I called because I had an order in limbo AGAIN. This literally happens every month. The gentleman who picked up went over my prescriptions by name and all without verifying who I was. When I asked a question that required him to go into the system he finally verified me. I'm guessing that's because the system won't let them in without answers to the verification questions. The thing is, I didn't need to know anything about my prescriptions other than where they were. He didn't listen to what I initially asked which led to the HIPPA issues. When he finally listened we were able to find the delivery order was just like I said it was but nobody in the pharmacy had processed it. Again this happens every single month. I only go to Walgreens because my benefit plan switched from Kroger to Walgreens. It has been an absolute disaster. The people I've encountered in the pharmacy have been rude in some cases, liars in some cases and inept in all cases. They need to clean house and start over. I'm going to switch to a different location that's out of my way to see if it's this location or a systemic issue within Walgreens. And the App is absolute trash. Worst app in their industry by far.

I ask my doctor to call it in because they were thankfully contracted with the manufacturer coupon. This pharmacy is fabulous!!!! I live hours away, but my medication is always promptly mailed. They are kind, caring and efficient. I even switched another medication to them, and could be more pleased with their service. They make check out via text link so easy. If you live in Texas or need a pharmacy that stocks Exxua this is the place to go!!!!!

The company is refusing to exchange this $100 product because I did not notify them immediately, even though this policy is not stated anywhere. I have spent close to $1,000 with this company, and as a result of this experience, I will never have my dermatologist order from them again. My dermatologist has confirmed that the lotion is compromised and unusable due to the hole in the tube. This raises serious concerns about their quality control and checks in place. I will be taking my business elsewhere--to a company that values its customers.

I spoke to manager, Shondra, and she basically shamed me for reporting my frustration. She gave me attitude saying there are homeless people everywhere. These "opportunist" aren't homeless. They are 17-21 year old kids trying to steal money from unsuspecting people in the name of fake charities. If this continues, I'll setup lemonade stands all over the parking lot and see what corporate Tom Thumb has to say about it. This will be a 'for profit' venture. WOW. This CVS is cool!…read more They have tons more inventory than any other CVS store I have been to. They have a very nice selection of hair clips here . I got some very cute clips for holiday up-do's. They also have the entire line of GAIAM yoga/Pilates products here yay!!! I have to stretch! Yoga, Pilates, Tai chi, doctor recommended since I injured my back a few years ago. I have to stretch daily or I'm in bad shape! And since we moved I have not been able to find my dual resistance strap so I am glad to find another one here. Bomb. :)) The ladies that work the front are very sweet. When the self check out froze up they came & restarted the computer for me & helped me get out of the matrix so I could return to my life of chaos peacefully. Great inventory & Service!
