I was going to a wedding this past Saturday and stopped at the CVS that shares a lot with the salon and I thought to myself hmm, I should stop in to see if someone is available to curl my hair. My makeup was already done by moi, but I needed something more and curls were just what I needed. Thankfully Gail was available. I had to wait about 15 mins bc she had a client. Gail was the sweetest! She was funny and kind. She made me feel as if I'd known her forever. I would definitely go back and make sure to make an appointment since it doesn't seem like they generally take walk ins. It was too expensive either which is a plus. read more

This was a terrible experience for me. To put it simply I would not recommend going to maia maybe try this place out but not that stylist she completely changed my hair and made it an orange red color when all I wanted was a root touch for my dark blonde hair. She didn't listen to anything I wanted and had her own agenda which is so ridiculous because I made very clear what I wanted and what I didn't. she also charged me 200 just for a root touch and made me spend three hours there. So ridiculous and upsetting I would also like to mention that the bleach was burning and itching my scalp I washed it the next day and it still itches. She was very aggressive when washing my hair that it hurt I have been to many salons and never have had this issue. She clearly doesn't know what she's doing my hair felt so damaged after. read more

I've been going to Kristen at Pink for about four years, and I've always been so pleased with her work. She literally saved my hair! I had been coloring it at home for years, mostly with the results you'd expect from a box. Kristen has not only given me beautiful blonde tresses which hide the gray nicely as it starts coming in, but when the color gets a little darker, it's a beautiful light brown, the color that I tried unsuccessfully for years to get out of a box. My hair's condition has vastly improved, and every cut that I've gotten has been beautiful. I normally like my hair longer, and when I first came to Kristen, I was growing out a bad short cut. The first time in Kristen's chair and I felt like I already had long hair when she was done simply because she is an expert at cutting and knew exactly how to clean up the bad cut and give me results that I loved instantly. A few years ago, I decided to go brave and go short again. Kristen's cut was absolutely amazing. As it's grown out again, it's looking even more beautiful than ever. The salon itself is tons of fun - beautiful decor and filled with a lot of fun people. Every time I go is relaxing time for me, and I feel good just walking in the door. I'm visiting from out of town and had a great experience. Maia Lilly did my hair and she was amazing!! She was running on time and waiting for me when I arrived. My shoulder length hair is very fine and very thin. Maia made my hair look full as if I had a full head of hair. She used all the right products and just the right amount. Too much product can weigh my fine hair down and make it look dirty, but she didn't let that happen. She didn't rush and took her time putting in perfect back combing in order to give me height and fullness. Best part is that the curls stayed through out the day and night, which is amazing since my hair is so thin and fine. I received many compliments on my hair and it looks great in all the photos. I had come here several times and saw Chelsea. I had been happy with no complaints.I called and made an appointment to get my haircut and done because I was going somewhere that night. I made a 3 o'clock appointment but when I got there she was doing someone's hair. The woman's hair she was doing was short and above the ear like a man's with a little on top. She said should be about 15 minutes I said OK. 20 minutes went by as I sat and watched her take the girl for a shampoo and start to cut. At 3:30 I went back and asked what was going on that I had a 3 o'clock she said I'll be at least another 10 to 15 at 4:05 I went to her and told her I was very upset that she chose to book 2 people and make me wait and I was leaving. My experience with Grace started out good. She gave me a trim, however after a week it looked like I never got it cut so she said I could come back in free of charge and she would cut it again. But when I came back in, she cut my hair dry, which I thought was very odd. She shampooed it after and I realized that she cut my hair VERY short on the sides while leaving the back the original length. I did not like how this looked and by then I was pretty disappointed so I had her cut the back to match the sides. Unfortunately, not only is my hair very short but after I got home, I realized the sides are uneven. I will be going elsewhere to have my hair fixed. read more

She fixed the color that my previous stylist had been doing wrong for years and installed extensions with ease. They blended well with my hair and color.
