takes a few). He can't go without his daily dose because his life depends on it. We were having problems with the insurance not authorizing the dosage and had gone back and forth between his Dr's office, insurance and Walgreens. My wife had been trying to get things in order for the last week with no success, and my son was down to only having enough for 1 more day with the long weekend ahead of us. We decided to stop by Walgreens to talk to someone so we could buy the medication out of pocket. It was going to cost us $500 for 10 day supply. Jesse figured out the problem, resolved the issue and re-submitted to the insurance. Took him less than 5 min to get it figured and we picked up the prescription 20 min later. We are very grateful for his help. He saved us from a lot of turmoil and stress. We really appreciate it. read more

The whole reason you come to a minute clinic is to avoid having to make a doctors appointment &/or for fast service. This experience has been anything but fast. We've been here for several hours and keep getting past up by patients with appointments & I was just told they will be closing for an hour for lunch. If you have a full day to waste in a lobby then this is definitely the place for you. read more

The healthcare clinic here was no good. Called ahead and was told there was no wait. Showed up and checked in online. Waited 25 mins for a doctor to come out and tell me the wait was 3 more hours. To top it off when I said I couldn't wait that long she looked at my 5 year old and said "well what's wrong with him". I tell her thinking she will take him in quickly and after I tell her she just says nothing. So rude! Won't be back! read more
