These people NEVER answer the phone. There were only 3 people ahead of me but I was on hold for 1.5 hrs then the automated machine told me to call back tomorrow and hung up on me. I was on hold until they closed. Called again in the morning and finally get a person only to be told I'll be placed on hold. This continues for another 30 min before an automated message tells me to call back another day and hangs up. I call back and now "there are more than 3 callers ahead of you." If there's ever an issue to resolve you need to go in person. And if that's a problem for you definitely take your business elsewhere. read more

This has been the worst pharmacy I've had to deal with, never had issues with them until now. They put you on hold and hang up on you, then have to go through the whole process of trying to get a hold of someone all over again when they push you to call before you go to the pharmacy. They give you misinformation about your medication as well. I've been trying to refill a prescription since Friday and because of their mistake I haven't been able to get the medication until Wednesday. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!!!! Long story short. Bought a gift card here recently FEB 12th part of a Valentines gift. Paid cashier as usual. Cashier looked inside card to see if it was tampered with. She indicated it was not. Thought that was unusual as I have never been asked that. 2 days later tried to use card. ZERO balance. Returned to Walgreen with receipt and was refused a refund, told it was MY problem. Went to retailer for help Nordstrom no luck there. Told was used in another state. I believe this is an inside job there as I have heard I'm not the first person with this story from there. Walgreens will be hearing from an my attorney soon as they are doing nothing to deal with this issue. Definitely will never buy goods at this or any other Walgreens establishment. read more

I wish I could give this Walgreens a zero. I was just at the drive-thru window for the pharmacy, I was sitting there for about 10 mins with no one even acknowledging I was there. Instead they were talking to each other, knowing I was there but didn't care. One chick was just on her phone right in front of the window and not even caring someone was there. When they do finally help me she give me a busted up bag with my meds in it and then does a sarcastic wave because I asked was the drive-thru open. I have been here before and never had this happen. But I will make sure I go to a different Walgreens moving forward. If you don't want to be at work or have better things to do stay home. You have no idea the things people are dealing with, especially when you are working in a place that deals with medication you should be more compassionate and respectful. Came in to get my prenatal pill prescription yesterday October 15 around 10:30pm. The pharmacy did not have them in stock and had to order them. I spoke with a manager and a pharmacist. They both reassured me that they would put my order in so the prescription would be ready today. I call back today October 16 and find out the prescription was never ordered yesterday but the lady over the phone will order them for me today and I will have to pick up 2 days from now (Saturday Oct. 18) . I have already called the complaint line about this store and would hope that will fix the problem. I have been waiting for my prescription for a month (my last prenatal appointment). Apparently there was an issue with the prescription last month but I was never notified about this issue from Walgreens nor my Dr. Office. I get I could have done more to make sure I get the prescription but this is Walgreens. Your automated notification system and actual pharmacists & pharmacy manager failed me. And to go to the store and have the pharmacist look at me like there's nothing they can do, but still haven't put in my prescription order is crazy. And another thing. I was given the run around about how much I'd pay for the prescription. Per the managers words, I'm told I will pay $78 because it's not covered by insurance. But the other pharmacist lady told me I will pay $4-$6 with insurance. She checks again, adjusted the pill count, and now it's free with insurance. Overall, the ladies who I spoke to around 10:30pm dropped the ball and it is their fault I do not have my prescription today Oct. 16. So instead of looking at customers funny (which the first pharmacist did) , they should do their jobs and order my f-ing prescription. I literally left the store shaking and frustrated because of this. I have never had an issue like this before and I hope it never happens again. read more

Perfectly normal Walgreens compared to what I see up in the Bay Area. It's relatively large. I was going to pick up an order I had transferred from my home pharmacy. This is my 9th problem having issues with this store. The photo department is horrible and unprofessional. The heavyset Hispanic man named Alexis was in the front, not helping anyone. I asked him to send someone to the photo department. I asked him twice. Had a rude tone. Told me to push the bottom. I did it twice. He never came. I think he set me up because we had issues b4. I look at him. He gives me this look and points to go behind the photo booth. I go. He takes the photos. He refuses to serve me and kicks me out. I asked to speak to the manager. Alexis lies and says he's the manager. HE IS LYING. BLANCA IS THE MANAGER! He was extremely rude to me and these two old women walking from the pharmacy. He is very slow. He will deny this. Look in camera. He was up front. He was not helping anyone. Which means if a customer comes in. Help them ASAP. Look in camera. I'm pretty easy to spot. I was dressed as "Ursula the Seawitch." The heavyweight Hispanic men are very rude. Tge women in this store and professional. Promote the women. Fire the men or have them in the back away from customers. I walked in today for a Covid shot and since it was going to be a long wait I kindly asked the cashier if I may use the restroom, she rolled her eyes and called someone over the intercom to open the restroom fro me.... I waited 20 minutes an no one was able to open the restroom for me! I asked countless times and no one seemed to care. I asked the pharmacy and the man there said "It's out of service". I found that hard to believe, I saw an employee over at photos department and I asked her for the codes and she quickly gave it to me and told me that the bathroom was indeed working! Are you kidding me??? This was a lie in behalf of the pharmacist , he only said this to not let me in. I will no longer come to this location. Just left the store. Bathroom has no soap and there's a water puddle on the floor, mixed with dirt and toilet paper. I walk out to let one of the associates know. She looks at me unconcerned with what i just told her. She just mumbled, "okay" while walking by. She could probably care less. However, the pharmacist was helpful regarding the explaining the issue with the perscriptions I came in for. Do not use this location to drop off your FedEx packages. None of their equipment works, all the employees don't have the same information, they don't have a name tags on, they're dress in regular clothes. And they won't offer a receipt for the package you're returning. I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time and I didn't even get to return my package because I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there without a receipt. read more

Went last night to pick up some pictures I ordered on the app he said if it was ordered after 6 it wouldn't be done . Well they were ordered before 6 I got a email saying they were done he said they wasn't so I had him cancel it . But the problem was I went to there at 830 pm they close at 9 and the picture department was closed . Was on break till 845 so I guess that's why he didn't even want to pint my literally 3 pictures lazy worker need people that actually want to be there and do the job. Because I went to another Walgreens earlier in the day and they were very efficient. Off Slauson and western .I did the same thing there but waited mins . The system wasn't working so the worker took my 16 pictures off the kiosk and printed them 10 mins . But because he took his break at 830 he didn't want to print my 3 picture at 845 that would of probably took him over time and he didn't want that ‍ a lousy review for 10mins and $1.50 and told me the email that the company sent me to tell me my pictures were ready for pick up was wrong . I live over on Manchester pick a role and went to Inglewood to pick up cough medicine. I was out and about over there. I called before it went into still be ready after 4:45. I tried calling on my way over and couldn't get over. It said on the recording line that The prescription did not exist. I was almost there so I went in line and I get up there and the lady says we don't have a prescription for you. I said I called before I came all the way over here in said it would be after 445. She said did you talk to anybody I said no there was nobody I could get a hold up. She said well we don't carry that Medicine. I told her. She said nobody told you I was ready. I said one of your employees had to put it in that we ready after 445. This place sucks. Make sure you try and get a hold of somebody before you drive all the way over there read more

May 4th I bought two gift cards and other items total spent $100.96. One of the gift cards was not activated. As of today I have not received credit or phone call from Walgreens . Nothing!!!! Worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. I take long term medications, have been a customer for 13 years and they still mess my prescriptions up constantly. I continue going, due to some of my meds other pharmacies don't carry, but I can't continue to deal with there incompetent, unorganized, unsympathetic, lackadaisical, unprofessional attitude. When someone is sick they need their medicine, not going back and forth with their doctor, faxing and calling over and over trying to get their patient their prescribed meds. Well let me start by saying I'm a local member of the community and have been coming here for over a year. So I had a very racist encounter with the phamacy manager in regards to my prescription he all of a sudden he decided he was not going to fill it according to my dr recommendations. For no apparent reason I spoke to George the assistant manager who I have dealt with from the beginning this made the Pharmacy Manager more angry he began to yell at me over the phone and say George works for him and I can't ask George anything. I reached out to the STORE MANAGER BLANKA WHO WAS NO HELP SHE immediately SIDED WITH HER Pharmacist. I reached out to corporate and have yet to here back from them. This Walgreens is in a minority community but not one black or Hispanic person works in the pharmacy only people who live far away and DONT think we deserve equal treatment like the right to fill our prescriptions at our local pharmacy. One of the store employees who just as soon finished assisting another customer assisted me as well. She directed me to and through the isle. Gave a brief description and explanation in terms of the different categories and options that were readily made available. And made the experience a pleasant one. Long lines in the pharmacy are indicative of Walgreens in urban areas however they did move the line quickly. I went for a flu shot and waited for around an hour. There was only a makeshift privacy blind (I say makeshift because it really was a ad sign) separating me and the pharmacist administering the drug from the general public (a line that was getting longer). read more

If I could give a negative star I would...most horrible walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to! I've been in this store three times over the last year and the pharmacy staff is lazy, rude, and slow as dirt. This morning I took my brother through the drive thru to pick up his Rx and after sitting behind a car for ten minutes I double honked the poor lady in front of me said she was still waiting for them to help her. Finally after they talked to her and she left I pull up, push the button and nothing. Finally see a girl walk past the window multiple times and she just ignores me. Finally got ready to leave and she answers the buzzer. Mind you I can hear the buzzer going off inside and they ignore it. A few weeks ago my husband was not feeling good and I ran in to buy the Musinex behind the counter took me almost an hour. One guy working telling the line of customers the other person is on break. Pharmacist just ignores everyone and when one customer asked for his help he flat out reused. I will say the CVS pharmacy down the street isn't the best either but never are they as bad as this place...come on Inglewoodyou need to raise your game. read more
