IF I COULD RATE IT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! The workers there are racist as hell. I felt extremely racially profiled. Me and my boyfriend walked in the store to simply get some ice cream. Immediate one if the workers stops from handling food and comes from behind the counter to follow us to the ice cream section (located in the back of the store). Once we grabbed the ice cream he then returns back to the counter to return to what he was doing. He never even took the blue plastic food handling glove off his hand because he was so distracted by thinking we would steal!!! It was the worst experience and I will never return! Nice to visit a well staffed 7-Eleven store. This particular branch on the corner of Manchester and Airport blvd. is very very busy. Definitely one of the better stocked and cleaner stores I've walked into. Even their display case was totally filled with hot foods. Impressive and it all looked good. Service was decent. This is probably the worst 7-11 I have ever been to in my life. The tiny parking lot is a mess and super dangerous. The atm (I have Citibank which is why I went here) was out of order. Meaning the machine was being disassembled when I went there to use it. Fine, I'll get something and get cash back, right? WRONG. You can get a maximum of $10 cash back. Ridiculous. Seriously would not recommend this place for those reasons. If you just want to pick up some m&m's this 7-11 will work for you. Otherwise steer clear. read more

I've been working at the airport for about 10 years, this store is the closest so I always go to it, these last few months I've not been going for many reasons, one being the afternoon shift here is the worst, i used go to this 711 about 2-3 times a day, for the food and they usually have a lot of variety, the employees in the afternoon are always so rude and get mad for everything you can't ask them for the food since they need to brag it for you, the store is always dirty and the employees are always saying bad words and talking about customers in Spanish( which I'm Hispanic so i understand everything) for about a few years there was always one or two homeless, these last past 2 years you will have about 3 at the same time asking for money, you can't go in the store because the homeless follow you and ask for money even in the car, most times they are also in the store, I helped this homeless lady once she has been harassing to give her money because she "has cancer" she even wraps her head and preaches cancer awareness quotes, she harasses me to give her my phone number to keep me updated on her treatment and homeless life, she's always saying if you can't give me money at least buy food and I always say no thank you and she goes on scream and say god made us all equal and things like in that sense, she goes up to all the cars and ask for money and is so insisting on trying to get my information, I've talked to the employees and they say " we can't help" my last complaint is as much as I love this store there is always something dirty and the food is always cold the big bites are always burnt and soggy, the store was in better care with the previous owner, the service was way better and less homeless, advice to the owner if you don't want to keep losing customers you need to fix your employees attitude and keep homeless out read more

I just left this location and was given the most disrespectful person to assist me. The old male cashier with gray hair flipped out when I asked if I could pay with card because a sign outside said no debit. He paced back and forth and said RUDELY, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" All I wanted was to pay with my card. I told him it's too early to have such a negative attitude and he needs to calm down. Without even looking at me, he basically told me to "F" off and leave. Always love stopping at this 7/11, it's often crowded and sometimes there are a lot of homeless people outside but let's face it. It's LA. The man on the register was busy monitoring us that he completely overlooked the customers waiting in line. He didn't begin ringing them out until my gf and I got in line to check out too. Simply going off of the fact that he was so concerned about us not stealing. It came as a surprise that when I gave him a 20 and told him I had the change, he rolled his eyes and gave an audible sigh... Knowing that no bakery would be open at that ungodly hour, I drove to the closest 7 Eleven, remembering that fellow Yelp!ers Daniel L and Ching T. had mentioned that 7 Eleven caught on with the red velvet cupcake craze that had spread all over LA. So I got me one of 7 Eleven's new red velvet cupcakes in a neat signature plastic box and... well... ...it was a nice attempt at trying to catch on to this hot red velvety trend, and perhaps my expectations were too high, but - cake was crumbly and dry and COLD (the cupcakes live in the fridge section in 7 Eleven) which made the cake even drier and crumblier (is that a word?) I have a new rule now: cupcakes should only be served at room temperature. - Frosting was better than expected, as Daniel L said, but still very... commercial tasting. But hell, maybe I was being delusional, I mean I did pay $1.49 from a convenience store for a cupcake, as opposed to $4 or however much Sprinkles charges for their over-hyped cupcakes. I used to stop here from time to time to play the lottery but the below has stopped me from doing so, continuing reading if you want the truth about this location: I will say that the staff here is nice but this location is horrible. 89.9% of the people who shop here are one step above a bucket of sludge. This 7/11 is located on the corner of two major thoroughfares leading to/from LAX Airport Blvd & Manchester Ave. A rule to the wise is you never want to travel the same direction as people heading to the Airport are. WHY because they have no idea where they are going, will stop on a dime, are returning a rental car and to busy reading the navigation and not getting carjacked in crazy Los Angeles to care who is in the next lane of traffic. This 7/11 parking lots has 3 entrances 1 off of Airport Blvd & 2 off of Manchester so when you are parking or backing out of a space you can never really tell where the next car you have to brake for is coming from. This 7/11 is located right next to a Sizzler. Another rule I tend to follow is if you are looking for trouble find the Red Lobster or Sizzler and you will find it. This sizzler has definitely fit that bill; I have observed countless arguments/fights in the parking lot that have carried over to the parking lot of this 7/11. It is not be accident that the Police from LAPD or LAX are always hanging out in this parking lot. The inside of this 7/11 has a bill pay option for those people who are too lazy to place a stamp on a letter or sign up for automatic bill pay and tend to be the same people I do not want to around when I am shopping. I would never eat food from a 7/11 so I can't comment on the quality of food here but the staff seemed to always be working so I would imagine it is just as clean as a normal 7/11. This 7/11 is located right in front of a shading looking Howard Johnson Hotel and an even shadier looking Apartment complex not to mention the amount of tourists that roll through this spot, GROSS but hey 7/11 is 7/11 right? read more

I hardly ever write reviews, but just had to for this 7-11 store. It is by far the cleanest 7-11 I've ever been to. It seems they are always wiping the counters or mopping the floors to keep it clean. The best part, however, is the guys that work here. Every single one of them is friendly and nice to me. They always ask "How are you today?" and just make me feel comfortable. I go there almost every day to get my Diet Coke for the day, and they always just start my day with a smile, with their friendliness towards me. This is the worst 7-11 that I have ever gone to. My chicken wings was burnt . This what happen today at 7:30 pm . I went to 7-11 to purchase some chickens not spices I had left my cell phone in the car . I want to used some of my points to cover the cost of the chickens . Well the clerk told me that I need my cell phone in order to used my credit points , I said ok and went out side to my car to get my cell phone . When I went back into 7-11 I did not see my box up chicken wings on the counter the clerk had move them over by the oven. When he saw me standing there he returned them to me to purchase and I was not able to use my points. This is my favorite 7-11 of all time, however there is one HUGE problem. Every 2 weeks or so they CLOSE THE DOORS, so some cleaning company can mop the floor. Granted it's 2:15 am, but this is the closest store to LAX. There were at least 10 cars in the parking lot. I took my money elsewhere, as I'm sure many others did. I just wonder if the owner is aware? The cleaning company should work around the customers, not turn them away!! read more

I spent about ten years of my life living on Belford Ave., which is a small street just east of this 7 Eleven. I've never had a problem with the staff here, and it is crowded some times because of its location. My memories that stand out about this place are all the times I've driven by late at night to see cop cars with their lights on in the parking lot. At night, this 7 Eleven can be shady. read more

This is not your typical 7-11 because it's near LAX and on the intersection of one of the main routes to LAX which means it's always busy with LAX drivers. There is plenty of parking but it's still not enough parking believe it or not. This place is always busy but the convinience of the location keeps me coming back. The staff is always fast and efficient. Plenty of hot coffee is always available and they are always stocked with all the 7-11 essentials. There is a Holiday Inn next door so you will see a lot of tourists. There is a RedBox at this location too, wish it could be two. Overall if you stop at this location you are either on the way to LAX which should already mean you won't be surprised of the tourists. read more
