Would rate this store negative stars if I could. This review is specifically for the photo department, which is an absolute disaster. I ordered prints online and came in a week later to get them picked up only to find out that they had sold them to someone else which was very strange. They had me wait while they reprinted them and when I looked at them later when I got home, they were cut off. I went back and got no help in getting a refund for these as I could not find the receipt and when they were reprinted, the person did not put some sort of sticker on them, which didn't allow them to look it up. Waste of money that I won't get refunded and pictures that I can't use. Would recommend never getting your photos printed here! read more

Walgreens continues to go downhill. Their pharmacy will notify you that your prescription is ready and then have nothing for you when you get there. Their photos are always behind and if you dare to try and get a passport photo you are rolling the dice for them having a photo tech available. read more

I'm always confused how places like this have such low reviews. I placed an order for a poster to be printed at 7:30, I called at about 7:40 asking if there were any problems and the workers over the phone were extremely kind, they helped to get it printed and gave me a nice estimate when to pick it up. When I got here picking it up I was met with the same super kind service, the poster was ready, the dude who helped ring it up was hella chill and hella kind. Throughout my entire time spent associated with this Walgreens, I was met with exceptional service and kindness. 10/10. The pharmacy rules are very inconsistent. Sometimes they need to call doctors office for verification and other times they don't - even if I'm getting my same regular monthly prescriptions filled. I normally avoid Walgreen's like the plague, but I needed a 24 hour pharmacy and didn't want to go back to the store in Kirkland that came VERY close to given my hubby the wrong medication. They had a Pharmacist and 2 Techs working. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait on one medication. It was ready within 5-10 minutes and it was correct. By far the most incompetent staff I've ever seen at a Walgreens. I stood for over 5 minutes with a lady purposely ignoring me to pick up a already printed ready for pickup photo. They dispensed 500mg metformin instead of 1000mg. This is not the first time they incorrectly dispensed a medicine to me. This is the most understaffed pharmacy i have seen. Long queues, no one picks up the calls at the pharmacy after 6:00pm and the call is routed to their central system who have no clue of what is going on. Walgreens management should seriously try to hire more people at this pharmacy. I have been their customer for the last 5 years but now transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

You'll get an email saying it's ready, but when you arrive they will tell you it's a glitch (3 months in a row) and tell you to come back. Very unprofessional, very sick got sent from the ER for infection, they sent the antibiotic prescription in, and 45 minutes later went to the pharmacy and they said they don't fill prescriptions when they are sent despite what the hospital tells you, until you arrive and make you wait another half an hour. read more

It is a terrible pharmacy: I so regret I ever told my doctors to send prescriptions here. They basically regularly hang up on you when you call them. It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. Sad to say I have been lazy to switch the provider as I have to come here every 3 months for my refill but every time it has left me with a horrible experience not sure how this horrible staff and this pharmacy still exist and no action is taken. Great place to get a script filled. Especially late at night or If you travel. They have a national prescription database. I needed a refill in Hawaii, and Nashville and they were able to validate within seconds. They're quick too. I've gotten the script called in by Overlake urgent care just North across the street and it's ready by the time I cross the parking lot. I'm informed via text message. Overall this staff is pretty nice given the circumstances hours etc. I can say I'd be much less helpful at 3 a.m. with a few tipsy drunks wandering the aisles. read more

This 24 hour pharmacy that has closed it's 2 drive thru lanes for safe pick-up for several days and require you to enter the indoors store to get anything. Every time I have gone in (after getting notified my prescription is ready) they have either a) lost it so I need a new prescription b) have not actually filled it c) take over 15 minutes to locate and give it to me Also, they do not communicate with one another, do not listen to me, and have no idea what they are doing. The shiny single star is for the pharmacy. This will be the first and the last time that I will fill a prescription here, even though it's the most convenient one to get to. Here is the order of questions I received: DOB, Name, Name (again), Phone Number, DOB (again), Name (again).......... (randomly hands the phone to another person without a word)... DOB, Name, Phone Number, Medication, Name (AGAIN). Finally there was a "Okay, we'll have that ready for you", no ETA and no asking when I needed to pick it up.
