I purchased a $10 dollar product and then 5 minutes later realized it was the wrong color and went back in to return it. I waited at the counter for a woman named Barbara Jean to come up ask me for my full address which she took 5 minutes to do, then my phone, signature, then my zip code even when I had the receipt and I had paid cash, and after going through all of that she said she couldn't give me cash back so she gave me store credit. One of the most unnecessary drawn out visits ever Will not be going back. On top of it she talked to me like I was a child taking its first steps "Come on you can do it!" "That wasn't hard was it?" Awful pharmacy. First was told at 4pm it would be 15 min. Then I checked back in and was told just a few more min. At 430pm they forgot to look at my insurance info and now was told it would be another 15-20min wait. Seems like really untrained staff in how to process prescriptions. read more

I will never use this pharmacy again. I came here because it was memorial day and it was most convenient for my work schedule and Maria told me 15 minutes then after 30 told me i couldn't get my new medication until the morning. I have to drive 30 minutes out of my way before work to get my needed meds. I wish my normal Walgreens would have been open they wouldn't put me through this. I can see why they dont have many stars. We love it here! The staff is helpful and kind- we enjoy running our small errands in the wide aisles and quick check outs. Walgreens overall is pricey but you pay extra for the quick service . The pharmacist is very kind (older gentleman) and helpful. 5 stars! Thanks Walgreens! read more

If I had the option to give this awful place 0 stars I totally would. I have had so many BAD experiences with this Walgreens in particular. Every single month I go to pick up my prescription and every single time I have a problem getting it! Yesterday I went through the drive through and waited 20 minutes!!!!!!!!! Then, when it was finally my turn I still had to wait another 7 minutes or so. It was taking so long because there were 2 people working and they helped ALL the people inside the building first before they even helped anybody waiting outside in the drive through. I work with customer service I know it can get busy and people can be crazy, BUT they should have had a better system and helped one person at each section at a time. I am so sick of Walgreens I would stop going if I had the option to but I unfortunately don't. read more

I've had disappointing experiences with THIS Walgreens, Pharmacist acts as if she is Doctor, I feel judged and uncomfortable. I have a recurring prescription, and the price is different every month, not small percentages one month it's 13$ the next 54$. ????? WHAT??? No explanation given, told I could go else where. I've always used Walgreens where I ever have lived and I am very uncomfortable working with this particular facility. Have transferred all info to another Pharmacy across the street. The store manager was most helpful with passport photos. I took some at another WG the day before and they were not optimal. He was kind to retake at no charge and exchange the old photos in 10 minutes. Thank you for the great customer service! read more

I have never had any issues with the store part of this Walgreens. The pharmacy however, is absolutely terrible. The wait is always ridiculous. They can often only half fill your prescriptions and are totally disorganized. read more

This store deserves absolutely a zero star rating. I had a very bad experience with the pharmacy techs last summer where they basically did not have solution for my request for a receipt of a past prescription and literally just walked away and started helping another customer. Not one but two techs did this. They didn't even ask me if I had anything to purchase, just stopped helping me. Just recently on April 27th 2016 I went into the same Walgreens to purchase my daughter's student bus pass(which either I purchase or she does every month for almost a year now) . The clerk proceeds to ask a manager to bring out a bus pass for me and the manager Joel ask me for my card. I ask what card? He says the Rtc card. I tell him We don't have a card and have never been asked for one. He tells me he'll be back, I call my daughter to ask has she ever been asked for some RTC card. She says no and I just bought a bus pass from that store last month. She also tells me the recording on the bus says you can use a student Id or the Rtc as proof you are eligible to use a student or discounted bus pass. Joel comes back and tells me it's the policy that we have an Rtc card. I tell him that's BS because we've been buying bus passes for almost a year and have never been required let alone asked for a RTC card. I feel Joel was on a power trip and had something against me as an African American Women. I cannot understand why all of a sudden I need an RtC card. Hmmmmm So I got his name and his managers name and went to Walgreens on Eastern and Siena Heights. What a difference! I ask for a student bus pass, the clerk goes to the back, brings out a bus pass,charges me and I'm on my way in Five mins. Please tell me why the difference in treatment. read more

I am beyond disappointed with the service from the health clinic. I scheduled an appointment 4 days ago, to be seen at 6pm today and received a confirmation email with the details. I showed up 10 minutes early, then had to wait to speak with someone, just to be told I was at the wrong location and had to drive down the street (even though my confirmation email CLEARLY said otherwise.) I got to the "correct" location (at this point it was about 6:10pm) and tried to check in with a kiosk using the confirmation number that was also on my confirmation email. The kiosk froze on me, so I tried the other one and was told I did not have an appointment. I called the number on the screen and was told, again, that I did not have an appointment, but that she would manually sign me in. After a brief hold, I was told she couldn't sign me in, but that I should wait for them to come out and explain what happened because their kiosks have been having known issues, and that they would understand and I would be seen. At 6:35pm (give or take) someone finally came out and I was told, once again, that I had no appt and would have to come back another day because they were closed - even after explaining everything to them. You're probably thinking "why didn't she just show her confirmation email?" Of the 5 people I interacted with, none of them seemed interested in looking at it. The collective vibe was that they couldn't care any less and that it wasn't their problem. I was offered an appt the next day, during morning times, while I will be in a classroom teaching. Gee....thanks. However, I won't be wasting any more of my time in your store, health clinic or otherwise. read more

I have used this Walgreens for years for prescriptions. I am not sure why I am still coming. They can only fill half your prescription and call you numerous times to come pick it up. There are several staff members who are rude and don't seem to know what they are doing. I have multiple prescriptions here but will be looking for a new store soon. They fill things not on automated refill, have given me other peoples drugs, and the wait is terrible. The main pharmacist is very nice, but needs to have better control of her staff. Sometimes I have waited a week because they forgot to order more. Very unorganized. read more
