I told her I wanted to change my hair color from boring brown and add in hints of strawberry-blonde highlights while touching up my grey roots. She always listens and explains how and what she will actually do, before she proceeds, which educates me along the way. I love her enthusiasm, offering creative solutions---yet always checking in with me to make sure I am comfortable and content. Wow, she delivered again! I have PCOS and it affects my weight(185#) and weird hair growth. I have anxiety which has caused other problems. I NEVER thought I could do something like this. Just talking to the lady to schedule the appointment was terrifying but she made me feel comfortable. Trying to walk into the building the day of the appointment was a whole other challenge. I talked myself into it and made it in through the door. I was greeted by the most kind women that assured me it would be a great expierience. One thing that helped was to know that they all had to expierience this when getting hired. They all know the feelings I was feeling that day. My make up was beautiful. I'd wear make up all the time if I could make it look like that! Then came time to take "it" all off somehow I did that, too! Once they started taking pictures it was so easy! She told me where to go, how to pose, where to put my had/arm etc etc. I couldn't believe how comfortable I was wearing nearly nothing! I ended up purchasing all of the photos at the end on a drive. Was it expensive...well yeah. They work hard! Was it worth it...100%. My husband's reaction was priceless. 1st thing he said was that he's always seen these on facebook but never thought I would do that. For his 30th birthday I had surprised him with a trip to his first michigan game and bought him an authentic jersey. I wore that jersey for part of the photo shoot. I also took a few other photos in a bralette and panties. My advise...if you ever thought this would be neat but not sure if you could then just do it!!

I booked this company for my wedding hair and makeup and had a trial that was incredibly disappointing. My stylist was very kind, but the end result was nowhere near what I asked for. My hair looked stringy, flat, and messy, pins were literally falling out on the drive home, parts of my hair weren't even curled, and most of my extensions were not used, leaving my hair looking thin and unfinished. When I showed my family and friends, everyone was shocked at how sloppy it looked. The makeup was equally upsetting. Despite telling them in advance that I am a crier and wanted a smoky eye, the look was very light, pink tones & not smoky at all, and it immediately began transferring and melting off as soon as I left. My skin wasn't even primed, and the colors didn't match my skin tone. For the cost of these services, the quality was unacceptable. What made the situation far worse was how Gina handled my concerns. Her email back to me was incredibly condescending, dismissive, and even hurtful. She did not take accountability, offer to rectify the situation, or show any genuine care for my experience. Instead, she argued with me, made excuses that simply weren't true, and even sent back a response that was clearly written with AI rather than authentic communication. For a bride putting her trust in a company for such an important day, being spoken to this way was beyond upsetting. I later went to another artist for a trial, and they were able to accomplish exactly the look I wanted using all my extensions and proper waterproof makeup that held up beautifully with a gorgeous Smokey eye, proving Gina's explanations wrong. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've had while planning my wedding. Brides deserve to feel pampered and confident on their big day, and unfortunately, this company delivered the opposite. I would not recommend them. They offer very low minimum spend (5 services) and no charges for travel as long as your getting ready location is in the suburbs. This was perfect as I had a small bridal party and minimal family members interested in getting hair or makeup done. Also, their prices were very competitive. I worked with Sam for makeup! Sam did a great job asking the right questions, applying the right looks for people who usually wear minimal makeup, and checking in to ensure what she was doing was liked. Everyone felt very much like themself and makeup lasted all night. For hair, I worked with Alex! Between my trail and wedding morning, it took Alex and I some time to get to my final wedding look. She was patient with me but had some difficulties interpreting my vision. I can 100% say that it was all worth it in the end because i LOVED my hair. I felt like myself and it held all night.
